Horrible and will not be back. The workers act like they don't care. I placed my order at 1:17pm, email said order would be ready by 1:40. It's 2:01 and I just received my order. I had to find someone to ask them about my order. There were two workers sitting at the table, one was doing her makeup and the other guy was just talking. Only one girl, who worked behind the bar, was doing everything by herself. Everyone just acted like they didn't care. If you're on lunch break or look for a quick pickup order, I would not recommend this place at all. read more

You're hit or miss with the servers. First time, very charming. Suggested sauces, great conversationalist and told me about the heat level of various sauces. This time was a very awkward young lady, must have a bit of anxiety. She even got my order wrong. I ordered boneless wings but she brought bone-in wings. That's fine though. The wings are good with lots of flavor options. Probably the most anywhere. Usually not too crowded if I go after work. TVs galore if you want to watch a game. I'm sure I'll go again. read more

Came into eat - I was never asked for a refill. Water is free. Everyone gripes because they don't get tipped. Check those glasses

I would like to say that Ive been coming to this location for a while, the first time I e noticed that the waiter doesn't seem to be normal! Why! Because I've noticed that he was probably high or sick, not a laugh on his face not until the min I said I was finished and need my ticket, then put a smile on his face, now why did he do this, I have no clue, but that's what's happened, normally a individual will put a smile on his face or at least show that his customers enjoy his presence. We did not have that feeling me and my family did not have that feeling. I really don't want to jump to conclusions to why he was acting like this, but I hope that this message gets to that place and he knows himself and he can adjust other than that. The food was OK and his service was OK but just him not laughing or not at least smiling in front of us really had us to consider that maybe he didn't enjoy our person's there. read more

Kenika at the bar was great! Attentive and friendly despite working the bar and the high tops in the area! Food consistent. Kitchen seemed to be struggling but felt like a lot of the staff were new.... read more

A place that is a shining example of a restaurant that is in obviously need of a change in management. Walked in at lunch time on a Saturday of football season. Place should be packed. It was empty. No hostess in site . A server yelled at us to sit at a high top of we wanted and they would be with us. My wife requested a booth and hae said oh ok someone will be with you in a minute. Stood there for 10 minutes nobody.. Simce this was a preview to what type of service we would receive we left the place. All the employees looked like they were just on a break outside instead of working. read more

My wings where dry and I ask for sauce on the side ,and got no sauce at all, waited on food for over 20 min after time that was suppose to be ready. Worst experience ever I wouldn't say I'm not going back but it's going to be a long time. read more

Service was mediocre, waitress was surely not the multitask type or confident in her work. Manager should work on minding his own business. Beer wasn't good. BWW used to be a good establishment but these places s a franchise have really been ran to the ground. I was desperate for my check and ready to leave as soon as possible. Anyways, Walk-Ons across the interstate has great hospitality, good attitudes, good service, good food, wish I had went there. This establishment surely earned their rating and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it was proven to me that there's a reason it's as low as it is. read more

The inside of the restaurant is cleaner than my room, the staff is SO nice, and the wings are phenomenal! I have y to o warn you though, the heat of the wings hits in the throat, so when you look at the wing menu, don't order the spice level over Asian zing if you don't like a runny nose while eating. Great place for celebrating! read more

I very rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this was the worst experience at a BW3s I've ever had. Our beers were empty for 20 minutes without seeing our server, then when she did come, she brought our food. Six tiny shriveled up burnt boneless wings that were hard. I ordered HOT wings, so I patiently waited on my beer. The beers never came and my wings got even grosser. After another 10-15 minutes we just said cancel the beer and you can have these nasty wings back. The server tried to blame the bartender, but not take any accountability for our empty glasses being there for 20 minutes before we even saw her again. Awful experience is an understatement. **after checking my credit card statement, they also charged me $6.99 separately. It was never authorized or signed for, but wasn't worth my time disputing** read more

Too cold, the cake was freezer burnt. My briskest burger was also just a hamburger with brisket placed on it like lettuce.

