Horrible experience. My wife loves Wingstop which is the only reason we ever come back here. The past four times were not up to snuff but this time was especially terrible. First of all there are only two employees, I can look past that since we as a society are emerging from COVID times, but listen to this. The girl in the front of house is sitting in the dining area on her phone when I walk in, I walk up to the counter to order and she lifts only her eyes from the phone to inform me that it is online order only. (Seems weird since she's doing literally nothing at all) I told her I was not aware and I begin to order online. She huffs and says I guess I can take your order since nobody else is here. (Wow I feel like such a valued customer) I ordered an 8 piece with fries, extra seasoning on the fries. And no drink. Very simple. After I order, she sits right back down at a table and starts playing on her phone again leaving the only other employee to make my order by herself. It was a very simple order, but had she gone to help, I wonder if my food still would have taken 20 minutes to make. Then when I got to the car, the food was terrible. The fries were not cooked, like eating a raw but warm potato, not a bit of seasoning on them after I had asked for and presume paid for extra. Chicken was chewy like it had been sitting out raw a long time before being cooked, and she charged me for a drink that I asked not to have. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not busy yet it still took 40+ min took get an order wings. Just watching the kitchen and they seem unorganized and slow as molasses. Wings were subpar and not worth the wait. Most likely will not return to this location. read more

I placed an order online through the website, and once I put my debit card info into the website, it told me it would be ready in 16-21 mins. I call the store to confirm they received my order, and I was put on hold for a good 20 minutes. that wasn't great customer service unfortunately. I was a regular at this wing stop for years and somewhere they fell off so I stopped coming and gave it a rest. I gave it a try after a long sabbatical and my order was right cooked to perfection for me so I was super excited. Returned the next week and terrible. Had to have them recooked. Came back the following week on a Thursday thinking maybe Fridays are just bad because their so busy. Same thing! My only request is extra well done! Whats the problem? Are they scared to cook them longer than the usual time? Even when I order online there's a box to check for extra well done! Five people what they ask for! Fries was horrible. seasoning was clumped in the middle and seemed old(taste was very off too). Chicken looked good in one box, but the other box the chicken looked old and it was hard. This place is ridiculous....used to be good! It has been terrible for a while now. I don't know why we keep giving it a chance. tried to order online bc the phone just rings and rings... I sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to answer then got on the app and online ordering is not available at this time! My husband goes to the restaurant to place the order expecting it to be crazy busy and there's NO ONE THERE! And funny thing, the phones aren't ringing off the hook, in fact they're not ringing AT ALL-how interesting?! He places the order in plain English, gets home and the order is wrong!!!!! We waited and hour and a half for an ONLINE ORDER. Seeing that this is a reoccurring problem in the reviews is disgusting. I also see the owner reply to the bad reviews saying "we are working on the problems" obviously not. Let me just start off with saying that it was an hour wait. That's ridiculous! I didn't mind waiting, but with all of the other things that happened, that was just crazy. We walked into the restaurant an hour later and we are talking to the lady telling her we are here for pick-up. She is yelling at the other customers waiting to sit down while they are waiting for their food. I don't know why she was being so demanding but ok. Next, we can see the girl putting together the order, and she had no gloves on. That's just straight up nasty. Secondly, she was vaping all over the food. That absolutely horrid. LASTLY, she really had the audacity to sit there and scratch her head over the fries. After she was scratching her head over the fries, she went back to touching the food. No ma'am. That's absolutely, positively, 100% disgusting. And to top it all off, this was my first time trying to eat here. I tried to cancel my order and she told me she would refund me later because they were too busy. That was a funny joke. Anyway, I just went to Raising Canes after and it was most definitely 10 times better than that nasty place. read more

We used to love this place, but for some reason it's not as good as it used to be. Fries are just awful now, and that's basically the majority of the side options. Don't care what you put on them, they're not good. They need to bring back potato salad! Wing flavors still taste pretty yummy but they Never make them well done even when requested. $25 for 13 wings, fries, carrots, sauces, and 2 rolls is too much, especially when it's not satisfying. I've tried this restaurant once and the one time I did I had a horrible experience. When I picked up my food the first time, they left out half of my order. Of course I was very unhappy to have to drive all the way back and get the rest of it. Then I ordered three drinks and I only received one. The worst part was when the manager starting flashing on the worker in front of the entire restaurant. This was the worst service I've ever received and I can assure you I will never be going back. Like other people, Wingstop is my family's Friday afternoon treat. I love the food, but it is very much hit and miss with quality. Basically, it depends on who is on staff what the quality will be. On bad days, I get broken wing pieces, crushed, cold or reheated rolls, or get shorted on my order. Ticket time has always been slow, so I always call ahead. The building is WAY too cold, so my order is always to-go as well. There is a fairly brisk turn-over in staff at this location, but usually there is one shining star that I can depend on. Right now that is manager Chinnel. She makes it a point to make sure my food is perfect. So I try to order when she is on shift. Unfortunately, as all other really good people before her; she will be transferring soon and I am concerned that those left behind will be the ones that don't care. One thing that really upset me was the bait-and-switch "jumbo wings" scam. I noticed the signs all over the restaurant for weeks promoting their "new jumbo wings". I thought it was a special, but was told that it was permanent. The prices also went up, but I figured that was fine since the wings were bigger. But lo and behold, a couple of weeks later, I got my food home and saw that all my wings were tiny again. I called to complain and was told that they "didn't do jumbo wings anymore". Funny that the prices didn't change back to what they were before. Nevertheless; nobody offers the variety that Wingstop does, so until service drops down again, I will continue to go there every Friday. read more

Waiting in the car for my wife to get a new phone with me two kids. Attempted to order some wings so we could just swoop by and pick them up after we were done. Website was down for the location and when I called they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Called 3x's after hoping they would pick up and didnt. Called customers service and they said they would have the issue resolved. I called back 5 mins later and they told me it was going to be a hour wait and put me back hold hold! This Wingstop is a mess. Prepare to spend 30 minutes plus for your meal. Simple orders are extremely complicated for this Wingstop. This place has gone downhill. The workers are terrible. I am always waiting longer than they state for my food and things are missing. When asking for my cup of ranch (that they forgot) I was looked at with an eye roll as the young lady took her time to get it. I keep giving them chances but it's time to find another chicken place, as wingstop has the best fries and fresh hot chicken. Personally, the wing sauce isn't the best that there is. I like to compare wing to Pluckers in LSU, keep in mind. The wings are very small and overpriced in my opinion. If you've never been in to Pluckers in LSU or the one near the Mall Of Louisiana, you are in for a way better treat in almost every way than WingStop. read more
