Normally their wings are the BOMB. Not great tonight... wing were a little over cooked. Price was the best for the meal $15 for 25 wings. Bottom line we will give them another chance. Recomend training the cooks better that we on tonight's shift. read more

Currently at wingstop waiting for our food but when we ordered we were told there was no fries. Ok that fine I guess but I noticed 2 customers who ordered as well received fries...I'm confused. How are you going to say your out but serve 2 people fries in front of me. Then an employee helped herself to some fries as well before she left work. The WORST PART as this girl clocked out she sneezed all over the front counter and register and obviously didn't cover her mouth!!! Seriously disgustedand annoyed with this place management needs to reevaluate they're employees! Another nasty thing they we scrubbing the floors while cooking the food! The health department needs to be contacted. UPDATE: 2 people after me just ordered fries and got it what the hell!!! Also I ordered way before them and they have already left. I asked the girls what's going on and said dis you order with home because that takes longer...uhhhh no girl I ordered boneless and the people who just got they're food ordered with bone that makes no sense!!!! DONT COME HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! read more

They are just OK... wings were kind of soggy and the fries are so bad! Just don't order them.. they look like they sat there for a day and they tried to re-fry them and then microwave them. Dark and greasy. read more

What's the point of ordering ahead of time if you're still going to have to wait 20+ minutes? I could fry my own wings if I wanted to wait this long. Oh and the customer service is horrible! read more

I really like the wings from this restaurant even if the prices are a little high. The wings and sauces are delicious. What i don't understand is that the restaurants ( at least the Temecula and Menifee locations) seem to always have a dirty seating area. It doesn't look good to me to walk into a restaurant and see several stacks of trays with trash on them. Specially when they take up seating at the tables. This is due to the fact there aren't any trash bins out in the dinning area and people can't throw away their own trash. This forces people to leave their trays full of trash on the tables and making the restaurant look dirty once they start stacking up. I don't know if the staff is supposed to go out and clean this as soon as people leave but they don't. I really wished they would figure a way to keep their restaurants clean and maybe tell their employ not to cough into their hands while handling people's food ( sorry just had to throw that in there since i saw it a few times). This is why i gave it one star, i probably will not be going back even if the food is so good. My reasoning is if the front of the restaurant looks like that, what does the kitchen look like? read more

I personally love wing stop's food. This establishment has the WORST management I have seen. I have had to leave the store 3 different times because of the amount of customers waiting for their food. Don't get me wrong, I love Rick Ross but this has gotten out of hand. Every time I have had an interaction with an employee they have been rude. Things NEED to change because I would like to eat at wing stop again. Management NEEDS to change. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews. It's not who I am buuuuuuuut this place deserves one. A few weeks back my husband and I came into this establishment. The service was horrible, ordering with Seth was painful, PAINFUL, okay, whatever. We were told a 30 minute wait...an hour later we had our food. Good food. I'll give them that. Fast forward to tonight. Husband places an order for me to pick up on my way home. Awesome. I get there 25 mins later and they don't have the order. They have an order for Ashley but not the correct one. Long story short, again, painful to order with, Seth G. asks me if there's another Ashley that could have ordered? Uhh, I'm sure there is Seth. He then argues with me that my name is Sabrina. Literally argues with me. No, I'm not Sabrina. I'm Ashley. Tells me that I misunderstood how to place my online order. Which was a phone order, so, no, nice try though. He just stares at me when I start to get annoyed. Calls for a manager, who was also no help. I decided to just order and they said an hour wait. Nope. I tell them I'm just gonna leave. I get an "ok." No apology, no "let us get it for you as quick as possible", no "here's a coupon", no nothing. I'm super annoyed with this place, again, and if I could give zero stars I would, simply based on the service. Get it together people. read more

First I call to order and they hang up on me. I order online and come in 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done because I knew it wouldn't be ready. They tell me another 13 minutes when it's already been 20 minutes since I ordered. I wait 25-30 minutes again and it's finally ready. Under staffed or whatever your problem is with getting orders done on time. There shouldn't be 10 people waiting for pick up when you had more than enough time. Hire more people!!! read more

