Good wings. I had the boneless wings this past time which were okay but the bone in wings are better. Garlic parmesan are good. The Hawaiian's are glazed and remind me of Panda Express orange chicken. A little on the pricier side but the combos make it worthwhile with seasoned fries. read more

Came to Wingstop on 9/19/20 at about 10 at night. Ordered in store, automatically I noticed the cashiers dirty attitude. I came in with a group of 8 people and to each and one of us she just kept giving attitude, throwing change and being so rude. We got our food. This is where it got bad. I asked Valerie the cashier for forks and more napkins because the napkins they had out was empty. Valerie straight up tells me there's napkins there but wasn't enough for my group. Gave me a huge attitude for some napkins guys!!!! Napkins!!! She then said how busy she was so that meant to me that she wasn't going to give us any. Like okay? In the first place their should be utensils out for costumers to get for themselves. At the end of the night when we left, half my group had no forks or napkins. We ordered 100 traditional wings with a total bill of over $100 and they gave us 100 boneless wings and refused to refund us, let alone try to fix the situation at all. We payed over $100 for glorified chicken nuggets and the best they could offer us was a $10 refund. Terrible management. This was not a 20 wing order it was over 100. I didn't find this place to be a good spot to eat for a party of 6...the tables aren't large enough for that many ppl so we had to split up and eat at separate tables. This Wingstop is always hurt or miss with me. I'll get extravagant service a few times and then the rest of the times, they forget to make my food entirely. The most recently time I went was probably the worst experience in that it took 45 minute for the staff to realize my order was never printed to the chefs in the back to cook my food. I was not compensated for time wasted, I was not given anything but a "thanks for my patience." I went with friends and by the time I got my food, they were 3/4ths done with theirs. Delivery was the completely wrong order and didn't contain a receipt in the bag, contents in the bag were completely wrong and nothing that we ordered, we tried to call numerous times but no one picked up the phone so we had to drive to the location, even though we ordered delivery for the reason to not go and drive to the location, and as we arrived to the store the heavy set short associate was very rude and decided to argue with us, all while the manager was talking to us and completing our refund, and as we were leaving she decided to act completely unprofessional by blurting out that we shouldn't order from here if we were dissatisfied with our service, I believe this associate needs to be reprimanded for this as there was numerous customers in the store at that moment, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

My experience review isn't about an employee(they were all great) but rather the whole online ordering/turnaround time. I ordered 2 large fries, nothing else, at 726. Paid for, everything done. I go to this location at least twice a week. I started going to Wingstop in Texas over 10 years ago before they came to Calif and use to have my sister ship them to me overnight on dry ice. My favorite is the lemon pepper. My kids like the hawaiian, mild, BBQ and teriyaki. I always order my food online or with my phone app. and it's always correct and ready when I arrive. I always go to this location bc I live down the street. You can tell the whole staff has changed bc quality has gone down. I called in an order today. And when I got there there were already 3 people inside the store. So I waited outside since the sigh says only 3 ppl allowed at a time. Normally people order and go outside so that other can order/pick up too. Then they call your order and you pick it up. This time these girls were waiting inside and I didn't know if I could go in or not. It turns out these girls were friends with the cashier working.
