Victor R.

I ordered uber eats from here and food got here cold I know it's uber eats but come on theses fries are not even eatable can imagine how or even if they change there oil or clean there fryers never ordering again be careful ppl.

Half ass wings smh

1st time I didn't say anything but this has happened more than a few times already. They don't season the wings right and gave me a bunch of left over oil/ grease that my wings were soaked in.

My proof of order

This place is HORRIBLE. I placed an order through uber eats. The delivery time kept getting pushed back. I contacted the store to cancel my order given that my lunch was over and needed to get back to work. The rude young lady who answered the phone lied and stated that I didn't place an order, suggested I called another store and terminated the call. After an hour wait my food arrived cold. When I called the store to speak with a manager I was placed on hold for approximately five minutes. The manager Jasmine had the same bad attitude as her employee. This place SUCKS. I should have checked Yelp before placing my order. Never again

Almost 4 bucks to use the restroom!!

This experience has turned me off to NEVER go to a Wingstop. I went to the Wingstop to ask if I can use the facility and I was told that Management informed the Staff: Forr paying customers only!. And I understand that the homelessness has seriously curtailed courtesy from many stores and businesses. It's a sad thing but I will admit that. What happened next just turn me off. So I decided to buy a bottle of water since I was going for a jog on the 6th Street Whittier Bridge. I paid almost $4 for this bottle of water and then they didn't have the change to give me. I told the attendee that I didn't care I just want to use your restroom!!? On my way out I grabbed the receipt and a bottled water. FYI it'll cost you 4 BUCK TO TAKE A DUMP AND/OR URINATE at this establishment!!

Don't frequent this location at all but decided to mobile order and pass by to pick up my order. I arrive maybe 30 minutes after I had placed my order and stood at the front patiently until someone approached the front till to help me with my order. I kid you not 3 or 4 employees came from the back to the front and made eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore me and walk back to the backroom. What?? Continue to wait 5 minutes and an associate comes back from the 7 eleven thats right next to the wingstop and walks to the back and couldn't even tell the BOH that there was someone in the front! Had an employee take an order outside and said excuse me since I was standing near the counter, came back in and still did NOT ask if I needed help?? I tried to ask but they would walk away too fast. No wonder why they are hiring.Do better.

Magly needs more training she took my order completely wrong ,
Angie S.

Magaly my order completely wrong when I addressed it to her she said she couldn't fix it because I paid with a credit card and she didn't know how to delete orders for new ones she needs more training. I was forced to take my order wrong because she wasn't able to fix it I contact her manager the next day to explain to her the situation. She didn't even apologize. I also contact the regional manager by the name of Martin. He was extremely rude. He said for me to visit wingstop.com for any concern. Please look at the reviews before going to this place. I should've done that.

Waiting for your order super bowl sunday

The difference between the two locations was night and day. Even though it was Mother's Day and busy everywhere, Boyle Heights was organized, fast, friendly, and fully stocked. There was plenty of parking, the line moved quickly, and the employees were courteous and professional from the moment we arrived. Most importantly! THEY HAD EVERYTHING. Fresh biscuits? Yes. Fully stocked menu? Yes. Good customer service? Absolutely. The biscuits were fresh, hot, buttery, and delicious, exactly how I remembered Pioneer Chicken growing up in Los Angeles. We honestly ate them on the drive home because they were THAT good. You could immediately feel the better energy and management at this location. People were constantly coming in and out, yet the staff still handled things efficiently and professionally. As someone born and raised in LA, Pioneer Chicken is nostalgic for me, and this Boyle Heights location felt much closer to the Pioneer I remember. I will definitely return to this location again. Thank you to the Boyle Heights staff for saving Mother's Day dinner. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the biscuits, the aroma took over, the box was opened and my mouth ate before my camera! ha ha ha

Initially they mentioned they didn't have uni available, but the attentive manager came to us and shared that he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the uni that day, though he was still willing to serve it to me. I really appreciated the honesty and passion for quality. I came here eyeing on the uni pasta, so I had to go for it. Maybe he was right, it was just OK. It wasn't necessarily the uni itself, but the pasta and cream sauce felt slightly overcooked and a bit dry. It could've used more sauce to bring everything together. Still, no ragrets (iykyk). It's something you should try here . We also ordered the hand roll trio and toro, which was yummy. The fish was fresh, beautifully cut, and served in generous pieces. They're partnering with Death & Co, known for their craft cocktails which explains why the drinks here are so uniquely curated and well mixed. Definitely worth exploring their cocktail menu.
