Wow! Completely blown away today by Wongstop in Hutto! Ordered online to pick up and status said 20 min. At other Wingstoos in the past, not even on a Super Bowl Sunday, was way off. I called to verify and they said yes, 20 min. Pulled up - they were FULLY staffed. Extremely friendly and inviting even from the parking lot! They had tables set up for orders. Got my order and one of the employees even offered to assist me to my car! They said they have been taking pre orders for 2 weeks and it showed! These wings were perfectly cooked. Love this place as it is convenient and food is consistent. I think I love the fact that I can order for carry out and pick up in the drive thru window. It is usually not crazy busy here, but we came on a Monday night (Monday night football) and it was busy. The dining area isn't big, but they do have tables inside if you want to dine in. The service has always been pleasant so that is always a plus. They are definitely our go to spot for wings. read more

I have only had good experiences at this location. None of my food is ever missing. It's always cooked and coated in sauce perfectly. The portion sizes are good, if it's a 2 piece and a piece is too tiny they give you a "3rd" piece. I just decided to become flex-atarian and wing stop is the only meat I eat. There's no fat, or mysterious pieces in any of your delish chicken. The cashiers are always nice, and my food is always ready for pick up on time. The last time I went into this location they were insanely busy. I was taking my food to the car, the birds were having a community meeting in the tree's. I was hurrying to get in my car because I thought one poo'd on me (I was so ready to buy a lottery ticket) I then figured out there was a hole in my bag and it was just ranch. I love a brand new store! Wonderful customer service and clean ambiance! Unfortunately there was a HUGE wait time. 2 hours! But that's to be expected with a new store. Yesterday, I wanted to eat fried chicken, so I went to wingstop. I ordered fried chicken wings and Cajun corn for to go. On the way home in the car, a disgusting smell kept coming from the chicken !! The quality of the food is starting to suck compared to the first gave a review here which im not too angry about its still good but not as good as before. The service here is horrible. Wingstop should consider hiring a consultant that can provide ways to improve the way they manage orders and provide customer service. Food sits on a rack for a while without anyone checking to see if the people are there. On Friday the place was completely unprepared for the CFP, I and others waited over an hour and a half after the food was expected and did not receive anything. The emo kid with the glasses is so soft spoken and kept throwing chicken out instead of calling out names to see if people were there. Complete incompetence throughout! read more

We placed our order at 445 for delivery at 610. At 553 they said the order was on its way. 30min later the driver texted us to say the order was delayed. Called the store at 655pm to question what was the issue. They said they were running late and filling orders of the customers in the store first. And they will get to ours when they can. The food at this location is always cold and never fresh. You can get it the minute it's ready and it's cold and soggy. The fries this time (on top of being cold) were literally scraps. We came for first time and order 10 pc wing combo & fries. The Louisiana Rub ones smelled and tasted fishy, the Lemon Pepper were same and all were very greasy.
