Absolutely horrible! This place is filthy, the wings are swimming in sauce and the fries are soaked in grease. A truly gruesome experience.

The wings were good, especially Louisiana style. If that's all I ordered, this would be a five star review (well, maybe four because of the wait) The fries were my main complaint. They were soggy and limp, and shiny with the fry grease. Still, I would eat here again. read more

Wow so after reading the reviews on here it's no wonder I got the same nasty customer experience. I ordered my food at their website and chose to get it delivered. I then get an email from Wingstop saying my order was received and was given an order number saying my order would be ready by 12:30pm. Once 12:30 came around I got a text from DoorDash saying he's at the location but Wingstop doesn't have my order in their system. So I call Wingstop and let them know I have an order number from them. But the manager I spoke with was rude. She said the person from doordash left. The tone in her voice and the things she said just rubbed me off the wrong way so I asked to just cancel my order. And the comment she said was 'it doesn't matter to me I get paid by the hour either way'. Like really? She needs to take that chicken wing out of her ass. Once I told her to cancel my order she hung up before I can even ask about getting my refund. So I called back and was told that GM would be giving me a call back tomorrow regarding my refund. I tried this place for the first time recently and to say it's the worst place to eat is an understatement. Not only did me and my husband witness one of the employees drop the food clamps on the ground and reuse it to get the chicken from the fryer, we confronted the employee but nothing was said besides that they changed it but clearly we saw her. (The one with the boy haircut). There was 5 people ahead of us so we still decided to get our food. Because we've been waiting for so long. Of course we get sick the next day and both of us have to go to the hospital. Sounds extra but that's exactly what happened. So we will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. I called to let them know my order was wrong. As soon as I walked in to return it the manager "Elizabeth" said that I got what I ordered. When I told her I had the email confirmation she wouldn't even look at it. Since she was being rude and arrogant I told her that she shouldn't speak to me that way and her answer was," well that's the way I talk" At one point she even waved her own receipt in my face while claiming to be correct so I told her not to because I wasn't the one that fucked this order up". She refused to fix my order, instead she goes to the back like a TOTAL professional and starts to laugh with the teen staff. I asked to speak to another manager But she said it was HER store, and even told the staff not to help me. I ended up calling an officer, told him what was going on including that I had cursed and She still got the nerve to lie and say that she was trying to offer me a replacement order but that I was being impossible to talk to. I told the officer she was a liar and to view the surveillance footage so that he can see how she actually behaved prior to his arrival. He ended up asking her to refund my order or to make it right, all while she continued to laugh in front of other guests. Wings are good but service is terrible. Evry time I pick up my order ( after waiting an extra 30 minutes after my pick up time in a empty resturant) I have to double check my order because they always manage to forget something. I had a very disappointing visit at Wingstop today. Nothing was stocked, and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a 50-piece wings and three drinks which was just under $70. I felt ripped off based on the visit. I went to go get Dr Pepper and they were out and they had no ice or straws. I told Sonny the cashier, and he said he would take care of it but they would be out of dr. Pepper till tomorrow. Not a big deal I've got Coke. After 10 minutes I still needed a straw so I went to go ask him if I could just have a straw and he said, "I know hold on." I felt like it was kind of rude. I told him no worries it's just that I had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point just to take a drink of my soda. He gave me a look that could kill. So I just went and sat down and waited for them to stock the straws. When I ordered my wings I asked for light sauce and they were drowning in barbecue sauce which is bad if you get heartburn like I do. I didn't want to cause any more problems so I just dealt with it. I still feel the pain. The entire dining area was really dirty. It just wasn't a great visit I don't think I will be back even though the winds for a pretty good aside for me massive amounts of sauce. read more

So tonight's visit was nothing short of impressive. I walked in and was automatically welcomed by the assistant manager cinera and the entire closing team on Monday 16th 2017. She was very knowledgeable about the food being that this is my first time back in a long time. She had a smile that brighten up the room. She is an amazing asset to the company and hopefully if her future is with wingstop I hope she moves up. This place was just terrible! I went yesterday, and the service was unbelievable. So unprofessional, and unorganized. The girl at the register had a attitude, and they didn't even have trash cans inside. I ordered a 10 piece and had to wait over 20 minutes and the wings weren't even that great. Came to this location twice and both bad experience! Im a buffalo wild wings fan but my husband wanted to give wing stop a try! Def wont go back! Fries and wings are EXTREMELY Salty and DRY!! My husband has a cold and still tasted the saltiness! There chicken have no chicken on it at all it's dry and taste like left overs! The fries were stale and also felt like left overs! So we went second time giving a second chance and said lets try bonless maybe we will get meat on it! Wish i havent tried it so salty and nasty! Ill stick to buffalo wild wings! This particular location leaves a lot to be desired. I've gone to this location, the one in Temecula & the location in Riverside and the only problems I ever have are at this particular location off Haun in Menifee. The first time we ordered the employee was extremely rude, and instead spent the majority of the time flirting with her friends that came in. After we got our food we noticed that everything was thrown together in one large container despite the fact that we had a few different flavors. The last time we came in we were quoted a wait time of half an hour which we agreed to however when we came to pick it up half an hour later, we were told that there were multiple other orders ahead of ours. The order which was supposed to take half an hour actually was ready for another 17 minutes so almost 50 minutes. Not to mention, I watched as they charged another customer for an item (rolls) that they didn't even have but instead of refunding him right away they offered him cookies and fries instead. He had to leave and get his receipt and come back and only then was he provided a refund. Just the overall lack of excellent customer service at this location is disappointing. read more
