Simply put, this is the most ignorant group of employees I have ever dealt with. When we arrived our order said it had 40 minutes till being ready but the "cook" is right outside the front door smoking cigarettes talking to his friend. After getting the order they forgot the ranch and the fried corn. I tried to call three times to get a refund but, of course, they don't answer the phone so I had drive 20 minutes back over there. Once I got back the worker told me they didn't give me the corn because they're out of it. Not sure who needs an update on Wing Stop in Gonzales, but here ya go. I have never eaten at this Wing Stop before, but it was closest on our route home. So, tonight, we decide well, let's give wing stop a try. We try to call around 4:30 or so to have our order ready for around 6:45. (We we're traveling back into town.) We called 5 times, left holding for 10+ minutes each time, so we say, ok, maybe we will try online ordering instead. We try ordering online and everything looks good. We have the order to be ready for 6:45. We get there around 6:30 to see if they can just go ahead and start our order then, since traffic wasn't as bad, we got there sooner than we expected. (No biggie, we expected to wait until 6:45) 20 minutes more go by, it is now 7:05 and we just get the meal. At this point we are annoyed that we waited now 35 minutes for fries and chicken. It is not until we get all the way home to eat our food that we open the bag and not only did we wait 35 minutes, we waited 35 minutes and a 15 minute drive home for WRONG FOOD. We recieved no large fries, no 3 ranch sauces, no garlic parmesian chicken strips and COLD garlic parmesian garlic boneless wings. I call the store, another 3 times to try to speak with a human being, and or manager to try to resolve this issue (they were given multiple chances to make this right-to answer the phone) and as expected, no answer. I have written to corporate, left a bad survey, posted to our local Business report page on Facebook, and since still no resolve, I figured yelp would be another good idea, and hope to hear an answer soon. I am making this post so other people in Ascension/surrounding areas are aware this is not what Wing Stop is everywhere, but that this one is not worth it. I'll start by saying the food I did receive wasn't terrible. It did need to be heated up once I got home but I'll take that. Half of my order was missing and once we got home with it and noticed I tried to call 5 times and no one would answer. The first time someone answered they immediately put me on hold and I sat on hold before I hung up and just sent my nephew back to get the missing food. When he walked in all of the employees were just standing around talking and would not walk up to see what he needed. So the reviews are bad, but I don't understand why. They literally had 5 workers. 3 cooking, one taking orders at the register and another calling out orders. They were efficient and fast. Other locations are extremely slow with only two or so workers...orders can take up to 25 minute wait times but not here! I'm a creature of habit. Huge fan of the Louisiana Rub (dry) wings. They remind me of cracklings without so much fat. LOL. I'm not saying wings are healthy, but you know. I get the combo with a drink and veggie sticks. My SO orders lemon pepper to balance out the "kick" in Louisiana Rub. He gets the fries with his combo; of course, I pick off his fries and have my carrots too.Win win in my book read more

Tonight, i decided to get the family meal which is 24 wings with 3 flavors. I chose to do 5 bone-in hawaiian, 5 bone-in cajun, and 14 boneLESS spicy korean. After waiting about 35-40 minutes for our order, we ended up with fries with NO seasoning instead of extra, 15 bone-IN spicy korean wings, 5 cajun bone-in wings, and 5 PLAIN bone-in wings. I feel like i was given someone else's order instead of my own with how wrong it is. They had plenty of staff there tonight that this many mistakes on someone's order shouldn't have happened. Horrible experience. My wife loves Wingstop which is the only reason we ever come back here. The past four times were not up to snuff but this time was especially terrible. First of all there are only two employees, I can look past that since we as a society are emerging from COVID times, but listen to this. The girl in the front of house is sitting in the dining area on her phone when I walk in, I walk up to the counter to order and she lifts only her eyes from the phone to inform me that it is online order only. (Seems weird since she's doing literally nothing at all) I told her I was not aware and I begin to order online. She huffs and says I guess I can take your order since nobody else is here. (Wow I feel like such a valued customer) I ordered an 8 piece with fries, extra seasoning on the fries. And no drink. Very simple. After I order, she sits right back down at a table and starts playing on her phone again leaving the only other employee to make my order by herself. It was a very simple order, but had she gone to help, I wonder if my food still would have taken 20 minutes to make. Then when I got to the car, the food was terrible. The fries were not cooked, like eating a raw but warm potato, not a bit of seasoning on them after I had asked for and presume paid for extra.
