This was my first time trying wing stop and I wasn't too impressed. The fries are super salty, the boneless wings were decent. I got the Louisiana dry rub on some and garlic Parmesan on the other. The Louisiana was delish, but the garlic parm were salty as well. The staff is super friendly. I will have to try it again and maybe get a different flavor! read more

Just okay, to much money for such a generic food, 7.99 for a kids meal too much and she didn't really like it. People there were nice and professional but food just not woth it and the wait is crazy. read more

Wow. I walked in, gave my name, and was told my order would up in a FEW minutes. I waited 20 minutes until the EXTREMELY RUDE "Shift Lead" NADIA tried finding the order but wasn't able too. After another 15/20 minutes of them looking for my order they told me I would have to pay AGAIN for my order if I still wanted it. In MID DISCUSSION with Nadia she whispered to worker and literally walked away from me without saying why. I then ask her... "So you're just going to walk away from me?" NADIA's response was YES I AM. How RUDE!!! Bottom line I ended not getting my food?! How ridiculous it that. NADIA DESERVES A WRITE UP for her RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. She's "LEADING" this location to down the DRAIN. read more

Came here for a to-go order of wings and fries. When I received the bag the bottom of the bag was full of grease and sauce. I had no idea though so I got grease on my pants. You should never even serve such a mess in the first place but the least they couldve done was let me know. Customer service was terrible. And store was a mess. Epic wings would be a better option for any of you thinking about coming here. I may consider coming back after a while but I just really hope they change things here. P.s. wings & fries were awful. Wings were extremely dry and hard, fries were SO salty couldn't even enjoy any of the food, & I waited 40ish minuets. read more

Giving 1 star because is the lowest I am able to do. Had to wait 15 minutes to order with the cashier in front of us and he didn't even say sorry for the wait, he was just there checking on some receipts. One guy came to complaint for the waiting time for him to get his order served. Wings good??.. don't know, was not able to try them, my husband and I left without ordering since no one decided to take our order. Bussiness Owner should take action and re-trained/educate their employees on customer service. read more

Alan was rude. I had asked my friends if we wanted our wings for here or to go and he said rudely "I already put it to go" what the heck.he must of been new. 2nd we saw a lot of complaints while eating. read more

Every time I go to order over the phone, it's always busy. I purposely dialed the phone while I was in the establishment and it was the same thing. This has happened numerous times and I asked the person working there what was going on. His explanation was that the phone "messed up. " Also 2 out of 3 times when I order I get the wrong food. Tonight they forgot some items in my bag and when I called instead of refunding me for the item, they just asked if I could drive all the way back to get the item instead. Never getting food from this place again or would recommend this place to anyone read more

Slow service, I only had so long for lunch and I ordered at 2:35 an 8 piece meal. I asked about my order and they told me coming right up. I finally walked up at 3:05 and asked for my money back. Shout out to whoever made my wings today cause they were bomb!!!!!they were cooked so good and just juicy and my fries were all pretty and golden... it's been a while since I been to this location cause they were slipping back in the day but they got it together plusss I came when it was pretty busy which worried me cause At some wingstops when it's busy like that the wait is super long and the chicken be dry... fries be extra dark but nahhhh it was goooood read more

This is the only wingstop in the area, service horrible, come here all the time and phone always busy so you cant place an order online. Then when you get here it's not even full but you have to wait 30 minutes for your order. Keep checking to see if your order is ready because they will let it sit without calling you. Horrible management, does the owner care that he loses business daily because of the poor CS here???? read more

Took over 30 minutes and my simple order still wasn't ready. Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give me one because the manager wasn't there. Was told she'll be back in 30 minutes, if I could wait or come back the next day. Serious? Can't believe this is professional company. Never coming back, stay away if you value your time. read more

Very bad customer service. No Communication between employees .orders are coming out wrong at all times if you pay attention while you're waiting for your food. And the cashier register was very rude when I chose to cancel my order she did not bother to ask her fellow co-workers if my order was ready. Will never go back to this place again you guys suck please don't waste your time or your money on this place read more

Hostess with the mostest kelly, oh what a joyous server. As soon as we stepped in the restaurant a warm welcome to us and high quality service. She made us feel so comfortable and can hold a conversation so easily! great atmosphere and good food service time! very happy will eat here again! read more

Employees seemed clueless and one was very rude. Finally got our food and it was literally "garbage". The boneless were just chunks of crust with no chicken and the bone in had no rub! Finally had them remake it and it was ok. No apologies and felt like I was at the opposite of any real nice place like Starbucks or even the gas station has friendly service compared to this pathetic Wing Stop. My advice is Stop and think again and go to Buffalo Wild Wings! read more

