This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. First off, it took over 40 minutes to get my food. FORTY. MINUTES. For tenders. And when they finally handed it over, it was ice cold--as if it had been sitting there the entire time while the staff stood around doing absolutely nothing. I could've microwaved frozen tenders at home and had a better meal in less than half the time. But the real disaster? The staff, specifically the so-called "manager" Destiny (per the receipt). Not only was she completely incompetent, but she also had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a restaurant setting. She was rude from the start, getting mad at us for asking for an update on our food after waiting for so long, but the moment that sealed the deal was when we started cleaning our own table (something we didn't even have to do), and she rushed over just to insult us. Her exact words? "I'll do it because y'all don't look like the people to clean it," as she snatched receipts and trash out of our hands with extreme attitude. Excuse me? Who talks to paying customers like that? The food was terrible. The service was even worse. And Destiny? An absolute embarrassment to customer service. A refund could take up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS. They forgot the veggies and when I went back and asked for them the girl went back and told someone making the wings and then I waited an extra five minutes for them. We will never be going to this one again. We ordered 2 6piece meals with drinks on the app. Waited 30 min before going to pick it up. When we got there, still waited another 30 min before we got our food. What a complete shithole. They weren't busy and the trays were stacked at the counter, the tables were dirty and the floor doesn't look like it's EVER been cleaned. The windows were smudged and gross. Service took entirely took long as the employees talked and laughed behind the counter. I'm not sure who owns these stores, but I have been at other WingStops around the country that are nothing like this dump. Excellent customer service today. Got my order to-go in less than 15 minutes (from home to shop and back out the door). The place was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. Pretty frustrating experience. Loud music in the kitchen, which is usually okay but it made ordering difficult. The cashier was in the kitchen seemingly hanging out for a while before coming to the front to take my order. The food is great at this Wing Stop, greasy but great. I love the Lemon Pepper and the Garlic Parmesan regular wings, and the fries are a regular craving. That being said, I've ordered from here 3 times and had trouble with the staff. The first two orders were slower than promised, and the last time the girl hung up on me "oh, the phone hangs up on people when they wait on hold too long", then when I came in the shop I still had to wait longer than the 14 minutes despite being 1 of only 2 customers. I'll probably still eat here but the service is more of a hassle than at my old location. One other good thing is that all Wing Stops are open until 11 PM or midnight, so you can eat late! read more