See the sad thing is wingstop is very good and the prices are very fair. The customer service is just always poor, I was on hold for 15 minutes, hung up on and when I called back they hung up on me again! I've been waiting to place an order for over 30 minutes. By the time I get my food it'll be late and my kids won't have anything to eat. read more

I can't believe they advertise $.60 boneless wings and if you walk in. Order 24 boneless at $0.60 it's $14.40 . They wouldn't do it. No where on their menu does it specify wing minimum (meaning a certain wing amount)They said I can order up to 100 wings! Then why can't I ORDER 24 wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They wanted me to buy the 25 boneless wings promo for $16.99 !!!!!! They really WANTED me to buy that "special" !!!!!! The $.60 wings special is Monday-Tuesday. Guess what it's Monday!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for all these exclamation marks but I'm upset. They wanted me to pay $2.60 for 1 extra wing and 1 less flavor !!!!!!!!!! I drove 15 miles to buy from this place. I've never had issues at other wing spots . I will probably not come to this place ever again! They don't honor there advertising . Congratulations you just lost my business and I will let my friends and family know why! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Menifee, California

Hungry? Don't bother. I ordered 10 wings boneless for myself and fries. Simple order. I was told "That'll be ten minutes". 45 minutes later I got my food. At the 40 minute mark I asked if their manager was here. The answer I got was "No......well she's in the bathroom." Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Previously gave this location a 3/5 but I'm lowering that after today's experience. I placed my online order @ 5:48 & it said it would be ready within 33-38 mins. I know they usually run behind so I got there an hour after I placed my order. The girl working the register told me there was another 6 orders ahead of mine & it would take another 20mins or so. Mind you, it was packed when I walked in so I understood. I waited in the restaurant for another 45 mins and went up to ask again, a different girl working register told me that my order was still 7th in line. It was now 7:45, I let her know my order was placed @5:50 online & it said it would be about 40 mins, she then said that the app is not the store, I questioned her saying so the Wingstop app for this Wingstop is different? She said yes & continued with the next customer. Finally @8:10 I got my order. I understand things happen & you get slammed but it would be nice to be told that as soon as you walk in rather than having to wait & figure it out myself. Also, someone ordered after me at 6:20 & got their food before me. Someone else ordered their food @5:15 & got their order at the same time as I did. That does not make sense at all. read more

Ordered online through their website and got our order delivered. I ordered around 12:10pm for lunch and got the $20 deal that they're having. Our order came 20 mins earlier than we expected. Our wings were correct flavors and fresh! We even got a few extra. Our tenders were also fresh and our fries were delicious! After reading other reviews I expected to be disappointed but I was not! So glad our food was amazing and I'm glad that I can leave this positive review. read more

The last time I was at this Wingstop over 30 days ago it was a bad experience, a lot of youngsters and not caring about the customers orders. Corie was so polite and nice. If I could give a 0 I totally would. This place is absolutely awful. Don't EVER risk placing a phone order here. They are so incompetent and I am so confused as to how they let these people into the work industry. I placed a whole order on the phone and then they said "please hold" and then they answered again saying "hi how can I help you" and completely forgot the whole order. Soooo embarrassing. Also, I ordered the wing bundle, and they forgot our wings. At a WING PLACE. Omg do not go here! They're so bad!!! read more

I have come here twice and the first time I decided I wouldn't give a review, I and back today to buy a gift card, wait to find you. An only pay cash for it, okay, I get it I leave come back get to wait again. So I spent a good amount of time on here today, there was a drug addict searching through left over food on the tables, he got a drink cup and a couple receipts in which he will then get free wings from some offer at the bottom of receipts. Which the staff members were more than happy to explain to him while ignoring paying customers or cleaning up the place. There were 3 people at least working and NONE of them were friendly at all they had one speed which was slower than slow at doing anything. I orders my gift card, took the manager some time to come and get it out, then she gave me a dirty look and kept looking at me like I was doing something wrong. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I am PAYING CASH LADY?! Seriously? I'm not taking food and cups and receipts off your dirty tables or trying to be shady or making other people uncomfortable while trying to eat. I won't come back here it's dirty and the employees are awful and rude, this is the second experience with this locations staff different staff members same result. Just rude and the food the first time was not done right. read more

