I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants but my wings were unacceptable. I ordered mild wings for the first time here and seriously there was no sauce on them, the wings just have an orange tint to them. While they were nice sized they were dry, overcooked and tough. I can tell they were taken straight out the grease and into the box because they were sitting in oil. It was unappealing and overall bland and flavorless. Would not order that again. This was also my first time trying the cajun corn. It was sweet and seasoned but honestly I think it's overhyped, I wouldn't deny anyone trying it but I probably wouldn't get it again. Lastly, the fries and ranch are always good if you enjoy fresh hand cut fries! Overall wingstop is really a hit or miss. It has its moments and can be determined by locations too. You really have to order around and switch things up to try what you like but I wouldn't return to this location. I can say the reason I gave 2 stars was because the girls at the counter were sweet and helpful :) read more

I ordered the New Honey Siracha tenders but received the Hot Honey rub instead. The Hot Honey rub had a lot of seasoning, almost to the point it was kind of salty. I was disappointed but didn't feel like going back. Order accuracy is crucial. Please check the flavor of the customer's order before bagging it up. Please and thank you. read more

Great service and food was made perfectly. The Ambiance was on point with Prince playing on the loudspeakers

Worst location I have ever been to. Sat for 45 minutes. We watched the employees in the back kicking their fingers while making our food and touching their phones while handling food. We finally went to the register to cancel our order and got fought with because the food was ready and they were having to throw it away. We said we didn't want it after seeing them lick their fingers and that we wanted a refund... gave my card to them and never got the money back. read more

My online order was forgotten and I had to wait well over an hour for my food. I stood at the counter after 40 minutes of not receiving my food and watched as orders who were placed after mine finished as mine was "still getting worked on". I also noticed multiple workers weren't using gloves in the kitchen especially with everyone's fries. It was a highly unprofessional restaurant and I will never return and would advise everyone do the same. read more

Called in my order, Spoke with Armani, he took my order and when I came to get it, the order was already started. In placing my order, I asked for the wings to be well done. Before I left he asked me to check my order, it wasn't cooked to my liking. Armani went back and cooked them longer for me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciate Armani's attention to detail and positive attitude and service. read more

This is the worst Wingstop ever!! They have the nerve to say it's a Hour wait but their employees are texting while we're waiting!! It's Friday night and employees are standing around while again Customers are waiting. Why is the wait so long. Horrible customer service. Walked in to place an order and was ignored for about 5 minutes. After they took my order, I can up to check on my order, they helped the person in front of me an and the person after me. I was ignored for another 10 minutes until I made them aware that I was checking on my order. Then the lady (Norma) wanted to argue with about when I placed my order. Very unprofessional. read more

Food took over 40min wait for dine-in. When I went to ask how much long they had it sitting in the pick up...wasting not only my time but also giving me wings that weren't what I ordered. Very disappointed! Horrible location! read more

Worst chicken I've ever had in my entire life. The chicken was dry and stale somehow and it made me wonder how they stay in business with such poor quality. I order thighs and the were indistinguishable in terms of size from the chicken wings. Never again will I go here. If you have a chicken craving I would recommend Popeyes or chic-fil-a. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Wingstop - Dry, poor quality chicken "thighs" . This place has abysmal reviews for a good reason. Quality here sucks. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Humble, Texas

I wish I could give less than 1 star. (I'm not one to typically leave reviews either) However, This Wingstop location is by far THEE WORST I have ever dealt with as many times as I've eaten Wingstop in my life. The employees are so rude and inconsiderate of their customers. My food isn't ever cooked the way I request, which I typically place on my order in the app. I've even gone more than once to give them a chance to redeem themselves, and still the same outcome. I call to speak to a manager about it and receive attitude every time, plus management never reaches back out. I'm honestly at this point surprised they're still conducting business with so many other locations near. I truly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. read more

Hello there! Tonight I placed an online order for the humble wingstop around 6:45pm. Order number 6216390542114817. Our order came out at 8:05pm. While inside the staff never gave us a wait time, the staff was wearing masks but they were not wearing gloves while handing the food and unless heavy rap is the standard music for your restaurants I feel like it was also inappropriate. I understand that weeknights around the time we ordered might be busy now and again but to wait over an hour for an order that should've been ready for pick up is not cool. We live in a small town and this is the closest one to us. We try to stop by whenever we're in the area but after this it wasn't even worth it. Thanks for your time! read more

Wrong food order, disgusting, unprofessional. the girl at the front almost bumped into me and didn't apologize and then when she handed me my food said nothing. but was playing with her coworkers and cursing. read more

I had the worst experience ever i place a order over those by time it got to pick up my order at the time suggested , it took an additional 30 minutes to prepare my order, they got my order incorrect 4 times to be exact after i because annoyed after being very patient the front counter rep Darian removed his mask from over his face & said he was " about to loose it " i didn't take the threat lightly. Not one time did the manager come out and formally introduce herself and apologize. I'm very disappointed being that this location is so close to my and we frequently order from here . I'll no longer order from this location in particular , they don't make you feel valued whatsoever. Absolutely wouldn't recommend read more

This is a late post and I must give credit when due. While in the Humble area, I placed an order online for 30 wings (all flats), side of fries and a large ranch. The wings and fries were the best I have had from a Wing Stop location in a very long time and actually looked as advertised down to the last fry and wing in the basket. Keep up the good work and if I'm in the area again craving wings I will be back. Keep up the good work! P.S. Young Lady at the counter pick up the pace! read more

Wasted my time trying to get food here, waited 1 hr just for them to tell me they lost my ticket after asking multiple times if my food was ready. The employees in the back just goofing around, leaving the cash register unattended so they can do outside and smoke. Trash ass location read more

With no line or no one waiting for food, it took over an hour to receive our order. Employees were eating food in the back and dancing, shaking their hair in the food prep area. Perfect location for this business. Right in the heart of Humble, off 59 and 1960 on the north side of Houston. Service has always been good since I've been going here. However, some of the employees do lack basic customer service skills. For an example, I just purchased a 8 piece set of wings and a drink. I picked it up and drove back home, I open my box of wings and realized I didn't get any sauce. Yes it is mostly my fault for forgetting to ask for condiments, but they've could have offered them. Other than that I like this location read more

Large Lemon pepper wings and fries with a sprite. Forgot to take a picture. Best damn meal ever.

I would give Zero starts if I could. First off I get told 30 mins, I head to the restaurant and I have to wait another extra whole hour! Once I get my food I make sure I have everything, I'm missing my rolls and the guy says they don't have any and I tell them I want my refund and he threw his hands up saying I don't know. The guy that took my order didn't even say they didn't have rolls but he took my money for it then he says he will put some it'll take 20 mins I said no I want my refund by the time I get home my food will be cold. He said the manager wasn't on site and can't give me a refund at last I said fuck it and left the food and no refund. Never going back ever again, horrible service ! read more

Ordering wasn't a problem, and we Decided to eat inside. Food came out at an average time and the quality was good but the restaurant itself was a little bit dirty. The floor was super greasy so my shoes would slide across the tiles. They only have one roll of napkins by the drinks and they all had sauce on all of them. They brought two trays to our table they very sticky as well. They just really need to take time to clean up and check the store. read more
