Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not busy yet it still took 40+ min took get an order wings. Just watching the kitchen and they seem unorganized and slow as molasses. Wings were subpar and not worth the wait. Most likely will not return to this location. read more

I placed an order online through the website, and once I put my debit card info into the website, it told me it would be ready in 16-21 mins. I call the store to confirm they received my order, and I was put on hold for a good 20 minutes. that wasn't great customer service unfortunately. My order was ready as soon as I arrived, all items were correct, and the food tasted great! read more

I was a regular at this wing stop for years and somewhere they fell off so I stopped coming and gave it a rest. I gave it a try after a long sabbatical and my order was right cooked to perfection for me so I was super excited. Returned the next week and terrible. Had to have them recooked. Came back the following week on a Thursday thinking maybe Fridays are just bad because their so busy. Same thing! My only request is extra well done! Whats the problem? Are they scared to cook them longer than the usual time? Even when I order online there's a box to check for extra well done! Five people what they ask for! You don't have to eat it, but that's how I like mine. Extra Well Done. So here I sit again waiting for them to be recooked again. After this visit, back on sabbatical from Wingstop! read more

This place is fucking terrible. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered the order and they let a DoorDash driver take the order. Bitch ass company is clueless. How should a DoorDash driver be able to take an order that wasn't even ordered on DoorDash? Terrible service, 0 awareness, no attention to customers or their product. I'd rather eat wings from fucking TACO BELL. read more

Terrible service all I gotta say. They get my order wrong every time. They always out of everything when it be 10 in the morning. They always so angry for no reason there. Every time I order even if it's one thing, it takes around an hour to get my food. And no they don't have an excuse because I ordered and I was the only person in there and man in the back was on FaceTime with his girl instead of cooking my food. Don't go to this place bruh read more

A bucket full of grease all over my car. I didn't order oil with a side of wings did I? Also didn't get what I ordered. The girl taking the order must be new. I'll give her that, but to send me off with all this oil, and got it all over my car? How will you pay for the damages? read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Gonzales, Louisiana

Extremely slow service and no one cares to make anything happen any faster. The food is ok but the service is horrible

Fries was horrible. seasoning was clumped in the middle and seemed old(taste was very off too). Chicken looked good in one box, but the other box the chicken looked old and it was hard. I also am missing my 6 rolls. The drink machine also was out and so was the drink cooler. A waste of 30$!!!!!!!!!! Pmo read more

Good Wings! Fries are so good, i always get the family pack, always enough for my family of four. Cajun Wings are good for me, Hubby likes the Teryaki, and my girls like the Original Hot. Can't go wrong with the price! read more

This place is ridiculous....used to be good! It has been terrible for a while now. I don't know why we keep giving it a chance. tried to order online bc the phone just rings and rings... I sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to answer then got on the app and online ordering is not available at this time! My husband goes to the restaurant to place the order expecting it to be crazy busy and there's NO ONE THERE! And funny thing, the phones aren't ringing off the hook, in fact they're not ringing AT ALL-how interesting?! He places the order in plain English, gets home and the order is wrong!!!!! GOES BACK THERE to get his order right and the employee ARGUES with him about what he ordered and what she put in the bag...WHAT!!!! Cannot explain how mad he was! That's it for us and this place....guess I'll have to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for my fix ‍ read more

Whoever owns this restaurant should be embarrassed. The worst place to try and grab food. Laziest workers id ever seen. Avoid eating here, it will definitely disappoint you. read more

We waited and hour and a half for an ONLINE ORDER. Seeing that this is a reoccurring problem in the reviews is disgusting. I also see the owner reply to the bad reviews saying "we are working on the problems" obviously not. Nothing is being done about the wait times and food being left out and poor sanitations. read more

We used to love this place, but for some reason it's not as good as it used to be. Fries are just awful now, and that's basically the majority of the side options. Don't care what you put on them, they're not good. They need to bring back potato salad! Wing flavors still taste pretty yummy but they Never make them well done even when requested. $25 for 13 wings, fries, carrots, sauces, and 2 rolls is too much, especially when it's not satisfying. We won't be eating here anymore until something changes. read more

Been getting wings from this place for a few years, once a month or so. Past couple times can't even place order online. Site says ordering online unavailable. Then location won't even answer the phone to take to-go order. Had to take business elsewhere. Not worth the hassle anymore. Literally seems like they don't want your business. read more

