Do not order food from this place. I pre-ordered my food a week ago for a 3 o'clock pickup. When I went to the window they told me 30-40 minute wait. They are servings walk in orders before the preorders. Everyone is getting their food 30-40 minutes after their scheduled pickup and walking are getting their food at the same time. Why bother preordering? The staff and management couldn't be less helpful to anyone. They are rude and inconsiderate and could care less about a single customer. We have tried them at least five times. The wings are average at best. The boneless wings have too much breading. The entire operation is extremely inefficient. Even with no customers in the unit, long waits are the norm. Food is delivered at different temps and the fries are often luke warm and soggy. There is never a sense of urgency in the kitchen. Yes, you have to wait a little bit for them to make your order, but that's what the big screen TVs are for. But one customer was misinformed about not being able to take a coupon because the address was not on the paper. Insane she was picky about the address. Turns out the address was on the paper, just that she immediatly decline the coupon as if it was money out of her pocket. The wings with bone in were tough, chewy, and smelled funny. I took them back and they wouldn't give me a refund. I hate this location! We have had issues in the past with messed up orders so we started driving out of our way to the Glendora location (Lone Hill). One night after working, I thought I'd call in and order some take out. It was an hour away from closing time. No one bothered to answer the phone. So disappointed in Wingstop specially this location it's so close to my home. Every single time Ive had a bad experience from getting my order wrong to very rude customer service not to mention horrible management. Called and filled a complaint with Better Business Bureau to let them know something needs to be done. I placed two large orders for a party over $170 worth of wings on two occasions. I had my guests with food poisoning such an embarrassing and unfortunate circumstance. Really unfortunate as I frequent the Ballwin Park Wingstop location for work catering events at least two times a month I've never have any issues. This is the closest one to my house and I tried on multiple attempts to like the food and to try and enjoy the food but there's always an issue with my order the management is horrible I called to let them know about the food poisoning I'm not looking for a A refund just for them to aware of the potential dangers and to better train their staff on hygienic practices and food preparation practices. The last time I picked up an order There was two employees heating in the back while tossing wings in sauce if you tell me that's not hygienic to have a wing that you're eating in one hand and a tossing a bowl of a customers wings in the other there's something wrong with that picture. I mentioned it to the young boy at the register he said they were busy and that's normal for them to eat while they work they do it all the time. Also told the manager who didn't really seem to care told me if I wanted a refund or not or what else did I want so I email Wingstop Corporate office as well as BBB to inform them. this is by far the best wingstop i have been to, service is mostly good . some days it may suck a bit it depends who is working but most of the girls there provide excellent service. chicken is good, sometimes its small sometimes its pretty big i guess it just depends on their provider. sometimes the wait for chicken can be 15 minutes but if it gets busy or chicken is too big it takes between like 15-20 minutes. overall its very clean, great customer service and delicious flavors as well. one thing tho THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 11 NOR MIDNIGHT , they close sun.-thurs. at 10 and fri. & sat. at 11. that is all. go to wingstop la verne .. i so recommend it read more