Even after all the crazy reviews I've read I decided to try it. I've been to wing stops before and I can say this place is about average. Even though the environment is clean (probably because it's new) you can still find trash and left over food on the all tables. The ice machine picture that was posted 15 hours ago or so has not been fixed and ice is still over flowing. There is a bunch of tvs where you can watch some sports, but the multiple camera are a little alarming. It makes me feel we're in a bad part of town. Service was decent for the employees being pretty young. Food takes a while as in any wing place. They make it a point to tell you they card everyone, so if it's not your card don't bother brining it. read more

I love Wingstop... so I'm glad I found a location that decently close!!! I was worried about this place because of the reviews, but girls working were all very nice and welcoming. Nothing was wrong with my order. Ordered Garlic Parmesan classic wings and boneless original hot. Carrots and ranch! Loved it all. My boyfriend, who is usually not a big fan of Wingstop wings, was even impressed on how good the wings were! :) read more

I should have looked at the stars before I came here. I came with a friend that said he came here before and they took forever getting the order. I was really in the mood for some wings so I was thinking that it might not be that bad this time. Apparently this location just has an issue with taking forever with every order. We were the first ones there, I asked for boneless because it takes less cook time, NO, it still took 40 minutes to get our food. You would think they would change management at this point if the location already has a bad reputation! read more

This restaurant is horrible bad service and customer service I wish I can give no stars that's how bad it was and it took 45 minutes for our meal to arrive and be served and the staff have no sense of respect on what they want to deliver and don't have a responsible manager that cares like I mentioned I wish I can give no stars read more

Came in ordered no customer service what so ever. Young girl at register was sweet. A line started to form behind me 4 people. Everyone got there order before us wth! Asked the girl where's my order and they forgot! Chicken was bland as hell!! First And last time here! read more

Seriously I try to be understanding with it being the holidays and all, but I have been here quite a few times and every time our order gets botched. I know, shame on me for still trying to support a local place when they have repeatedly wronged me. The problem is I love the Cajun wings and Cajun corn. Tonight the bill was over 100.00 and they were missing all of our ranch, even the extra ones we paid for. They also failed to put any of our Cajun corn into our order, but had no problem charging for it. They gave my wife a hard time about it, and I am currently awaiting my sons return with our redo. This will be the last time I go here, save yourself the headache and long wait. It's good, but not mess up my order every time and have me continue going there good. I honestly don't understand how they stay in business, by the looks of it I am not the only one who has had issues... read more

Bad service, I called to place a big order of wings, the lady put me on hold, 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass, seems I've been forgotten so guess what , Buffalo wild wings is just across the street and they got our business, sorry wingstop, Never again. read more

Waited 50 minutes for order. I was made aware of the wait before hand, however when I had stepped out and returned 40 min later, I asked the person at the register kindly if my order happen to be ready , a glaring "no" showed the obvious stress from the crew being overwhelmed. Also, literally ALL of the tables had trays piled high with trash from previous customers. There is no trash cans for patrons to throw their own trash out, as they rely on the workers to do so. All fine but it looks disgusting inside. I don't mean this review to be a negative on the workers but obviously there is some very poor management going on from all levels. read more

Called my order in my order.... The lady that took my order was rude! She didn't even say good bye at the end of the conversation! Picked up my food... Received the wrong food. If not for the sincerity of a different young lady gathering my order, I would not come back!! Good food... Not the best customer service. read more

Pretty good chicken wings, with several different Options in rubs and sauces. I preferred the basic hot wing sauce. Tried a couple different rubs, one being a lemon pepper and the other Garlic Parmesan and they were both pretty tasty! Price is pretty fair. Very quick with getting your order out. Customer service more like a Panda Express. (Take your order, take your money) so not a sit-down type of place! read more

This wingstop location is good. Good hot food and good service. If you take a survey while you wait they give you free fries or a brownie. If i go to wingstop i usually go on Monday or Tuesday for 60 cent boneless wings! great deal. the manager was nice and so were the employees. read more

I have had so many problems with this Wingstop location. They always have me on hold, one time I was on hold for more than 15 minutes! Today I called for a pick up order and the guy told me the food was going to be ready in 30 minutes. I went in 30 minutes later and the guy said my order was not ready and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. I was very upset, I would understand If I ordered for a family of 5 but it was only for me. I usually don't have a problem with their food but my brother always has no sauce on his wings! They have the worst service, They are the slowest wingstop location I have ever been to. I am very astonished by their service. The wingstop in wildomar is a 10/10 I have never had a problem with their service and I will be going to that location from now on. I do not recommend this location and I will not be going back. read more

many people think this wingstop is bad but what they don't understand is the fact that chicken takes 13 mins to cook plus two to sauce and package so ur looking at about 15 mins. And some people don't understand that they have more tickets to do than just there's. I come here very often so I know how it works and I see people ordering well done and they complain 10 mins later knowing that well done takes long than the original time. Other than that the employees are very nice and friendly. I see many people complaining bout them being in the back chillin but what do you expect them to do while they wait for chicken to be done cooking. I will always come back to this wingstop because the employees are the best and the food is amazing. read more

