I've been to this establishment many times, and every time i was always greeted warm and welcomed by the staff. Charlene is a very nice and professional staff member and every encounter with her was nothing less than exceptional. i have come with different friend groups many times and surprisingly Charlene has remembered myself and even my name almost every time. I wish zero stars was an option. Never before in my life has a restaurant failed me like this one did. I should have known something was wrong here as we walked in. There was 5 tables occupied in the lobby and only one had food. No line at the counter and 4 or 5 people working in the kitchen. No problem ordering and we were told it would be 14 minutes. They have no idea so they ask for our receipt. It turns out, the little girl at the counter says, our order was never put in. And it's going to be another .... No it's not, I said, I want my money back. Un-freakin-believable! So, no apology, no let me rush your order out, no let me see if the manager can do anything for you. Nope, just a nonchalant "let me get the manager". And out comes the cook, he's the manager! Rafael looked miserable and drunk! Doesn't address us, no apology, no attempt whatsoever to try to keep our business. Grunting the whole time and without looking at us, he hands me my credit receipt. He just turns away because he has another customer complaint to deal with. I seldom feel the obligation to use my time to complain but more is expected of a recognized name brand restaurant in Orange County. Your franchise is giving Wingstop a poor reputation and gives the city of La Habra a bad name. I have been a long time patron of this Wingstop location as it is right down the street from my house. The owner(s) are very sweet and fun loving people. It is unfortunate that I feel that I must write this review; however, tonight was the second time I have recieved this terrible service and I have had enough. The food was excellent as always. This review is soely for the customer service. As I know from previous experience the chicken does take time to make. So I usually phone my order 10 mins prior to me leaving for it unless they say otherwise. So upon calling I dont normally order bonless strips so I asked the girl who answered the phone what quantity I can order them in. She didnt know....so she put me on hold for 2 minutes and then comes back and asks how she may help me.....seriously. ...so I ask again and she tells me hold on....and then tells me 5 or 7. So I order 7. She says 10 mins. No problem ill be right there. So I get there and there are 2 girls working the register. I stand at the register and am not greeted with a hi or hello or even with an ill be right with you. She looks at me too and doesnt say anything. I look around to see if they are busy and they have 3 customers. One who walked in right before and ordered his food. So finally one of the girls says......do u need help? Uh......duh? So I mention I phoned in the order and she said okay so she looks me up and I pay. She said its not ready yet but she let me know when its ready. Noooo problem...I said alroghty and took a seat. 5 mins......10 mins......15 mins..... then she calls the guy that walked in right before me to pick his order up. Mind you he ordered as soon as I got there. So I stand up and look at there to go cart. There are 2 bags. One small enough to be mine. So the girls look at me again. They say.......are you waiting for an order?.....WTF!? Are you kidding me?!? I say ya.....and they ask me what name? Wow....I give them my name and sure enough my food is ready and has been sitting there getting cold for the last 15 minutes..... so they give it too me....no thank you no have a good night nothing....... I am extremely dissatisfied with this customer service. They messed up my order 3 out of the last 4 times, if you're particular about the wings you order ( ordered specifically for a reason) then double check before you leave.. When you order through the app and give them ample time to complete the order, you show up and still have to wait ten minutes. Last time I went I gave Cynthia 22 bucks in all singles and when this broad finishes counting it she's looks confused and asks "24?" ..and I'm just as confused cuz I'm never wrong.. Over the years, we usually get 50 wings for Pacquiao and some other boxing and mma PPVs. We order in advance over the phone and add a bunch of sides. And maybe 3 out of every 5 times, there is something wrong with our order. We first started discovering missing items or fluffed orders when we got home, called to complain, they offered to correct it, but we didnt drive back the 20+ min to get our proper order bc we didnt want to miss the PPV event. Then we started checking our order while still at the restaurant. We inevitably would discover missing items or fucked up parts of the order. They apologized and went about correcting the fuck up. Still, there you are sitting there, waiting, and losing out on the $65 PPV you bought. And on those nights when there's a big tv event, they have a lot of orders so it is not the standard 12 or 13 minute wait. I've waited there over 30min and by then the original order i had was getting cold. I've been back just bc I dont like WingStreet and eaten in. I was happy at first with this wingstop, I never had a problem with the quality of food. But when I went to pick up my order i made online today, and the employees either neglected to check or forgot about my order. I had to wait another 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I think the most irritating part was they assumed I had gone to the wrong Wingstop, but I had the order confirmation on my phone. Good food but service is not up to par. Explained to GM that the 5 pc Louisiana rub was burnt and we ate partial and threw away but he insisted to see the burnt wings to replace. I have never experienced such terrible customer service until I came here. I went in last night, 1 hour prior to closing, and once I walked in a older lady who was the cashier looked at me and looked away. A couple minutes later she shouts, "Are you here for a pick up?" And I answered no and another 5 minutes go by until she came to the register and says "can I get a name?" I thought it was really rude for the cashier to not even greet me. Then while I was waiting for the food the cashier yells "another one pulling up" and another cashier who was mopping yells, "OH MY GOD" basically she was annoyed that guests were coming in to order. The food was good, but the service was terrible. To add on, they had all the chairs stacked on the tables so I couldn't even dine in, I don't think it's right to be closing down a restaurant 1 hour prior to closing. The service is extremely friendly, and they take the time out to talk to you and get to know you (somewhat). Love it. The wings are prepared just right. Not too much sauce, just enough. Met some friends here for lunch. A little out of my way but overall it was worth it. I'm definitely a wing fan and this place certainly has perked my interest enough to come back sometime and try some of their other flavors. This time I just went with the original and the lemon pepper, mostly because those two were recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say they were both very good. I'm a spicy lover so I think next time I'll have to try out the Atomic, but I'd rather come back when I'm not on my work lunch so I can enjoy a few beers with them, as wings should be enjoyed. I've been to several Wing Stops but this one is the best of the bunch. The service is always nice, they greet you when you walk in the door and make sure to say a parting comment when you leave. Tables are consistently being wiped down when someone leaves so that never an issue. The wings are always cooked perfectly and seasoned just right and the same goes with the fries. My only complaint and the only thing holding back from them getting 5 stars is that there are always a couple wings in the order that are below average and should not have made it in the batch, in my opinion. read more

So I've been to this location a handful of times and it always goes one of two ways: The staff has been really pleasant but my order or the wings themselves get somehow screwed up, or the staff has been less than kind but my wings are great. Not sure why one of these always occurs, but it does. They sometimes go crazy with the dry seasoning/salt. I had someone Louisiana dry rub recently and I woke up at 3 in the morning with a swollen tongue and had to drink a liter of water before I could fall back asleep. And finally, just as a general statement, the wings are not crazy hot. Mango Habanero is their second most spicy and I didn't find it too crazy, so feel free to get adventurous with your choice of flavors. read more
