Great service and accurate service great greeting on entry of restaurant. Food was on point.

My husband enjoyed his garlic Parmesan wings and fries. I got plain, as I don't usually eat sauces of any kind.

This store is the worst wingstop of all time. They mess up something with my order 100% of the time. They short me on dips, give blue cheese instead of ranch, give me 10-15 wings instead of 20, wrong rubs/sauces. Every. Single. Time. If you want your order messed up, this is the place for you. The crew is either extremely ignorant, dumb, lazy, or a combination of the three. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. It needs to close down or gut its crew for people worth hiring. read more

Good and service good, but 1 visit does not tell me all i need to know. I wish they had teriyaki winds.

This wingstop sucks, I wanted a quick and easy meal but instead I waited for almost an HOUR for some cold chicken and fries, I ordered an extra hot wing and it wasn't even hot it just looked like it was dipped in red paint. The ambiance of the place was very weird. There was only one person working there and it looked like she didn't know what she was doing. read more

I think you have to iq below room temperature to be hired at this location. I have gone here multiple times, and they consistently do not give me everything that I order. This place owes me about 80 wings. read more

Food- 5 service-0 ambiance- 5 The two employees managed to run off a party of 2- my daughter and I, and a party of 13 by having the worst attitudes I've witnessed in my 61 years on this planet. No hello, no can I help you, no how are you, instead " dining in or taking out"? I said in, she says " what you want"? While she's sitting on the counter and barely speaking. Bad bad bad service. read more

Wingstop - Idk if I should call Corporate or the police! This is ridiculous, this is what I wanted 45 minutes for? Shut the whole store down! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Gonzales, Louisiana

The chicken was great we love ranch but one time they served us old ranch witch could have given us food poisoning

Worse wingstop in existence. It took them 2 hours to cook me 24 wings and they didn't even have anyone in there. They also do not answer the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

This place is horrible terrible food and the places is nasty. The food takes forever to come out half the stuff doesn't work, etc..

One of the slowest and crappiest wingstops. Waited 30 mins for a DoorDash one time over fries. They Need to do their job or get fired honestly. Really tired of these "workers " not doing anything and they are suppose to be at work! read more

This location recently opened the dine-in seating back up. The wait was 30 minutes and although we were warned of that beforehand, the food was still lukewarm. If we're going to wait, we'd like the food to be fresh. We have a few food safety concerns as well: -Cooked food just sitting in fryer baskets over the fryer the whole time we were there (temperature danger zone???) -boxes of potatoes stored in customer seating area -employee prepping food wiped eye with glove and continued to prep food afterwards -bathrooms dirty and smelled terrible read more

I waiting over 2 HOURS ON MY FOOD I couldn't get a refund they said I couldn't, they don't care & not only that you call them and they never answer you can sit there waiting and literally ignore you meanwhile they take "potty" breaks more then they drop wings in the fryer I might as well get in the back and cook my order it would be faster what takes so long to drop wings in oil and toss them in sauce ? read more

Simply put, this is the most ignorant group of employees I have ever dealt with. When we arrived our order said it had 40 minutes till being ready but the "cook" is right outside the front door smoking cigarettes talking to his friend. After getting the order they forgot the ranch and the fried corn. I tried to call three times to get a refund but, of course, they don't answer the phone so I had drive 20 minutes back over there. Once I got back the worker told me they didn't give me the corn because they're out of it. So, instead of giving me the option for something else or answer the phone so I could get a refund they decide to just not give it to me. I don't know what else I thought I'd be getting from a raggedy restaurant in Gonzales. I'm convinced this group of employees do not know how to breath without being remind to do so. Side note: wear non-slip shoes. The ground feels like they fry the chicken on the floor. read more

The worst wing stop ever! The workers always have bad attitudes, the drink machine never has drinks in it, and the wait times are ridiculous! Someone needs to come revamp this location ASAP! read more

Not sure who needs an update on Wing Stop in Gonzales, but here ya go. I have never eaten at this Wing Stop before, but it was closest on our route home. So, tonight, we decide well, let's give wing stop a try. We try to call around 4:30 or so to have our order ready for around 6:45. (We we're traveling back into town.) We called 5 times, left holding for 10+ minutes each time, so we say, ok, maybe we will try online ordering instead. We try ordering online and everything looks good. We have the order to be ready for 6:45. We get there around 6:30 to see if they can just go ahead and start our order then, since traffic wasn't as bad, we got there sooner than we expected. (No biggie, we expected to wait until 6:45) 20 minutes more go by, it is now 7:05 and we just get the meal. At this point we are annoyed that we waited now 35 minutes for fries and chicken. It is not until we get all the way home to eat our food that we open the bag and not only did we wait 35 minutes, we waited 35 minutes and a 15 minute drive home for WRONG FOOD. We recieved no large fries, no 3 ranch sauces, no garlic parmesian chicken strips and COLD garlic parmesian garlic boneless wings. I call the store, another 3 times to try to speak with a human being, and or manager to try to resolve this issue (they were given multiple chances to make this right-to answer the phone) and as expected, no answer. I have written to corporate, left a bad survey, posted to our local Business report page on Facebook, and since still no resolve, I figured yelp would be another good idea, and hope to hear an answer soon. I am making this post so other people in Ascension/surrounding areas are aware this is not what Wing Stop is everywhere, but that this one is not worth it. So, don't waste your time and money on this store. Absolute waste. So annoyed. read more

Never received my food because "they don't deliver " then had a attitude and hung up in my face

