I have to say this is a great place. My son loves to stop there atleast once a week. A couple of the young men there are very friendly and patient while you decide. I order plain wings just salted so I can join my son and they do it perfect each time. I travel alot so I have to say the La Habra place is great clean and a place you can gather with friends or family. But the reason Im writing this that to say that there are still honest people out there. One evening I left my purse hanging on a chair and left my ATM card at the counter and didnt realize it till the next day. So I call the next morning and spoke to Michelle V. Did I say she was very friendly in the early morning and explained my problem. Well she told me to describe the item I left by my luck she had it and my card, This isnt the first time this has happen to me but I have never had this kind of help or honesty. I love the lemon pepper chicken and the barbecue chicken. I feel weird with the celery though because in my own country we usually don't eat them raw. I love the free refill of drinks. The bad side is that we waited for 30 minutes for the food to be served but the waiting time is definitely worth it. read more

Been here a fee times over the last year and a half. The smell from the restrooms dominates the place. Also a bummer that the soda machine isnt available to refill your drinks yourself like most wingstop locations. At least the soda is good though! I come here once a week because the service is so good. It's takes time if you walk in, but phone orders are always ready on time and fresh! The workers are nice and always talkative, it makes for a good kick back for a couple of friends to go and talk and hang out. You should try it out. Lately the chicken has too much fat on it and I've been getting sick every time I eat here

I am a huge fan of Wingstop but I have found that the stores vary in quality and customer service. This location is on the way to the care center that my Mom is in. Since I don't get off work until 7PM and the care center visiting hours end at 8PM I called in my order 30 minutes ahead of time so when I get there (7:15) I can get in and out quickly. When I arrived I told the cashier I was picking up my to go order. Then I waited 10 mins before they even asked my name and after I paid they said they hadn't started my order yet. When I asked why, they responded that they were busy. So as they were taking new orders I told them they should make sure the customers who already ordered had their orders before they take new ones. No one cared or apologized or offered to make it up to me. So I got my money back and left. I had to go without eating so I could make it to the facility before closing. I hope someone reaches out to me so I can update my review. Until then I highly recommend the one in Fullerton on Harbor Blvd. read more

When we arrived for pick up, we still had to wait in the long line of people to let them know we were there for our phone order. In addition, had to wait some more for our food. They need more help. Three strikes and I'm out of ever wanting to return to this Wing Stop. I have come here on two previous occasions and they definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth but yesterday was the final straw. To begin with, if you place an online order, anyone would expect his or her order to be ready by the time provided online. Not the case with this franchise. I went in and wasn't greeted but told they would be with me shortly as they went about their business. Follow up being ignored by the phone ringing and the worker was able to take a phone order before helping me. When the employee got around to addressing me, she indicated my order wasn't ready yet. Then I waited an additional 20 minutes only to be told they ran out of rolls. I will make a point that a gentleman offered to give me wings in place of rolls but this wasn't enough to take the sting out of this lack of customer service. I will never return. read more

I LOVE WING STOP!!!!! It's a bit expensive on the wing sides but entirely worth it. My favourite is for sure the garlic parmesan and the original HOT. The veggie sticks are fresh and crsips, I had expect it to be dry and stale. We always get the 50 Wings combo. Totally worth it. read more

Been to this chain many times, but unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down... I usually order hot wings, garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. I noticed not much of the hot wings quality being changed, but the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, the quality has gone down. Their fries are still good. Much better than KFC though. this would have one star if Collin had gave me the same crap service his manager Charlene did. I placed an order through the app for a 15 boneless wit piece with fries and two drinks. I show up a few minutes after my set time and the food is ready. I didn't bother to check the bag because how hard is it to get it right the first time? I get to my location and the wing flavored is incorrect. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong wings and they told me to drive back with the wings and receive my right wings. So as inconvenient as it was, I drove back to have Charlene holding the wings out in my face saying "sorry about that, here you go", I wasn't being the nicest considering I was pissed but I did bring the wings back that they demanded back and she had the audacity to rudely ask me "what is this? Some old wings?"..... Uh it's the wrong wings that you gave me for my order and demanded I bring back in order to get my right wings. And as I was walking out she THEN screamed "thanks! Have a good night! Byeeeee!" As sarcastically as she possibly could. Being the manager of any place in the customer service industry, you know you MUST fake it and never give attitude and always do the right thing for the customer. 50 something year old Charlene needs to quit this place because her social skills and customer service skills amount to dog crap. read more

Wings were good, but the fries could have been crisipier, and maybe a bit more sugar on them would've been nice (though thats personal preference). The music or tv audio wasn't on either, so the enviroment was kinda weird since it was so quiet. Don't really like the table covers either, because it's a cleanable cover and can get kinda sticky.
