They serve your food in a to go bag, and there's no trash cans except for the one behind the counter. This place is genuinely terrible. Imagine ordering in person, while online orders are being prioritized. Then, once you finally get to order, you have to wait 15-25 minutes for your food. Arrived during the stated time frame, told to wait an additional 15 minutes and luckily I knew to check my order as they have messed it up before, and yes, they got it wrong and another 5-10 minute wait. Saw others with the same issues in line. I wish I took a picture of the wings but my kids proclaimed "these were the worst wings ever." Dried out and old tasting boneless wings--it was the 70 cent day and clearly they are saving the old chicken smallest pieces for that. Bone in wings were similarly puny. Pleasantly surprised. I had not been to this location for awhile. When I last came in several months ago, I had asked if dining in was available it was not. Got a coke from the freestyle machine and it needed syrup. The cup isn't the usual wingstop cup. No napkins in our order. The cheese fries didn't taste like normal wingstop cheese fries. Not sure what's going on with this store but it doesn't taste like a usual wingstop does. I usually like wingstop and hope this store stops cutting corners for their own sake. UPDATE: After two weeks of attempting to get a refund, I still don't have it. I've called WingStop Corporate and reported this issue. They stated they would look into it and still nothing. I guess I forced to file a claim with my credit card company or the BBB. ORIGINAL: Don't order online for delivery. We ordered 90 wings and 2 large fries and only receive 70 wings and 1 large fry. Apparently, the online order goes directly to DoorDash and then Wingstop gets the order. I called Wingstop and they asked me to come up to Wingstop and they will fix the order. Hrmm.. I just paid $5 plus $10 tip for the delivery. I'm not coming up to fix this issue. They were no help and I found out why. Even though I went to Wingstop's site to order, WingStop had no ability to help me. I had to call DoorDash myself to receive a refund. Now to the food. The food we did receive in different flavors. All of the dry rub chicken flavor (Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, Lousiana) taste exactly the same. They taste like they were not tossed in any seasonings. The fries were ordered to be extra crispy and they were extra soggy. The only wings that tasted good were the 2 extra Korean BBQ wings we ordered as a sample. I ordered the 15 wings and small corn fritters for my son. I paid $25. I get home my son opens the box of wings and was like what the heck are these. The wings had no meat, were super small and completely terrible. Now my son is a college football player, eats wings all the time and these were horrible. I went right away to return everything. I go back and this is about 30 minutes later, the same lady who helped me said she did not remember me. I said just give my a refund and she did not want to. They wanted me to get new wings. I placed a large boneless wing order for my New Year's ever party online and received an email confirmation. However, when my husband arrived for pickup he was told that the order had not been placed, and wasn't provided a clear explanation of why not. My husband called to tell me what happened and put me on the phone with a worker who just told me that the order had not been placed because they could not honor the price advertised on the website. He also told me that they called me about this and I just didn't answer. I checked my call log, and I had only one missed call and no voice mail about this (Seriously?). Since I wasn't interested in fighting with this worker over the phone, I just told my husband to leave and that we would figure something else out. The cashier sits on a chair near the register on her phone until customers are standing at the register. No hello, no may I take your order, just a blank stare and a "you ready?". Normally I wouldn't care or say anything but when I asked for A ranch with my order, which ever other location AND THIS LOCATION PRIOR TO THE NEW CASHIER, I was told it would be an extra charge.
