Never going back, due to poor management and customer service. I took the time to order and pay online. After arriving and finally being waited on I was told my order would take another 10 min. OK. So I say down to wait. 20 min later they finally call my name. To be exact, my online order receipt says 4:44 and I got my food at 5:25. Several other people complained as we were all waiting. Another guy ordered online and yet his order was not ready when he got there, while another family eating in had been waiting for their food 30 min. Ridiculous! I have ordered online multiple times and had my fiancé pick up the food. This time we came in on October 1 at around 1pm I had spend over 30$ on food and was denied service because the racist woman at the counter couldn't give my food but he presented the card used to make the purchase and the confirmation email sent to me but my fiancé doesn't have an ID or the name on the order. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am greatly disappointed in this service considering I have ordered online before, stayed at home, and he has been able to pick up the food providing the information I had presented earlier. Will never be going back to this location ever again. You've lost a customer who enjoys spending money here but will not put up with people who deny service based on appearance. read more

My wings were very fresh & great flavor. This young man on the phone had such good manners. (Yes ma'am, no ma'am) my order was To Go, and my fries were soggy & we're not up to my standards. I ran back inside & the cooks were so sweet & had no problem making me new fries. I was ten minutes late picking up the order so they were sitting there for about 33 minutes. I give this location a 1 star not for their food quality but for their poor poor customer service. I have never encountered someone who seems like they hate their job more than what I experienced ordering wings. We came here after just having a bad experience at our hotels restaurant. They told us our meal would take 21 minutes to be ready and we said ok. 45 later- no food and when asked about how much longer, all we got was attitude and "I don't know's". When the food finally came it was exactly as ordered and tasted good. I'm starting to think it's just the people in this town that are rude in general cause every person at this store was very rude and unpleasant to be around. They no longer carry Smoke 9 flavor which was a medium hot flavor we really loved. We like the lemon pepper, mild, BBQ and even the hot flavor but we hope they will bring back the smoke 9 as our family liked it a lot! This used to be the best place for wings but the service and quality have really gone downhill. We were told our order (3 strips, 20 bone-in, 2 fries) would be 35 minutes but it was actually 65 minutes. One of the fry orders was almost burnt and the wings were basically dry but sitting in pooled sauce that we didn't see until they were over halfway gone. I'm not expecting fast food but if it's going to be an hour tell me so I can decide if I can wait that long. Even 20 mins after the manager knew how long it was taking, they were still just telling people 41 minutes. By the time we left there were tons of angry people. If the food had been up to the quality of a year ago I wouldn't be as irritated but I basically waited over an hour for food just slightly above Sonic. read more

This location of wing stop is the BOMB. This is a work place favorite for lunch. We have ordered multiple times over the years. Our orders are always made right, and cooked perfectly. The added bonus is the friendly staff. I always have a large order for work. They even help me carry out to my car. There is no better wings in town. Yes wings can cost more than fast food. But this is NOT fast food. Its good food. Only thing is with Lemon pepper, they can over season. So ask them to go light on it. read more

My rating is not for the food but for the customer service. I tried to call ahead and place an order to go, they asked me to hold and after being on hold a few minutes I decided to head to the restaurant. As I arrive I am still on hold and I see that they are not busy at all, no line, no one on the phone. The employees are all standing around and just didn't want to take the phone order. Not too happy with this location. The staff is rude. Waited in one of two lines the manager was running one line when it was my turn she left the line and started bagging orders left the register and me to start back over in another line even though there were plenty working in the back preparing orders. When I expressed concern they made pretty much dismissed me.
