So this place is hit or miss. I've been there in the evening and everything has been hot and fresh and very good. But I can visit a week later at 2pm for a late lunch and place an order that's done in about 6 minutes. Now if you're cooking wings and fries fresh how can they be done in 6 minutes. We'll because they used precooked wings that ended up being dry and fries about way over cooked. But I think the cook was in a hurry to get back to his own table where he had all his personal stuff and a basket of fries. He came out and sat there and ate his food while I ate my overcooked food. I was honestly not in the mood to have them make me more food and maybe do something unprofessional to it. The problem with this location is they will hire many people that don't give a damn. Just hire a decent 2 managers and 6 professional type employees. read more

Ordered online to "skip the wait." Arrived to pick up my food 10 minutes later than the online confirmation told me it would be ready. Had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived before my food was ready. What a total waste of time. Customer service here is severely lacking and the employees look defeated as if their job totally sucks. If you don't mind wasting an hour of your time feel free to try the wings. read more

I agree with a lot of the reviews regarding this location and their speed of service, or lack thereof. However, each time I have ordered from this location, the food has been delicious. This is my go to spot when I can't decide where to eat. Aside from the wait time, it's hard to go wrong here. read more

worst wingstop in texas!!! long wait! wings taste like old oil.. its so bad!! Ordered 15hot 5 louisana rub. Got 10 hot 10 garlic parm.. going to kingwood or in atascosita from now on... stay away!! read more

I don't know what happened to this location I've been here plenty of times and recently the wings taste dryer as if they're trying to save money on sauce. The wings taste as if they have no seasoning I'm used to seeing the seasoning and the sauce at the bottom when I eat my wings and this time it's dry. I typically order online and I'm there when the wings are ready so it's not that they're sitting there for a long period of time. This location needs to stop being stingy on the sauce and seasoning. read more

I ordered online for pickup order took over 30 minutes to be ready I asked and paid for all flats and had drums my fries were ice cold when pulled off and tasted one. The drink machine was not working and I was just given a empty cup. I got home and called the manager to complain and I was told she was busy they took my number and needless to say I am still waiting on a call l. Very bad service and I will not be returning If I go I will drove to the location that is far from my house read more

Incredibly incredibly slow service. They take more time on a slow day than Buffalo Wild Wings on a busy one. Don't come here at all. They have no care either. read more

I normally get wings from the Atascocita Wingstop because I hate the poor customer service and attitude at the Humble location. Unfortunately I had to run an errand in this area. I called in my order prior to leaving my house and I was told my order would take twenty minutes over the phone at 6:45. It is now 7:20 and I'm still waiting for my food. I'll stick to the Atascocita location or the newer one closer to my house from this point on. read more

It's Wingstop what's bad to say about it. The wait could be up to 30-45 mins if you're a walk-in sometimes

Short staffed, one ringer, fucked up my order and now stuck miles away eating shit I don't like.

The wings had no taste. Garlic parmesan bland!!!! Original hot......bland. Horrible taste. A waste of 30 bucks. First and last time eating here. Gonna stick with brewingz!!!!!!!! read more

This is probably the worst customer service ever. I called to placed my order & no one answered the phone but when I get here, someone calls to place an order & right away they answer the phone. I waited for my order for 50 minutes. Everyone before me with bigger parties even got their food before mine. read more

only way this place will change if people stop coming here & they lose money placed online order said 30min. an hour later my order comes out.. and to top it off when i get home its wrong!!!! stay away! read more

Went in again to this place due to convenience and I was pleasantly surprised. I called the order in and the person answering the phone was nice and when picking up the order I did have to wait about 10 minutes but it came out hot and fresh. It seems they did have more people in and everything was going smoothly. read more

When I tell you the wings were HORRIBLE!!! Dry,Cold,& Not Appetizing at all! Will never eat from this location again. No ranch came with out wings so when we asked they tried to charge! read more

Food is good but service is so bad I hate going there. To go orders are NEVER ready anywhere near close to the estimate. It is usually double what they say. The staff is super rude like they're doing you a favor by handing you your food. It's the worst service I've ever had, I've tried multiple other wing places just to avoid this one. Fire your staff, clean house, hire a manager who can manage a team and you'll triple your business. read more

The food was excellent. They have a VERY unintelligent credit card clarification policy there. We paid online. Completely paid and verified. Then when we went to pick it up, they wanted to see the credit card that was used to pay for it. But it was already paid for. Completely. And we didnt have the card because my wife paid for it at home and I picked it up while I was out. They made us call my wife to "verify " the card. But it was already paid for. And if, by chance, this was an elaborate plan to steal $40 worth of chicken wings, and we stole someone's card, I would have obviously called the person who had the card for the info. So that verified nothing. Then they had me sign the receipt, which they would have done in the first place. So after 10 minutes of hassle, they ended up with exactly what they would have in the first place and with no further verification accomplished. I tried to explain this to the manager who was not interested in discussing it. I understand the policy of verifying. This policy is unintelligent and gains them no verification read more

The best wing stop ever! Staff were very friendly, I always like my wings extra crispy and they never fail !! (:

I had an awful experience with this Wingstop. I walked into this establishment and the floor was sticky, the counter tops were sticky, the drink machine was filthy, and there were several flies lingering around the restaurant. I was very disappointed in the wait. I was told my food was supposed to be ready at a certain time and I had to wait for 20mins after my pickup time. Also my order was wrong. What a waste of time and money. This place needs help! read more

every single time i have ordered through doordash the order has been wrong: ordered fries with extra seasoning and there appeared to be no seasoning on the fries, dipping sauces always wrong or missing. physically going to the store might get your order correct but the service is awful. the employees act like they are annoyed with your business and seem to have minimal knowledge of the menu. read more

This shit don't even deserve a star, heads up to anyone that decides to go to this one.... make sure all your fries are there cause mine weren't..... read more

This Wing Stop does not even deserve a star! They deserve 0!!!! We waited more then a hour for our 10 combo wings!! Never coming here again!

