I would like to say that Ive been coming to this location for a while, the first time I e noticed that the waiter doesn't seem to be normal! Why! Because I've noticed that he was probably high or sick, not a laugh on his face not until the min I said I was finished and need my ticket, then put a smile on his face, now why did he do this, I have no clue, but that's what's happened, normally a individual will put a smile on his face or at least show that his customers enjoy his presence. We did not have that feeling me and my family did not have that feeling. I really don't want to jump to conclusions to why he was acting like this, but I hope that this message gets to that place and he knows himself and he can adjust other than that. A place that is a shining example of a restaurant that is in obviously need of a change in management. Walked in at lunch time on a Saturday of football season. Place should be packed. It was empty. No hostess in site . A server yelled at us to sit at a high top of we wanted and they would be with us. My wife requested a booth and hae said oh ok someone will be with you in a minute. The inside of the restaurant is cleaner than my room, the staff is SO nice, and the wings are phenomenal! I have y to o warn you though, the heat of the wings hits in the throat, so when you look at the wing menu, don't order the spice level over Asian zing if you don't like a runny nose while eating. After another 10-15 minutes we just said cancel the beer and you can have these nasty wings back. My lovey did not enjoy the fried pickles and I was not crazy about the onion rings. However, I knew I didn't care for the thick cut type. The wings still hit the spot. Then I picked up the trusty Yelp! app and noticed B-Dubs was nearby. A glimmer of hope in an otherwise dreary day! "I'll be able to catch the second half!!" So we took a break from shopping - and the wife was hungry at this point, so i suggested lunch and she easily agreed. I thought the facility was great - wonderful location: great for the aggravated husband of the shopper; large televisions everywhere to catch any game you want to watch; and good food! We walked in right behind a huge party - a party of 10+ , so we bypassed the seating and went and found an empty table at the bar area. You can seat yourself at the bar. But the people ahead of us actually were sat very quickly (maybe they called ahead, i dunno). We sat and enjoyed the game - mainly because LSU won - and ordered wings and fries. The food came within 10-15 minutes. I thought that was really fast service for a busy BWW. I was impressed by our server, Montana. She was helpful and observative.
