We stopped on a road trip and LOVED this place! As soon as you walk in the customer service is phenomenal! She helped us decided what to get since we had never been. We enjoyed the lemon pepper wings but felt the garlic parmesan wings were bland. We would definitely come back! read more

This place is getting a bad rap.. my experience today was fine.. food was good service was good.. presented in a reasonable time. It seems most people are getting to go or door dash.. no one but me inside eating.. I will be back. read more

Wings were ok. Fries were soggy and not done. Main reason for this review was a few other things 1.the 30 plus minutes we waited for our food with only one person in the store that had ready been served. 2. The floor through out the whole establishment (bathroom as well) was so greasy our shoes stuck to it every step as we walked . 3. There was not soap or hand towels in the bathrooms and we watched two employees go into the bathrooms, use them and come out and head straight to the kitchen to cook food. The light switches were disgustingly dirty in the bathrooms as well. Skip this one and go for a different location. Yuck. read more

Food was great. service was the worst i have ever had. it was AWFUL. we sat waiting for our food for almost an hour just to find out they finished it in the first 15 minutes. they let it sit in the takeout station until we went up and asked for it. we had ordered dine in. this happened to 3 other dine in customers. read more

I visited this wingstop in 2017 while working as a travel consultant, and even now (6 years later) my passionate disdain for this particular restaurant leaves me feeling obliged to submit my experience for your pleasure and my own personal catharsis. Upon finding out that Rick Ross may or may not own this particular franchise, I placed an order 30-45 min prior to my actual arrival and received confirmation that it would be ready. Woe is me, when I arrived after a long dusty day on the road I discovered that my order hadn't even been written down! My ire only grew as I had to repeat the order to employees who clearly didn't focus on the details - my original requests, though long forgotten by history, weren't even available due to an inventory issue and a lack of available spices. The original 30-45 min time window stretched into an hour, then an hour and a half, as I waited for my new order to be completed. I committed myself to waiting for the order, convinced that I was either subject to an Ashton Kutcher-style prank or that Rick Ross himself would smile upon my poor, hungry soul. Upon finding out that, even after another 30-45 min wait my order would STILL take an additional half hour, my temper flared and I told the employee "don't worry about it." Leaving the empty restaurant, which at no point had any customers besides myself, I put Wingstop - and the musical styles of Rick Ross - in the rear view mirror forever. Even now, nearly 7 years later, I can still vividly remember the disappointment and hunger that pained my past self. So save yourself some trouble, choose wisely, and enjoy Jackson! read more

Please read to the end! This review is going to be impartial and fair. Most people make reviews when they've had a bad experience, but this review is written after multiple trips to this Wingstop location specifically. Depending on the time in which you go, there could be 2 or more staff working. At the time of writing this review there were only 2 people that I could see working the entire establishment. Regardless of the amount of people working, your order may take up 45 minutes to complete, and I've waited as long as an hour in a half for an order. Should a good number of staff be working, it is likely you'll find many of them hanging out in the dining area. To be fair, they might be on breaks. The problem is that half of the staff should not be on breaks if the wait time is well over an hour for a 10 piece wing combo. Should I pick up my to-go order, I've been handed the wrong bag on multiple occasions. The wings, both traditional and boneless, typically come out MOSTLY okay both in taste and appearance, with exceptions - at least compared to other locations. Wingstop's fries are typically a little undercooked yet crisp, and seasoned with a seasoning that is both sweet and salty. However, this Wingstop undercooks their fries to a soggy mess and ignores seasoning them altogether. This has often resulted in my household throwing a good amount of them away. This review wouldn't be complete without adding one final experience I had. I once ordered wings online a little after 7:30pm. By the time I got to the location, they had closed the store despite having their hours listed as 10pm. There was nowhere - online or in person - that indicated a change in hours. The employees were inside so I knocked. I actually had to do this multiple times before they came to the door. I let them know that I placed an order 20 minutes prior and they just let me know they had closed and I'd have to go through corporate to get a refund. I hope this review helps any would-be consumers. All of the above info was gathered from multiple visits and not based off just one bad instance. read more

0/10 recommend. I entered the Wing-stop & i got up to the cashier who immediately told me that i had to order online. I, along with my friend, proceeded to make a mobile order on my phone. I go into my car to wait since the wait was 15 minutes. I go back into the shit ass restaurant & asked if my mobile order was ready politely & gave her my name. the cashier who previously told me to order online, asked the customers behind me if they had ordered with the name that i had just told her what my order was named. i told her that, that was my name & she goes "hm, i'm not asking you". she then asked the cook if my order was ready & he said not yet. what kind of dumb fuck question is it to ask another customer if they're order was of my my name? don't go to the wing-stop in jackson. hope this helps! read more

Yelp makes you give 1 star! It should be zero stars! I'm a huge Wing Stop Fan! **BUT** The Wing Stop in Jackson, TN is possible the single worst managed and operated restaurant in the Free World! It blows my mind how they pass the health inspections. They've tried to trick the customers with Grand Re-Openings but it's the same trash! STAY AWAY! read more

No matter the owner or manager, this establishment needs to be shutdown. Service is horrible. Your order will never be correct. Just needs to be shutdown read more

The sandwich was amazing! The wings were dry. I asked for wet wings not nearly enough sauce.