My one star is ALL based on customer service.. I will add that our bbq wings and buffalo were BOMB! But the customer service was soooo bad that I couldn't give more than 1 star..I purchased the large ranch which is 5 little to go containers basically..and that was all she gave me for a 20 wing order..we were supposed to get two ranches with our order but I didn't realize this till we left..I purchased the ranch in large to take home..not for our wings..while we were there she told us it would take 25 min because I wanted my wings extra crispy..we said no problem..we waited and waited and waited and kept noticing everyone before us getting their wings..at 55 min and waiting my boyfriend went up to her and mentioned if they had forgotten about our wings and that they did..as they tried to not make it obvious..and that's what happens when u choose to be patient..she wasn't very apologetic and even tried to dis-count our claim till she saw the receipt with the time stamped on it..just seems this location is always a fail..and it's sad because their wings are actually really good! But be prepared to wait..this wasn't the first time..just my first review which I should have done last time when we waited an hour and I never got the crispy wings I ordered. read more

This place is always a mess but the service I received yesterday was horrible (Valerie who I now know is the manager) counts money as I walk in there's a family waiting by the counter as well to me it looks like they're waiting for food .. I'm there for seriously 10 minutes while she doesn't acknowledge my presence.. ( if I was Cersi Lannister shit would have popped off ) so she looks all irritated and calls some kid to clock in then he leaves back to what he's doing AS I STILLSTANDTHERE 6minutes go by and I'm like shit really .. people are starting to pile in at this point .. then she calls in some girl to help us as I'm about to order (remember the little family) steps up and says "oh we were here first" I said "YOU GUYS HAVENT EVEN ORDERED YET?" (I'm shook y'all ) I just stare blankly and say "wow" like if I've waited 20 minutes y'all have been waiting an hour .. finally I order after them and then when I come back to pick up my order I ask the guy for some sauces on the side he asks Valerie (rude counting manager) for the sauces she yells at the kid "what!" I was like wow man you're the worst I look up at the kid and was like "is this your manager?" He says that she is ... I'm taking they survey like a pro now .. I'm a customer service vet okay half my life I've been taught how to treat guests .. THIS ISNT IT. That place needs to be revamped with new management or some sort of coaching . Go there at your own risk. Oh .. food was fire tho read more

I seriously had NO intention of coming here and liking it; however, i bought some for my husband. I took one bite and feel in love. I'm not a fan of any flavor, but lemon pepper. It is the BOMB!!! Soooo tasty . I am a traditionalist. So, I always order the Classic Wings (bone in). The boneless are drier and the crust is noticed more than the meat. I'm giving them 4 stars because the customer service is hit and miss. Also, don't waste your time calling an order in. The phone will either be busy. Or, you will be put on an endless hold. Or, worse. You will hold 15 minutes and then be hung up on. Also, their website for this location only takes large orders (~$50 or more). Even though the customer service isn't that great, I'm hooked. If you are looking for a quick and easy snack, or appetizers for a party, you should stop by and check it out. read more

This place sucks if you want chicken go to Buffalo Wild Wings. They used to be good but no longer a

They are so incredibly slow preparing the food. Even trying to order ahead, takes forever.

This is our first visit to Wingstop & definitely our last. We placed our order inside the restaurant, after 15 minutes of waiting we were told it would be another 10-15 minutes because of online orders. We understand due to the current pandemic the wait might be longer but the employee's lack of customer service was the most frustrating part. From the moment we walked in his first words were "What do you need?". Not only was he rude to us, he was also rude to the employees. Whoever that tall skinny male is, he needs to learn what real customer service is. read more

I had forgotten how good their wings are here. On one visit I had their original sauce, and Cajun wings. Mmm, mmm, mmm finger licking good. On another visit I had their Parmesan garlic chicken wings. Equally delicious. I usually do not get their fries, but if you do, they must put french fry crack on their french fries. I think they give them a light coating of sugar, just gives them an amazing flavor. A colleague of mine, orders his with the Cajun seasoning they use on their Cajun fries. Just a heads up, because all wings are cooked to order, please allow 14 minutes before you pick them up. Believe me, it will be worth the wait. I will continue to stop by this location from time to time. I see a lemon pepper wings in my future. read more

