How is this place still open? The restaurant is trashed a total mess. Seems like it's just a bunch of kids running this location. It shouldn't take this long for wings honestly... I tried to order online but the website wasn't working for some reason. Ive been told the workers usually turn it off so you can't order. I then called them and was immediately put on hold for over a while I assumed they got busy and forgot I was on the phone but NO. I walk in the store and as soon as I walk in it's EMPTY, everyone in the back just standing around talking while the phones ringing. Someone came up to take my order and as the phone is ringing the boy came up and right away said " I'll be right with you". You know what he does ? I've always been satisfied with my Wingstop dine-in experiences. However, all of my recent delivery experiences have been awful. Long wait times, undercooked fries (despite requesting them well-done), incorrect drinks, and missing desserts/sauces. My last order was 90% inedible. I was very annoyed with just trying to put in an order. I am at the counter in person and the guy take a order over the phone and it took a long time for him to get the order in. So later another person a lady come up and talking so fast, I asked her to slow down so I could understand her and so I can put in my order..and I quote, I am too busy to slow down now can I take your order? I caught food poisoning from here, found raw undercooked chicken half way through my meal, a piece of fry in my ranch (they are probably saving what's left over from the tables) and the place was not very well kept. I already filed a complaint with the BBB, health department and even the USDA online. I am awaiting their response to take things to the next steps in teaching these businesses a lesson who don't give a shit about the public's health. I don't quite understand the 2 star average for this place... I have been a fan of Wingstop since they first one opened in Stockton on Hammer and West Lane many years ago. I have been to several locations in both Stockton, the greater Sacramento area and other places while traveling. I was excited when they put one in Lodi. I will admit I was apprehensive because I have found that not all locations are created equal but this one definitely does not disappoint. The wings are on point! And I love that when I ordered them "extra crispy" they actually did it! The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy unlike other locations I've been to where they came out soggy and oily. This tells me that this Lodi location actually changes their oil like they're supposed to. Also another positive for this place is the fries, they cooked them perfectly and put plenty of seasoning on them. I've been to many locations that skimp on the seasoning and that's my favorite part of the fries, its what sets them apart from all over fries. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were also very clean. I plan on coming back many times in the future and give this location an A+. read more

Then he made my order without washing his hands and I was missing 2 lemon pepper wings. I also seen him go out to throw trash away and be on his phone while doing so. Sadly I didn't check yelp before going to this place. It's fairly new and as I looked into the dining area I wanted to leave. I was one of four in the entire area and half of the table needed bussing. The edges of the tables were grimy and food handling practices were those of non trained people. It took awhile to get there, but this Wingstop finally found its feet. To be honest, it already got there at least a year ago but I never felt like writing an updated review until now. To be clear, I'm not giving a good review score to this Wingstop (or any other fast food restaurant for that matter) because the food is spectacular or anything; it's because they deliver on the promise that they'll satisfy your particular craving in a reasonable amount of time. I hardly ever deviated from ordering boneless garlic parmesan wings and a couple of Atomic Wings. They finally got up to speed with the other Wingstops: they dump an unhealthy amount of parmesan in the garlic parmesan wings, and the atomic wings are spicy and not just a bunch of vinegar. Their seasoned french fries are actually pretty good as well. As long you order in advance (by calling, going online, or using the app), it usually takes 20 minutes to get your order ready. Depending on how busy it is in there, ordering them in-person could delay them by 10 minutes or so. When you're going to Wingstop, you know what you signed up for. Been here a few times but not a big complainer the 2 times I have been here before we've waited over 30 minutes as well as all the others around us... this time we waited almost 2 hours. We got in at 10:30 and left at 12:20! Staff was non-chalant about how long each of us has been waiting...