Like other people, Wingstop is my family's Friday afternoon treat. I love the food, but it is very much hit and miss with quality. Basically, it depends on who is on staff what the quality will be. On bad days, I get broken wing pieces, crushed, cold or reheated rolls, or get shorted on my order. Ticket time has always been slow, so I always call ahead. The building is WAY too cold, so my order is always to-go as well. There is a fairly brisk turn-over in staff at this location, but usually there is one shining star that I can depend on. Right now that is manager Chinnel. She makes it a point to make sure my food is perfect. So I try to order when she is on shift. Unfortunately, as all other really good people before her; she will be transferring soon and I am concerned that those left behind will be the ones that don't care. One thing that really upset me was the bait-and-switch "jumbo wings" scam. I noticed the signs all over the restaurant for weeks promoting their "new jumbo wings". I thought it was a special, but was told that it was permanent. The prices also went up, but I figured that was fine since the wings were bigger. But lo and behold, a couple of weeks later, I got my food home and saw that all my wings were tiny again. I called to complain and was told that they "didn't do jumbo wings anymore". Funny that the prices didn't change back to what they were before. Nevertheless; nobody offers the variety that Wingstop does, so until service drops down again, I will continue to go there every Friday. read more

Let me just start off with saying that it was an hour wait. That's ridiculous! I didn't mind waiting, but with all of the other things that happened, that was just crazy. We walked into the restaurant an hour later and we are talking to the lady telling her we are here for pick-up. She is yelling at the other customers waiting to sit down while they are waiting for their food. I don't know why she was being so demanding but ok. Next, we can see the girl putting together the order, and she had no gloves on. That's just straight up nasty. Secondly, she was vaping all over the food. That absolutely horrid. LASTLY, she really had the audacity to sit there and scratch her head over the fries. After she was scratching her head over the fries, she went back to touching the food. No ma'am. That's absolutely, positively, 100% disgusting. And to top it all off, this was my first time trying to eat here. I tried to cancel my order and she told me she would refund me later because they were too busy. That was a funny joke. Anyway, I just went to Raising Canes after and it was most definitely 10 times better than that nasty place. read more

I've tried this restaurant once and the one time I did I had a horrible experience. When I picked up my food the first time, they left out half of my order. Of course I was very unhappy to have to drive all the way back and get the rest of it. Then I ordered three drinks and I only received one. The worst part was when the manager starting flashing on the worker in front of the entire restaurant. This was the worst service I've ever received and I can assure you I will never be going back. Don't waste your time at this place. It's seriously not worth the money read more

I've been to this spot for awhile now and I think it's time for a yelp review. Even after eating here and tolerating it for awhile, the food is pretty good. The wings are always crispy and juicy and the fries are just almost perfect, sometimes soggy. However, with the good food, it has some poor customer service, but not very long waits. read more

I gave Wingstop a good review even when they got my order wrong. I must say, I was wrong. They tried to redeem themselves by promising me a free 50 piece family pack next time I went in and forgot about that promise. I ordered anyway and they got it wrong again. Needles to say but, I won't be going there again They use to be so good read more

Always very slow service and hit or miss quality. I love wings, these are not great often very small and over cooked.

Waiting in the car for my wife to get a new phone with me two kids. Attempted to order some wings so we could just swoop by and pick them up after we were done. Website was down for the location and when I called they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Called 3x's after hoping they would pick up and didnt. Called customers service and they said they would have the issue resolved. I called back 5 mins later and they told me it was going to be a hour wait and put me back hold hold! Livid with no wings for game day!!! read more

Great staff and the food is awesome and always hot thank you guys for the new crew and the good service

This Wingstop is a mess. Prepare to spend 30 minutes plus for your meal. Simple orders are extremely complicated for this Wingstop. Every time that I've ordered online, it's taken over an hour for my order. Four of the last five times I've gone to this Wingstop they have messed up my order in some sort of way. This place is extremely mismanaged and needs serious work. Food is average. read more

Always a nightmare here! Ordered online at 1pm for pickup at 930pm. Got there at 920.....So please tell me why I had to wait until 950pm for the food to be cooked and packed! No, they were not busy. Finally cooked and I'm standing there waiting for them to PACK the food so I can get the hell out of there. Guess Facebook and texting are more important than customers. Would love to give them negative stars! read more

They forgot my fries, when I came to pick them up (I took 5 minutes to go back) they were eating them so made me a fresh batch. That took at extra 15 minutes. I got home and was finally able to eat but I found a feather in my wings. All in all this was a terrible experience. read more

This place has gone downhill. The workers are terrible. I am always waiting longer than they state for my food and things are missing. When asking for my cup of ranch (that they forgot) I was looked at with an eye roll as the young lady took her time to get it. I keep giving them chances but it's time to find another chicken place, as wingstop has the best fries and fresh hot chicken. The workers make me not want to return and I don't plan to until they get people who want to work and have customer service. read more

Personally, the wing sauce isn't the best that there is. I like to compare wing to Pluckers in LSU, keep in mind. The wings are very small and overpriced in my opinion. If you've never been in to Pluckers in LSU or the one near the Mall Of Louisiana, you are in for a way better treat in almost every way than WingStop. read more

good wings but service is wayyy slow...employees complaining about their work schedule instead of working....just lack of mgmt...