My food was ordered on the App and I was told it wouldn't be ready for another hour. When I went to pick it up the food was colder than the temperature of the store. Super disappointed will most definitely not recommend this place to anybody. read more

What a joke. I placed my order and went to get my iced tea and the tea machine was not working. The guy at the register yells at the passing coworker to check and she says "NO". Finally after several minutes she comes out of the back and yells that it's working. I press the button for the unsweetened tea and let them know that it's not working for me. She says it's working and I say it's not working for me so maybe you might want to check it out. Guess she couldn't be bothered. So canceled my order. To bad they lost a sale over unsweetened tea and their attitude. read more

I have been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after coming here over ten times, I have to say this is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME we come in here, our order is never ready at the time its scheduled, and it is never correct. Seeing as mostly every review on here is similar to mine, I would say its not just coincidence. Save the headache, go to BWW. read more

Went in at 4:32 and they said it would be a 25 minute wait and went back in about 25-30 minutes later and they said another 6-8 minutes. Not only that there were customers that got food before me but I ordered before everyone and before rush hour hit. read more

Would not recommend ordering from here!!!Ordered on doordash for pickup and it estimated to be 17 minutes before our food was ready . It took us 20 minutes to get there and as soon as we picked up our food we went to go sit at the tables in between Chipotle and Starbucks. When we opened the bag, we noticed the fries were cold so we moved on to the wings. The wings were pretty much completely cold. One of the staff members was rude and the best the manager offered us was 4 wings (mind you, we had ordered 8 originally). Very unsatisfied overall. Will not be returning. read more

Service here sucks! They all need to be trained and taught on how and what customer service really is. Food is good but service here is terrible. I feel like everytime I come here, it gets worst. read more

Just had lunch here and it's bad or anything special. The service was great and the place was clean. The food was ok but it wasn't 5 star quality. The fires were soggy and especially salty (see attached photo) and the wings were too vinegary, I could smell my food as it sat in front of me of course but the vinegar smell was just too strong to even recognize the taste. The only issue I saw (not major but worth a review) was the fact that they only had one trash container for the entire room. As we threw our trash away, we had to sit it on top of the trash container because 1. It was small and 2. It was completely packed. Overall it was ok and not too bad of a place. Some slight changes could enhance the overall rating. read more

Really very pleased with this Wing Stop! Entered for lunch mid-day and despite there being patrons eating, the place was still very clean and tidy. There were two of us eating and we were quoted 19 minutes for our order to be completed. It came out much faster than that. Let's get to the good stuff though - the wings were OUTSTANDING! Piping hot, crispy and full of flavor. Lemon pepper are our favorite. The fries are delish, but don't be shy to ask for extra "sprinkle". Just puts them over the top IMO. Three employees working and all of them very upbeat and friendly. Very unusual. We highly enjoyed our first visit and based on that, we will be back! If I had a wish granted, it would be that they would be a tad more reasonable. It's an expensive meal. It would be nice to see coupons generate. That alone makes up for the deduction of one star. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Wing Stop for years and will continue to be. I would often order from the Norco location but since we moved this has become our home location. The food is just as good, however the service at this location is not. The staff is friendly but it often takes twice as long as their quoted time to get our order. I usually call our order in and the staff quotes us about 20 mins but when I get there (on time) I usually have to wait an additional 15-20+ mins. This happens every time. Update: seems like service gets worse every time which is unfortunate. No one is answering the phone lines or the line is constantly busy. Plus they never have our to go order ready on time. read more

The worst service you can ever imagine! Plan on waiting at least 45 min to an hour even if you order ahead of time.

I took off a star because it usually does take a while for your order to be ready. Other than that I am always happy with the food and service. Update: The food is still great here, however the service has gotten worse. I think they hired new employees since the last time I wrote a review. The people who worked there used to be nice and friendly now it looks like they have some new staff and these girls have a bad attitude. Last time I went here it was about an hour from the time I ordered online until I got my food. I sat there for half an hour waiting while other people who came in after me got their food first. I think they just forgot about my order. I didn't get an apology or anything just an attitude from a girl I think is the manager. My fiancé went in tonight and said it was a different girl but she was very short and rude to him also. She forgot to put and extra ranch which he paid for and she didn't say sorry and just gave him an attitude and said "there you go". read more