My husband says a 50 piece McNugget and a bottle of Franks would be better than this crap. Yikes!!! They need to have someone managing this place really well while. Placed our order and they gave us a buzzer. We had been waiting 30+ minutes for our food. Apparently it's been made and sitting on the 'take out rack' for a while. They said 'Oh we called your name' and my husband replied with 'I was outside? What the hell's the point of your stupid buzzer if you don't use it?!' Now it's super late and our food is cold. read more

The order was over 50 minutes late. When i arrived, i stood at the counter for about 3 or 4 minutes while the girls chatted and got their own food together for their break. One finally said "hey are you gonna help him?" And she replies "um..Yeah" and finally helps me. I tell her im picking up an online order and tell her my name. She walks to the back and says "it'll be 6 more minutes here's a buzzer". So i wait, for a total of 45 minutes before going back up to ask whats going on. She says itll be 5 more minutes. After more than 5 minutes she brings me my food and says "we had to wait for the rolls" and i said "for 50 minutes?" She giggled, showed me my food and we left. Once home, the food was horrible. Potatoes were cold and soggy, the chicken was soggy as if it had been steamed in the box, the coleslaw was warm, and they forgot 2 sauces i paid for. Overall not a good experience. I end up just paying more for less food but so far better quality and service to go to a sit down restaurant. I would not recommend this wingstop at all. I would rather just go to Albertsons and get chicken/potatoes at their deli for half the price. read more

My wife and I were excited to try out a new wing place. The place was busy when we walked in but only one group in front of us. While waiting to take our order two different people walked up with problems with their orders. We asked for The Meal For Two combo at which the girl gave us a blank look and said old on a sec. I totally understand that just opening a few weeks employees could be a little slow. But she turned around and was looking at the menu trying to figure it out. After she got help she put our order in. Handed us one cup when it comes with two drinks. Took about 10 or 15 minutes for our food to come out and we had boneless chicken bites not the 10 piece chicken strips. Figured at this point they were just hopeless and undertrained guided by poor management skills. I had the serono chicken with was very salty with not much flavor. Spice was at a decent level. My wife had the hot buffalo chicken which was ok but not a lot of sauce on it and kinda dried out. The fries had way too much salt and we're very over cooked. I wasn't impressed with the rolls we got that were a little over cooked also. Would be nice to have something to put on a dry roll. Forks and napkins should be in a place you don't need to ask for them. I will most likely not be back because of the poor customer service. read more

I just wanted to let management know that we had the most WONDERFUL experience yesterday evening. Latisha, who took our order over the phone for dine in also who we met in the store was the most wonderful person I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I've been to this restaurant several times and it wasn't always the best. But yesterday Latisha provided the BEST & friendliest service I've ever experienced in ANY RESTAURANT I've been in. She went above and beyond! Was funny and friendly. I felt like we were long time friends who ran into each other. While we were eating we noticed she was always quick to come to the counter anytime someone walking in from outside or a table to request a bag and such. Super friendly with everyone. This place is just gross imo. We were in the area and craving wings and I thought wing stop would be good since friends liked it -probably depends on the location though. The lady at the cashier (Clarise?) was very rude to my family as she made them stand to the side when they were trying to read the menu. Weren't satisfied at all with the service and almost all the tables were dirty. As far as food, the wings were lukewarm and the bread on the chicken was wayyy too hard. It tasted like they re-fried it from the day before and was too hard to bite into and enjoy. When b-dubs opens across the street it will hopefully tank this place. I'm not sure if it's the location or the food is just low quality but we're not coming back here. read more

This particular location of Wingstop is horrible!!!! They need new employees, seriously. I called about 11 times and the phone was off the hook, so I finally went in to order and the guys were in the back just laughing and talking and then one guy realized the phone was left on and just started laughing about it, then they tell me it will be a 20 minute wait.... I waited about an hour. Every customer in the store was waiting for forever and multiple online orders came in and they still weren't ready. Fire everyone except the one manager ( I didn't get his name) a tall black guy , he was the only one who seemed to care but all the other people, literally are not doing anything , just messing around in the back, Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Temecula Pkwy, even though you have a further drive out, you will still get your food faster than ordering it and this location. read more
