The people in front of us told the manager and she told them to try harder. Nice. The lever is broken so you have to know the secret magic ninja ice maneuver to get it out. The food is great at this Wing Stop, greasy but great. I love the Lemon Pepper and the Garlic Parmesan regular wings, and the fries are a regular craving. That being said, I've ordered from here 3 times and had trouble with the staff. The first two orders were slower than promised, and the last time the girl hung up on me "oh, the phone hangs up on people when they wait on hold too long", then when I came in the shop I still had to wait longer than the 14 minutes despite being 1 of only 2 customers. I'll probably still eat here but the service is more of a hassle than at my old location. One other good thing is that all Wing Stops are open until 11 PM or midnight, so you can eat late! read more

On arriving at this wingstop I was surprised at the tiny size of the joint. It was packed though which put my mind at ease for the choice i had made for dinner. The wait for my food almost changed my thoughts on choice of dining for the evening until I received my very well cooked and very tasty wings. Avoid this location! We ordered at 6:30 on a Friday night, understandably busy time so we were willing to wait 45 minutes before it was ready.. but then when my husband went to pick it up AT THE SCHEDULED TIME he sat in the car for an additional 30 minutes in the 107 degree heat before anyone even acknowledged him. There were people waiting outside of their cars for the entire time as well. The parking lot was a sh*tshow, no employees trying to help or give any direction. Every few minutes someone poked their head out the door like an auctioneer and shouted someone's order and some random went to claim it. Complete disorganization and chaos. Of course, they make you pay ONLINE ahead of time so we couldn't just go somewhere else! It is now 8pm, still haven't been acknowledged or got our food. When the lady on the phone told me they had a special for 25 wings. I said yes. When I get the wing they are boneless and not what we wanted. We enjoy the wings from Wingstop but this location has TERRIBLE customer service. Today I placed an order online and received the confirmation in my email. I arrive 10 minutes past when the email said the wings would be ready (based on past experience of how slow they are.) I walk up to the register and state I had an online order. The young woman all but laughs at me and then says with a smirk "our printer is broken we can't get no online orders." I ask "why isn't online ordering disabled if you can't print orders." And I get some half baked lame excuse about no manager being on duty. I refused to spend money at an establishment that could care less if they have my order. I refused to wait another 30 minutes and went down the street and got take out elsewhere. This is the second time I have ordered online, gotten a confirmation email and showed up to get my food only to be told the "printer is broken." Avoid this restaurant and spend your money somewhere where they actually want your business. I can't believe this Wingstop is still open. These wings are way better than Buffalo Wild Wings and nearly twice the size. I had the Atomic, Cajun and Smoke9, all were delicious. I ordered them extra crispy and they were excellent. The fries could be cooked a little bit longer but were tasty nonetheless. The rolls are buttery and soft. The service was good considering how busy it was. I will definitely be back. read more

I enjoy having some good wings. I have eaten wingstop before. Unfortunately tonight, wingstop missed the mark. The wings had little to no sauce and they were severely over cooked. The fries were old and hard. When I picked them up the girl running the counter totaled the order. I gave her my card to pay and she just stood there for 5minutes before she ran my card. She didn't even give me a pen to sign. After she gave me a pen, mind you i had to ask for one, she walked away and began talking to another employee. No thank you or anything. If this is the type of customer service and food quality that is to expected, I do believe I will be going else where from now on. read more