Second time I've ordered Togo food from here and didn't receive things I paid for. Paid for 2 ranches, got 0. Paid for 2 diet cokes, got regular coke in a bottle. I call, the response was "sorry, we were in a rush." As if $52 worth of food is just chump change. Never ordering again. read more

do NOT go here!!!! A worker posted a TikTok of the conditions in the kitchen ... it's a health and sanitation issue!! Roaches all over the kitchen, in the ranch, on the counters, etc. Grease traps full of gunk and pitch black. Dishes piled up since before Christmas!! This is my hometown wing stop and I hope it gets shut down. The service is always horrible anyways, workers are so rude. Who wants to eat roach chicken?!?! The city needs to go in there and shut it down before food borne illness spreads. Stay away from this wing stop at all costs go anywhere else. !!! read more

I've eaten at wingstops all over. From Metairie, to Lafayette, to the one on Sherwood. One thing they have in common is bad service and long wait times. This location?? It's different!!!! So the reviews are bad, but I don't understand why. They literally had 5 workers. 3 cooking, one taking orders at the register and another calling out orders. They were efficient and fast. Other locations are extremely slow with only two or so workers...orders can take up to 25 minute wait times but not here! I'm a creature of habit. Huge fan of the Louisiana Rub (dry) wings. They remind me of cracklings without so much fat. LOL. I'm not saying wings are healthy, but you know. I get the combo with a drink and veggie sticks. My SO orders lemon pepper to balance out the "kick" in Louisiana Rub. He gets the fries with his combo; of course, I pick off his fries and have my carrots too.Win win in my book read more

Ordered online at 3:00pm for 6:45pm. 4 employees, 2 standing around watching and 1 basically doing it all. Told when I arrived they only have 1 fryer working. Place is packed 13 people waiting for their orders. It's now 7:00 and still waiting on an order they had 3 hours to prepare for. Seriously you need some adult leaders running this place. Wings and More on Burnside will be getting my wing business from today on. Edited again at 7:30 people are coming I ordering getting their wings. I asked the lady and Hakim the manager how My order unplaced at 4:16 wasn't ready at 6:45 they said because we don't make your order till you pay!!!! WTH? read more

I'll start by saying the food I did receive wasn't terrible. It did need to be heated up once I got home but I'll take that. Half of my order was missing and once we got home with it and noticed I tried to call 5 times and no one would answer. The first time someone answered they immediately put me on hold and I sat on hold before I hung up and just sent my nephew back to get the missing food. When he walked in all of the employees were just standing around talking and would not walk up to see what he needed. Once he finally got them to come and talk to him they did fill the rest of the order while he waited. Overall I've noticed wing stop going downhill but this one in Gonzales may be the worst. Would not recommend and will not be going back. read more

I usually love this location, but the last time I went was very disappointing. I ordered online and when I went to pick up, no employee wanted to check me out and the three of them argued about it right in front of me while I was standing there? The wings were cold and the fries did not appear to have any seasoning on them, and they also didn't put my dipping sauce in the bag. Very disappointed. read more

Can I give zero stars? Ordered boneless wings through a 3rd party app and the restaurant stated that they only let people know when they are out of something once the delivery service arrives to pick it up. How is that good service?? It took an hour to be notified that they were out of my entire order. NEVER giving them business again read more

My family and I order from here about once a week because we loveeeeee Wing Stop wings. This location is close to my home and easy to pick up. Every time we order from this location we get the same thing. So, I feel disappointed when the wings are not good. The wings are very hit and miss. Some days they are amazing while others are OKAY. Location in Gonzales on airline Review: I've never had anything bad happen with my food from any Wingstops besides once when i asked for extra fry seasoning and they put just a little. Tonight, i decided to get the family meal which is 24 wings with 3 flavors. I chose to do 5 bone-in hawaiian, 5 bone-in cajun, and 14 boneLESS spicy korean. After waiting about 35-40 minutes for our order, we ended up with fries with NO seasoning instead of extra, 15 bone-IN spicy korean wings, 5 cajun bone-in wings, and 5 PLAIN bone-in wings. I feel like i was given someone else's order instead of my own with how wrong it is. They had plenty of staff there tonight that this many mistakes on someone's order shouldn't have happened. Pitiful. Probably won't be going back to this location anymore which is a shame, considering nothing bad has ever happened before. read more

Horrible experience. My wife loves Wingstop which is the only reason we ever come back here. The past four times were not up to snuff but this time was especially terrible. First of all there are only two employees, I can look past that since we as a society are emerging from COVID times, but listen to this. The girl in the front of house is sitting in the dining area on her phone when I walk in, I walk up to the counter to order and she lifts only her eyes from the phone to inform me that it is online order only. (Seems weird since she's doing literally nothing at all) I told her I was not aware and I begin to order online. She huffs and says I guess I can take your order since nobody else is here. (Wow I feel like such a valued customer) I ordered an 8 piece with fries, extra seasoning on the fries. And no drink. Very simple. After I order, she sits right back down at a table and starts playing on her phone again leaving the only other employee to make my order by herself. It was a very simple order, but had she gone to help, I wonder if my food still would have taken 20 minutes to make. Then when I got to the car, the food was terrible. The fries were not cooked, like eating a raw but warm potato, not a bit of seasoning on them after I had asked for and presume paid for extra. Chicken was chewy like it had been sitting out raw a long time before being cooked, and she charged me for a drink that I asked not to have. I am very disappointed in the service, speed, and food quality. I will never be back here. read more