If i could leave no stars i would. worst service I've ever had in my life. I've never felt inclined to leave a review on a restaurant until just now. sat in booth for over 30 mins waiting on server to come and take our order. and when asking for drink refills it room her 15 mins to refill my water??? Debated on just walking out. waitress seemed like she'd never served a table in her life before. Food was trash. read more

SERVER WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL, His name is Adam. Service was good. Manager was rude and doesn't care if you have COLD FOOD. As soon as we walked in Benadryl waited 15 mins just to be assisted to a place to sit. That was the only good thing about this Bww. The assistant manager was rude asf. The food was served to us twice cold. And the manager didn't believe me. First of all you don't question the customer, if I tell you the foods cold then it's COLD. Who bullshits about cold food? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BWW. read more

While staying at a nearby hotel I ordered delivery from here. When my order finally arrived it wasn't correct. I ended up throwing the food away and ordering dinner elsewhere. Only go to this location if you have time to spare. The staff is rude, always claim to be short handed but members are standing around chit chatting, and take over an hour to produce food with an almost empty restaurant. read more

My food was cold and my fries were in the service was bad it took too long. It took about one hour just for the that arrived.

I am a regular here the wings are good for the most part many sauce options ! You will be left without a waiter and or drinks for 10-15 min

I saw the 2 stars and was a bit skeptical. My girlfriend wanted to try it out though so in we went. We saw plenty of chatter in the reviews about the service but we have no complaints. We sat at the bar and we were taken care of just fine. It is a chain so don't expect anything to fancy. It was pretty clean and quiet. It was that time between the lunch and dinner crowd. My lovey did not enjoy the fried pickles and I was not crazy about the onion rings. However, I knew I didn't care for the thick cut type. The wings still hit the spot. I had the Hawaiian breeze frozen drink and lovey had the very berry mule. They both were good. Overall pleasant experience but nothing special. Oh and there are lots of TVs all on sports. read more

It all started in the women's restroom. You'd think after being closed due to Covid-19 that the restroom would be clean and well maintained. It wasn't. The lights were out above the toilets. Toilets were not flushed. Toilet paper everywhere. The roll of paper towels were just sitting in the counter. So much for being contactless. The hostess seated us and after the waitress delivered our drinks she said, "you know about the delay, right?" Of course we didn't know about it. She said 35 to 45 minute delay due to the multiple To Go orders. We were tired from a long day of driving so we decided to wait. It took over an hour for our food to arrived. The wings were just a bit above room temperature. So that tells me that they were sitting back in the kitchen a while. Also, just so you know, their queso has hot peppers in it. Every Mexican restaurant I've been to that has queso, it's just cheese. It ended up being spicy and that's not what I wanted (I told the waitress this). The waitress was apologetic at the end. Where was the manager??!! read more

Since they opened the service has gotten way better. They are on of the best BWWs I've been to in a while now. My server was on point. She checked on refills constantly and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish I could remember her name. The wings were on point and half price tuesdays on traditional wings make it even better. Inside is clean and the host are prompt. Will start coming back regularly now. read more

They messed up everyone's order and there service is ass.the food was not even that good

Contrary to others' reviews here, I had a great experience! It might be a bit smaller than other BWWs in the BR area, but that is conducive to the Gonzales area. My wife and I came here after a morning of shopping at Tanger. I was tired and agitated that I had just spent so much money on clothes and shoes and had missed the first half of LSU's game against Florida. Then I picked up the trusty Yelp! app and noticed B-Dubs was nearby. A glimmer of hope in an otherwise dreary day! "I'll be able to catch the second half!!" So we took a break from shopping - and the wife was hungry at this point, so i suggested lunch and she easily agreed. I thought the facility was great - wonderful location: great for the aggravated husband of the shopper; large televisions everywhere to catch any game you want to watch; and good food! We walked in right behind a huge party - a party of 10+ , so we bypassed the seating and went and found an empty table at the bar area. You can seat yourself at the bar. But the people ahead of us actually were sat very quickly (maybe they called ahead, i dunno). We sat and enjoyed the game - mainly because LSU won - and ordered wings and fries. The food came within 10-15 minutes. I thought that was really fast service for a busy BWW. I was impressed by our server, Montana. She was helpful and observative. All in all, this is a great spot to enjoy a game and the camaraderie of other sports enthusiasts. read more

Wings always taste old/freezer burnt. They are also dry and taste like the sauce was put in them 3 hours before they were actually served. Service is not only unhelpful but straight up rude.