Terrible, the person taking my order was bothered that we were even there. We eat Wingstop often so our order was easy and quick yet she managed to make half of it bone in instead of boneless that we ordered. The front counter person that took our order walked out before giving us our food so it sat a shelf until someone noticed it some time later. The experience was awful and uncomfortable so we took the food to our hotel across the street rather than stay, it was cold, awful. We will east wing stop again soon but never at this location. read more

Put in a order for 40 wings and 2 orders of seasoned fries at around 330pm for a scheduled pick up at 530. Arrived to pick up food and all of it was cold. Fries were soggy and wet. Mentioned this to the person working the counter and was shrugged off. Pre paid when I ordered online and left a 15% tip. Never ordering food from here again. Lousy customer service and lazy workers who don't care. Don't order from here!! Better off going to the competitors! read more

Junk. No cups . No syrup in the drink machine and all but one fryer is unop . Had not been cleaned all day at least. Waited for a hour and 10 min for cold wings and soggy fries . read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. What first got me was the fact the employee was wearing sandals. Second, I didn't realize it took 30 minutes for two combo meals, with nobody in sight. Needs new employees or at least new management but of course they can't seem to keep management. read more

I don't even know where to start I've never had wings as hard as a BRICK until I ate here fries had to be microwaved because they were beyond SOGGY !!!!!!!!! Customer service sucks.... I had to wait a very long time for my food. And didn't even get the order correct. I didn't even want to go back in to tell them the mistake in fear of waiting even longer. No customer should t have to endure that. read more

Awesome wings and great service! Can hardly wait to try all the different flavors of wings!!

These bbq thighs were worse than the worst gas station old chicken I've ever had. The commercials make it look soooo good. Well, it's not. The chicken was dry and tough, and the skin was just a little bit easier to chew than what I imagine leather is. My door dasher was delightful and the fries and drink were good, but never ever again! Oh, and no napkins! read more

Manager and crew mean and disrespectful ran out of food and the store is never open and when it is they're out of food. Absolutely horrible somebody from corporate needs to do something ASAP. This location makes the entire brand look bad. You need a new crew and new management like now. read more

This restaurant disappoints every time. I'm a delivery driver and I pick up from this restaurant almost every day. The employees are rude and unfriendly. The restaurant is filthy and the wait is always long. I was in, picking up, tonight and was told as soon as I walked in that they weren't taking orders. They could only handle the online orders, there were 3-4 employees sitting down doing nothing at the time. Then the lady sitting in the front started hollering at the 3 sitting in the dining room. They yelled back and forth for a few minutes. Then I heard people in the kitchen cussing. I heard that they are under new management so I hope things change soon. This is just one of the many bad experiences I've had at this place. I'm guessing the food tastes pretty good but because the restaurant is so nasty I've not tried it. read more

This is absolutely the worst food ever! The only thing worse than the food ... is the horrible service. Warning: never, never eat at this pathetic restaurant. BTY, I was made to give them 1 star. read more

This is the worst excuse of customer service ive ever seen. Wing stop WAS the best wings i haD ever had but this location in jackson tn has the worst possible service i have ever seen i my life. Went into wingstop tonight , 7/29/22 . I arrived there at 845 pm , walked inside and waited. the manager told me they close at 9 pm and they were "suffering from staff issues". However there were more than 6 employees behind the counter working and ZERO customers eating or being served. I waited 15 minutes in the dining room of the location, until I finally asked the manager " are you still taking orders" which she replied "no ". It was 8:52 pm at that point . I told her I would make a bad review and call corporate which she replied "okay bye". I glady walked out and will never step back into another wing stop. read more

The service is literally terrible, wouldn't let me get a refill after i spent $15 on a meal. shit is ass

Really good wings! They are a bit pricey, and they charge you for extra dipping sauces, but they always taste great!

Service is trash here... all employees are on their personal cell phones and the customer has to wait until they get off their phones for service. From the minute I called in my order to when we picked it up, it was horrible service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Will not be coming back here. read more

Wasn't really impressed with the wings! I enjoyed the decor but the service was rushed, and seemed like I was bothering her. Worst experience at a Wingstop ever. Ordered online was supposed to be ready at 8:09. Waited until 8:40 asked what the hold up was just to be told they never dropped my order. This is by far the slowest "fast" food place I have ever been to. Ever time I order take out I end up waiting in the store for it. As I write this I'm still waiting on food I ordered over 30mins ago, and all I ordered was Buffalo wings and fries. Chicken is tasty but come on.... read more
