I don't know what happened today. The manager looked sick, she was just standing there. Her coworkers and customers were asking if she was ok. They called the ambulance twice but she refused help and she started to regain function of herself after 20 minutes from when i came in the store. There is hope for this location. After my bad experience last week, head management of the store reached out to me immediately. I appreciate the personal concern and accountability that was shown. This location is terrible. Poor customer service. The first mistake was when I called. They immediately placed me on hold, I was simply calling to see if my online order had gone through. They never gave me the opportunity to speak not once. When I got there, I asked for extra sauce on my wings since there was barely any. I check my wings for a second time and they literally dumped the sauce on top of my wings. It was everywhere! There was so much that it was leaking on the sides of the container onto the counter top. So I ask for another box so that I can switch it out and clean my mess that they caused. My fries were also very cold so I asked for another batch and they still came out luke warm and soggy. Terrible customer service! I walked in while being at work and they took a whole 7-10 minutes just to ask what my order name was and I hadn't even placed an order! After placing my order at 5:18 it took a whole hour just to receive my food at 6:22 and I just ordered two 6 wing classic combos. read more

Horrible! The cashier at 8:52pm was so quiet and monotone and had ZERO customer service skills. She sounded like she hated her job and hated being at work. The meal prep staff was on their phones while preparing other peoples orders and leaning against cooking equipment. Currently two people are on their phones like they are at home cooking. The management staff here should be ashamed! I understand its a new restaurant but good god! And dont chew gum while dealing with customers, thats horrible customer service professionalism! My first order wasn't what i was expecting but that's ok bc they made my next experience way better it made up for the last time. If you ever have a problem this wing stop will make sure they fix it and get it even better than before. This time i ordered it a little more well done and the wings were awesome! Do not come here . I called at 4:10 , ordered a meal for 2 , they said it'll be done in 25 minutes. 50 minutes later it's still not ready .. and I was not the only one . A lady in there told me she called at 3:50 ! And she's been waiting over an hour when they said "25minutes" . They also kicked us out because 5 "coworkers" came in and they only allow 10 at a time . Ordered the 15 piece whole wing and they were TERRIBLE it took atleast 45 minutes for the order to be complete and they still were not hot. Wingstop I never write reviews but since I've had to wait an additional hour after the online order pickup time... I got time. This place is intended to be a place of business but Wingstop you have severely failed at being understaffed again. This is a problem HUGE problem. Please fix this. The workers were trying to be nice but because of the volume of customers the frustration was nicely displayed. #This wait was not worth it. Sorry I can no longer be a customer. This is a new restaurant in the area and I made a visit for the first time Friday July 8, 2017. Let's just say that they did not disappoint. Because of some of the other businesses in the area, I did not have high hopes for this establishment, but I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. I am not sure who the owner is, but you did a great job selecting your staff. EVERYONE that I encountered was super friendly and pleasant to deal with. I hope that they keep it up. It was very refreshing to walk in and not have some snotty teenager or young adult to give you their best stank attitude as soon as you walk through the door. Kudos to Wingstop in Lancaster, Texas. I was very reluctant to visit this new wingstop because of the reviews. Everything was great. The wings were a good size, not dry. Was ready in 15 minutes., even though they said 20minutes. The fries were yummy. There was no line when I picked up. I ordered over the phone and the person was quick taking my order. The cashier was quick in ringing me up and bringing my order. Great experience. Is now my new favorite wingstop and it's closer to my house. read more

by far the WORST wingstop i've EVER been to. i walked in to pickup my online order and the cashier wasn't even there, the manager SAW ME walk in and continued to talk to the guy in the kitchen. it took him all of 5 minutes to ask me what i needed and when i told him he said "oh you had that difficult order with all that stuff" and rolled his eyes... i don't know who "trained" this establishment but they ALL need to be retrained and/or have new employees brought in because they clearly don't care about their customers. if i could give them no stars i would. read more
