    Dirt under table
    Halfi R.

Food isn't terrible as it's a franchise and you can't ruin it terribly but the laziness in the restaurant is very apparent. Service is the usual and ambience is terrible. They have a very cool design but they don't actually attempt to clean anything. This is literally after they mopped right before we entered which is the craziest part to me and it was on every side of the restaurant and under every table. What scares me is this is what restaurants hide from customers and keep in the kitchen. Well they don't even try to hide it, can't imagine how the kitchen looks. If they got health inspected, god forbid, they would fail. Improvements could be made but I get it, were in a employee shortage.

ANOTHER Brick of GREASE and Potato crumbs. GAG!!!

I was the first customer today and this Brick of grease is what I was served. Sealing your bag with stickers may keep the heat in but in also hides really bad food. To add insult to injury my receipt says if I complete a brief survey I can receive a coupon for a FREE FRY!!! ... From the SAME Wing Stop! Break out the Pepto-Bismol once again

little bugs in the drink too????

Tried out their delivery option and when I got my food they were missing stuff? So I gave them a call and they said they couldn't do anything about it because they were about to close.. Um maybe give me a refund of the stuff I didn't get? The dude was no help at all saying they were about to close and that I can go stop by the store and get it myself.. How am I supposed to get there BEFORE you guys close if you're ABOUT to close? Edit: After calling them, I looked at my food and drink and saw bugs in drink. This place is just straight up rude and nasty.

This was a wonderful experience. The business is located at the end of a strip mall and there were many empty parking spaces. Upon entering the business, the smell of freshly fried wings and fries whisked me away. The cashier and manager were finishing a phone in order and immediately assisted me. They were very warm, friendly, and even informed me of all the current deals, to help save money. I was originally going to order 2 separate meals which would have cost $25+ but they recommended the $20 boneless blitz meal that comes with 25 boneless wings, 3 flavors, 2 dips, large fries (more than enough for 2 people), and 2-20 oz drinks. I ordered half Hawaiian and half Garlic Pepper. They estimated a 12 minute wait but the food was done in 7 minutes (Awesome!!!) My brother and I decided to dine in. The dining area was immaculate! There were 3 flat screens displaying different venues and they even offered to change it to anything we wanted to watch. The restrooms were SPOTLESS and smelled of nice air freshener. They asked if we needed anything else and also cleaned our table promptly when we finished eating. The whole experience made me immediately plan my next visit.

10 hot supposed to have lemon pepper sprinkles‍
    Gerald H.

This place never gets the order correct. Wing stop in other areas usually pay attention to detail when it comes to customer satisfaction. I ordered a 10 piece combo hot with lemon pepper sprinkle. I didn't open my bag prior to arriving at the hotel (trying to keep my food as fresh as possible) that was a huge mistake. I got the hot but no lemon pepper. Contacted the location to see if I could return the order and get what I paid for. I was told that they are close to closing and should come back another day. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. Last time visiting this location.

Bad service! Called a to go order at 9:40pm. Was told it'll be ready in 15 mins. I came in and they said my order was not ready yet so I waited. Asked again in 15 mins to find out they never began my order. So I walked out of wing stop at 10:40pm!!

After some friends raved about this place, we decided to check out Wingstop. I'm not usually a fan of getting wings "out" at places, but I figured I would give Wingstop a shot. It's easy enough to order here: you walk up, pick how many wings you want, pick your flavor, pick your dip and pick your side (fries or veggie sticks- side note: who is ordering veggie sticks??). I decided to get 3 boneless lemon pepper wings and 3 boneless Louisiana spice wings with fries and blue cheese dip. There weren't a lot of people in the place, and the order took a while, but the wait wasn't too bad. The flavor of both if the wings that I got was good. The Louisiana spice could have used a little more "kick", but all in all it was okay. My big complaint is that a couple of the wings were SUPER small with more batter than chicken. Also they were very greasy. So greasy that I probably should have "blotted" them before eating them. So greasy that they left a pool of grease at the bottom of the basket they were resting in. I know it's fast food and "you get what you pay for", so I guess I shouldn't be complaining since my meal cost $9, but still. Next time I'm just gonna throw those bad boys on a paper towel. My boyfriend got the Louisiana spice and the BBQ wings and didn't care for the BBQ wings at all. They do give you plenty of fries that are pretty good and the blue cheese dip was surprisingly tasty. Another small complaint: my boyfriend went to get a Coke and the machine was out of Coke. We told them and they said they would fix it. They never did- meh. I will give props for this: the lady who made the wings told us to combine orders next time and save a few dollars. That was a cool "pro tip". I would probably go back now that I know exactly what I am getting. The food is good for what it is- fast food chicken. As long as you aren't expecting Popeyes quality, you won't be disappointed.

    Cajun Boneless

Worst $40 I've ever spent on food. I ordered 30 wings with 3 different sauces. They gave me 20 Mango Hab wings (which is not what i ordered) and we couldn't even eat them. The sauce is gelatinous and just sits on top of the bland wings. There's absolutely no seasoning in the breading what's so ever. Boneless were super soggy. The fries are seasoned with sugar? Why do that when you can just offer sweet potato fries? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Just walked in now gimmie some wings

Wings are good but the customer service is terrible. My food was ready but they didn't bother to call my name.

When visiting New Orleans, we stumbled across The Rum House and got curious. With a name like that,…read moreI figured they had to know rum, so we decided to give it a try. Luckily, we arrived during happy hour. We started with the tuna ceviche, which was half off. At only $8, it was an incredible value. The fish tasted very fresh, clean, and was beautifully presented. My only complaint was that it needed a little more lime and salt to really make the flavors pop. I'd absolutely order it again at happy hour, but at full price I'd hope for a little more seasoning. For drinks, we tried several. The Rum Punch didn't disappoint. It reminded me of a Hurricane but without the heavy grenadine flavor, which I personally prefer. Next was a creamy white rum cocktail with a pineapple garnish (I can't remember the name). It was surprisingly strong, which I loved since rum is usually a softer spirit. It was just a little sweeter than my taste, so I probably wouldn't order it again. The star of the night was the Piña Colada. It was honestly one of the best I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, had an incredibly smooth, creamy texture, and was topped with whipped cream and a rum floater that was absolutely perfect. They told me it's double blended, and whatever they're doing works. My only complaint? No maraschino cherry! I'm sorry, but a piña colada just isn't complete without one. One thing to keep in mind is that piña coladas tend to drink more like dessert than a strong cocktail. I had two and barely caught a buzz, but honestly I didn't care because they were that good. We also sampled the White Peach Sangria, and to me it tasted very similar to Moscato. If you're a Moscato fan, you'll probably love it. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Between the happy hour deals, the rum cocktails, and especially that piña colada, The Rum House is absolutely worth a visit. The piña colada would be the first thing I'd order again.

Food was good but please take Trinidad out of the "Trinidad street roti". There is nothing Trinidad…read moreabout it. Not a good mix with tamarind, bell peppers, cauliflower and so called roti. Beef patties were kinda weird as they tasted like they had curry or something, not too bad. This is coming from an actual Trini.