Wings are NEVER FRESH. No meat on bone, looks re-fried in old grease several times. Do not go here! I'm so disappointed this is my 3rd time tying this location and every time it's a complete fail. Go to a different location read more

Nasty. Hard disgusting boneless wings. Never have had a bad experience at ANY wing stop location until now. Old nasty grease. I know because my fries were orange and dark instead of golden brown. Totally disgusting and incompetent cooks in the kitchen. High school kids who think it's funny when someone returns their nasty food for a refund. Never returning! Don't go to this location. The manager doesn't give a damn. read more

This is by far the worse of all the wing stop locations. There customer service is ridiculous!!! Ordering on the phone is pointless because they won't make it until u arrive or they'll just "lose" your order all together. Too many young staff members playing around!!! read more

We are in wingstop today I tend to give this location 3 stars the lemon pepper wings are to die for. Our only complaint has been that the service is not the best. read more

I should've read the reviews before coming to this place. I made an online order for 5:00 PM at this location and came at 4:59 PM, only to wait probably till 5:20 PM to finally get my order. I don't understand why if I made an online order at 4:00 PM, if it takes then that long to give me my order. So I went up to complain about how I didn't have my order yet and it had been sitting on the counter all this time because the cashier in the front didn't know how to read a ticket. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely horrible service! Walked in and couldn't even find anywhere to sit because the trash was all over the tables still. And when there wasn't any ice in the machine the lady said "your drink should still be cold without the ice." And it took about 45 minutes for our food to even come out! I warn you don't come here! read more

The place has talent and is a good location, but there is no real staff organization. I made a pick up order over the phone. I ordered the boneless flavor fix. Mind you it says boneless. Well I made the call around 7:40pm and they told me it would be ready around 8pm. I get there at 8:01 and I go to the counter and I tell the lady I have a pick up order for Alex. She then asked if a had the 20 bone in wings plus 5 boneless. I then stated, no I had all 25 boneless. She was like are you sure you came to the right location. I pulled out my phone and showed her my call log of the wing stop I called. So yes I was in the correct location, she then tells me well I do not have an order can you order it again. I go ahead and place my order and once again I tell her ok the boneless flavor mix which is supposed to come with 20 boneless drinks plus two orders of fries and two drinks. She then tell me me my total and says I owe $12 and change. I am like are you sure it's on $20 for the boneless fix, and she was like oh that's what you wanted? She finally puts in the order and then one of the cooks comes up to her and says hey why did you enter the same order twice I already have it in the back and he verifies with me to make sure my name is Alex... once again moral of this story is organization and communication here is poor. read more

This place deserves zero stars!!! The worst service imaginable!!! First time I tried them I ordered online, showed up and they let me know their system was down so they didn't receive my order. They offered no remorse. Second time we ordered over the phone and something didn't seem right when we hung up the phone so my wife called back up there and sure enough it wasn't in the system. An hour later my order still is not ready when I show up, I had to wait 30 min in the store. I witnessed them turn customers away because they were "too busy!!" Got home and my order was completely wrong. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

This is just an awful Wingstop. I don't think they have gotten my order right once. Not worth it.

The service was terrible. The food was cold because they didn't put them in the right container

Took my wife & I there tonight, Went to place order, said Would take 20-25 min, Said that's OK .So We got our order, on the bottom of the tray with food, was covered with grease, had to go wash hands after I set it on the table. I ordered Drums,Wife boneless. Both orders were over cooked and dried out and at room temp. My fries were the only thing that was warm. We set there and shivered it was so cold in there. Ate what we could and left. I will not be back to this location. They are giving Wingstop a bad name. read more

Extremely slow service for dine in they seem to do phone orders before taking care of walk in customers

This is by far the most inefficient and horrible service i have ever had at a restaurant. I had my daughter pick uo a take out order last night was atrocious. Soggy and nasty not even edible. I called and was told to come back the next day. I sent my daughter in and management apparently doesnt care about their customers because when she went back in to receive a replacement order for my horrible take out order the next day, as instructed by the shift manager on the phone, the store manager said it was against policy to provide a replacement or credit unless the food was returned. Why on earth would i waste time gas and money for 10 dollars worth of food? I have been here one other time and it was slow and the staff were rude then as well....will not be back. With all the other wing places coming up this is not how to keep your customer base happy. Sorry wingstop but if i could give you a zero....i would read more

Had a craving for wings. Stopped at wing stop and we were greeted by a very rude Cassandra. She acted as if she hated her job. The first thing she said as we approached the counter was it will be 30 mins. My husband said 30 mins for what? She pointed to the back and said see those tickets. Well we didn't see them but we looked around and the place was not busy. So at that point we understood that she was saying it would be 30 mins to get our food. We said ok that's fine. I place my order which was a combo on the menu it said it came with fries and a drink. She said rudely you want fries with that. My husband said doesn't it come with fries. I replied yes I want fries. My husband ordered and his again said the combo came with fries. She said you want fries with that he said yes it comes with it. She said yea or you can get something else. My thinking is she could have nicely told us our options on the first order. We won't be going back to that Wingstop. read more
