I called to place a Togo order and was placed on hold for 18 minutes. I then called back a few times and they would pick up the phone and set it down to end the call instantly. About the 8th call I was asking them not to put me on hold and that I've been trying to place and order for 30 minutes. She said they only have one computer to take orders and only one person for the front desk. And said she had 10 people in line. Is this normal for the lindale wingstop ? read more

We've been visiting regularly since we moved here a year ago. I have found their boneless wings to be consistently good. We've tried most of their flavors, but lemon pepper is our fav. Their order takers could be a little more friendly since Southern hospitality normally reigns here in Texas, but at least they get the job done. The dining room is clean and there's always something sports related going on the TV's. If our wings were done a little quicker, they'd get 5 stars from me ... but maybe you just can't rush good wings. read more

I'm giving it 2 stars because this place is DIRTY AND NASTY! We placed out order and the young lady at the register was nice. We decided to sit outside in the patio and to our surprise when we got there, we were shocked on how dirty this patio/hallway leading to patio was. In the hall to the patio, there was a ladder just laying there, a mop bucket, lots of buckets and trash all over the hallway. Out in the patio, the doors were dirty and handles were sticky. The floor had something white all over it(milk like stuff). The tables again, disgusting, nasty, stained, sticky and just awful. The chairs were just as good as the tables....out of the 8-9 chairs out there, there were maybe 2-3 ok chairs, the rest were ripped and unusable. There are no napkins, no trash cans no nothing out in patio. I would definitely not recommend this location and would rather drive across to town to a cleaner location. read more

Really nothing good to say here. Wings are a really easy thing to serve and according to this place even easier to mess up. The boneless wings are all breading, the sauces are a poor spice blend of gooey liquid, and the wings are just tough and not crunchy. The whole place smells like grease like they don't have a good ventahood. read more

This place was phenomenal when it first opened (20 years ago) in the Dallas area. Customers got a crap load of a variety of wings- great price for a large family and great taste. I moved out to East Texas and was excited to see a Wingstop out here- 'til I went in. I was planning on surprising my husband with a wing dinner after a day of shopping. Inside the restaurant, it was hard to get waited on and after looking at the menu for several minutes, I just decided that the prices were ridiculous for just a few wings. I've eaten here a couple of times and now I can comment. First, I wish Yelp had 2.5 stars because this one is definitely middle of the pack... except when they're much better, or much worse. The staff leaves a bit to be desired in their language ability. With some English is obviously not their first language. I don't mind that at all unless it is to the point where they cannot communicate. Next - how can you not consistently cook wings right when wings is essentially all you do? Some times they are 5-star wings and other times they are over-cooked, dry, and tough. When they are right, they are 4 - 5 stars but when they aren't, they are more like 2 stars. I've always loved wing stop. Great memories at the original Tyler location. Owners/employees were great people. This place however, total disappointment. There were 3 guests sitting at tables. The cooks were leaning on the counters in the back shooting the breeze while we ordered so I assumed this should be an in and out experience. Thirty minutes after ordering we finally got our cold fries and my kids' boneless wings were actually too hard to bite into. I'm not a bitchy person when it comes to food. Most times we deal with whatever happens and make the best of it. We left our food and went elsewhere. I'm writing this review in hopes that management will read and work on making improvements. Good selection of wing flavors and sides. Can be pricey for wings especially for a larger crowd. The location in Lindale is a night size and they have a patio in Rear of restaurant. Went on a Saturday night and they were not busy at all. Would be worried if I was owner but a lot of people may be out of town due to summer ending soon. Anywho good location for wings read more

Wings are decent, but seriously the customer service needs a overhaul! No personality . No greeting. They can't pronounce your name correctly and then run to the back and laugh about it. Real professional there... I can drive to the wingstop in Tyler off of the loop and get better service and faster wings . 20 to 25 minute wait for wings is typical . Visit this wingstop if you can. Wingstop In Lindale provides excellent customer service during lunch time on weekdays! I am being specific because I've not been on weekend. Talia is the young lady that usually is working when we have stopped by for lunch during the workweek. Talia is very friendly and polite and gives exceptional customer service. Many of my coworkers and I order ahead online and trust that our order will be cooked fresh and accurately. Talia's team has never gotten our order wrong. The wings and fries are so fresh and hot when we arrive to pick them up and Talia ah her team are quick to greet us with a friendly smile. One time I ordered boneless by mistake and she didn't blame me for it nor did she make me feel guilty for ordering boneless instead of bone in - she politely offered to correct it and did so. This location is an alright place to eat. The one problem is when we walked in, the radio station was in Spanish and the screen TV's were in Spanish too. When a female worker came by the table, she asked "If I was watching that TV?" My response was "No, but you can change all of that stuff I cannot understand. This is not México! We live America."
