I have come here twice and the first time I decided I wouldn't give a review, I and back today to buy a gift card, wait to find you. An only pay cash for it, okay, I get it I leave come back get to wait again. So I spent a good amount of time on here today, there was a drug addict searching through left over food on the tables, he got a drink cup and a couple receipts in which he will then get free wings from some offer at the bottom of receipts. Which the staff members were more than happy to explain to him while ignoring paying customers or cleaning up the place. There were 3 people at least working and NONE of them were friendly at all they had one speed which was slower than slow at doing anything. Soooo tasty . I am a traditionalist. So, I always order the Classic Wings (bone in). The boneless are drier and the crust is noticed more than the meat. I'm giving them 4 stars because the customer service is hit and miss. Also, don't waste your time calling an order in. The phone will either be busy. Or, you will be put on an endless hold. Or, worse. You will hold 15 minutes and then be hung up on. Also, their website for this location only takes large orders (~$50 or more). Worst experience ever. My husband ordered online and stated 16-21 minutes wait. I left my house after 15 minutes and headed down, which took 11 minutes to get there. After getting there, I waited another 50 minutes to receive our order. While standing there waiting, I could clearly see the staff working on the food. One guy (skinny guy with dark hair) Marcus looked "high" and lost, he could barely speak and the other guy (Blonde hair) had a runny nose and kept wiping it and touching food with no gloves. I was disgusted! I finally got our order and drove home. I told my husband what happened, and he started to look through the bags. Everything was wrong and cold! We ended up throwing the food back in the bags, and my husband went down there to speak with someone. Latisha, who took our order over the phone for dine in also who we met in the store was the most wonderful person I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The order was over 50 minutes late. When i arrived, i stood at the counter for about 3 or 4 minutes while the girls chatted and got their own food together for their break. One finally said "hey are you gonna help him?" And she replies "um..Yeah" and finally helps me. I tell her im picking up an online order and tell her my name. She walks to the back and says "it'll be 6 more minutes here's a buzzer". So i wait, for a total of 45 minutes before going back up to ask whats going on. She says itll be 5 more minutes. Potatoes were cold and soggy, the chicken was soggy as if it had been steamed in the box, the coleslaw was warm, and they forgot 2 sauces i paid for. Overall not a good experience. I end up just paying more for less food but so far better quality and service to go to a sit down restaurant. I would not recommend this wingstop at all. This was my second time visiting this Wing Stop location and I am disappointed. My first time ordering from here was a success, however, this second time around wasn't the same. I placed a 6 wing classic combo over the phone, (3 Hot lemon and 3 garlic Parmesan). After picking up my order and buying an extra ranch with it, I get back home to see that my order was wrong. Right when I opened up the bag, I see that one of the ranches had opened and it was all over the bottom of the bag as well as the box of wings. After cleaning up the box, I could see that what was supposed to be my lemon hot wings weren't correct. I could see the lemon pepper on them so I was hopeful that maybe they just looked different but nope (they're normally red) . They weren't hot at all. Matter of fact, it just tasted like lemon pepper. Also, I was thrilled to see more than 6 wings, there was actually 8 which was obviously also a mistake. Lastly, the garlic Parmesan wings were covered in a sauce which is not how they are typically served & the sauce tasted nothing like garlic Parmesan, it tasted like melted butter! I had forgotten how good their wings are here. On one visit I had their original sauce, and Cajun wings. Mmm, mmm, mmm finger licking good. On another visit I had their Parmesan garlic chicken wings. Equally delicious. I usually do not get their fries, but if you do, they must put french fry crack on their french fries. I think they give them a light coating of sugar, just gives them an amazing flavor. A colleague of mine, orders his with the Cajun seasoning they use on their Cajun fries. Just a heads up, because all wings are cooked to order, please allow 14 minutes before you pick them up. Believe me, it will be worth the wait.
