Liked the place a lot... been ordering bar b q and Lemmon pepper wings since they open this place... but today the manager wasn't able too grasp the concept of bar b q sauce with seasoning sprinkled on top.. mind blowing stuff right... The wings and ranch fries are the best ever. But the service is terrible! Even when placing a to go order...they are extremely rude to the point that I'm debating the goodness of the food vs this rude person taking my order. It's crazy. This is probably the best wing place on the westbank but don't expect an ounce of customer service. I've been going here ever since they opened and it's always the same. Great food and TERRIBLE service. Don't believe me? Call right now to place a to go order. Watch how they answer the phone and take your order. Oh I forgot to mention the bulletproof glass you have to talk to them through when you pick up. Ridiculous. I think it might be a family run business and they feel as if people are gonna buy the food regardless of the way they talk to you. Which I guess is true. Because I go back almost weekly. Awesome service and great food!!!! I enjoy coming here and frequent the place often! There isn't a long wait like it usually is in New Orleans, definitely a place that everyone who enjoys wings should visit often! It saddens me to say... The quality has slacked off and having tried other things at this point is my reason for updating. The classic wings are still good, BUT someone's been skimping on the flavoring. What happened to the "real lemon" pepper taste. I've also tried the chicken strips and I'm pretty sure it's the frozen chicken f/Sam's. That's a no go for me. It just hurts my heart that y'all have gone down in only a few months. read more

My son was in the mood for some of their wings. We normally go to the location in Gentilly but since we were on this side I decide to go to this location. Once we entered and stepped to the counter I asked the cashier if they had the 6.99 combo special which is what we usually get. She responded "We ain't got no specials." And pointed to the combo sign. Thrown a little off I stepped to the side to decide what I wanted to order. The lady behind me stepped to the counter and said she had a call in order. The cashier asked her name and the lady told her and she looked at the two orders sitting for pick up and rudely said "We don't have a order for you" the lady responded and said I called and placed it about 15 mins ago. The cashier yelled to the lady in the and asked if she had taken the order she said no. And the cashier just looked at the customer like she was the crazy one. Instead of offering to let the customer place her order in store she just stood there and looked at the woman until the woman walked out. Lastly a man came in and asked about specials and she rudely responded the same way she did with me. The man continued to ask questions about the menu to see how he could order at the cheapest price and the cashier offered him no assistance she just kept directing him to the combos. Let's be honest a 15 piece for $23 is well over priced when you can go to the local stores and get 20 pieces with a large side for $8.99. After going back and fourth the man walked out and at that moment she walked out right behind him. 3 paying customers lost with-in 15 mins all because of poor customer service smh. read more

First off I would like to say that franchise is a huge mistake for the original wing stop owner I eat at the Destin Florida location often which is close to my vacation home and never had a bad experience everything is always perfect so I expected the same even after I found out that they are not the same people but what a disaster the wings were very hard dry to the max dried out with no flavor at all and might I add so greasy the containers are very cheap they opened up inside the bag it went everywhere I talked to an employee that's supposed to be a supervisor she said that it was nothing that she can do so she then gave me a Long distance number and said that was the manager number after a few days she returned my call and didn't care to hear about issues that customers like myself are experiencing she told me that getting better containers would make the prices go up on the food and just kept yelling in my ear she slurred a lot as well it had gotten so bad I had to end the call but I will never eat at that place again and I advise that any one that love wings like myself not to bother with this place I wish I could give them zero stars but u know the rest read more
