I literally signed up for Yelp just to leave this review. I ordered Lemon Pepper and Hot wings from Wingstop and received Garlic Parmesan and Hot instead. On top of receiving the wrong order, the wings were poorly cooked, covered in feathers, and just an overall terrible experience. This is actually my third time ordering from Wingstop through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it has been the same issue every single time: something is wrong with the order and the food quality is disappointing. I have had to request a refund all three times. To be fair, I understand that the food being cold is an Uber Eats issue, not necessarily a Wingstop issue. However, receiving the wrong food and wings with feathers on them is completely on the restaurant. What is especially frustrating is that customers pay a premium when ordering delivery. You would think that, at the very least, the restaurant could make sure the order is correct and the food is properly prepared before handing it to a delivery driver. I really hope businesses realize how much money they are losing because of lazy, careless, or poorly trained employees. I understand there is usually a 30 minute or longer wait. 2 hours for a delivery. Called several times. First time we were told it was ready and already given to a driver. Second time because it said it hadn't been picked up, it had a new driver assigned and it wasn't ready yet. No communication, no apologies, nothing. If it was stolen say that, if you were slammed and a bus full of people came in say that. When my family is in the mood for wings, Wingstop is definitely our restaurant of choice. Their wings are tender and juicy with just the right amount of seasoning. We prefer a dry seasoning as opposed to other wing places that slather wings in a ton of sauce. Our favorite flavor is the garlic Parmesan, which is probably the mildest of the flavors, but they have plenty more to choose from if you like your wings spicy. We also enjoy the seasoned fries, dips and veggie sticks. The inside of the restaurant is nothing out of the ordinary, but there is usually some kind of sporting event on TV. And sports and wings just go together. We are generally pleased with the service and cleanliness as well. read more

This place is so hit or miss. When they hit food tastes great, but when they miss they miss big. I like the delivery option, we got our food and it was still fairly hot. Ordered mango habanero, bbq, and lemon pepper. Lemon pepper is good if that's the flavor you like. I wish they would add some salt to their garlic Parmesan cuz it used to be my favorite flavor. We ordered and we knew it would be a while before we got our food they couldn't give us a time frame, which was fine. We sat their for 30 minutes then the guy who ordered wings after us came and got his order so we asked the lady at the front if ours was almost done and she said "no we haven't even started we ran out of chicken right before you ordered" we were never notified of that and the guy who ordered wings after us got his. We went here about a year ago and loved the chicken, about 6 months ago we got an order of wings and they were okay, super oversauced but... okay. Today we got a email saying they had 99 cent delivery for the "big game". We have quit a bit going on today so we figured we would give them another shot. Joke was on us. We ordered 8 piece parm garlic bonless chicken wings, 8 piece lemon pepper boneless chicken wings and a 6 piece chicken tenders and fries. Food was delivered and we were missing the tenders totally, and you can see the size of the boneless chicken wings that were delivered. Only thing i could find to put on the plate for a size comparison was a box of matches. We called the wingstop to ask about the missing tenders and the lady that answered the phone was totally annoyed that we were on the phone apparently, we got disconnected and when my wife called back the same ray of sunshine answered the phone and told my wife, "well, what do you want me to do about it.." my wife asked if a manager was there and she said, "I dont know..." when asked is she could find out we have been on hold for 20+ minutes. (Still going on 30 minutes now, was only 21 when i took the photo). I dont complain much and you can look at my previous reviews, pretty easy to please... this is just silly, i will never spend another dime here... hope you have better luck than we have! EDIT: my wife was reLly annoyed and left tbe phone on hold while she drove up there to speak to the manager, she was face to face with the manager and still on hold, over one hour. The manager said she was going to remake the entire order instead of redunding the money. 10 minutes later they bring her 6 tenders.. Tell you what, when this place is on it is fantastic. When it's not, the food is still great but the experience is not so good. It is getting better so will dwell on good. Large portions, great seasoning choices, all made to order. Be prepared to wait a bit for obvious reasons. It is worth it. The Midwest City store is small in seating. Suggest adding trash bins where people can at least bus their own table. When the staff is busy, the table bus slows down. Have not used it but, it looks like they do a great phone order business too! read more
