Do not order food from this location. I received an uncooked order of wings that I was not able to eat. When I tried to politely inform the manager about it the next day, he tried to act like he couldn't find the order and then he said I didn't pick it up from that store. After confirming with him that it was that location that I ordered from and he couldn't lie anymore, he proceeded to say that I sound like a "robot" and hung up on me. When I called back and he heard that I was now upset, he tried to tell me he's not going to allow me to talk to him a certain way despite just saying I sound like a robot because I was very nice. The fries are really good because they're natural potato cheese fries made in house and the cheese sauce was pretty good. The wings were Wings they weren't anything special they were just cooked and sauce and that was about it. I liked them the sauce was okay but they were just good average wings. My go-to spot for wings is Native and I'm still going to stick to that and hopefully get to review that place in the very near future as I haven't been there for a long time since they went through their ownership and name change. I completely understand why this location has 2 1/2 stars. I just received my Uber eats order. I'm missing part of my order. I did not get my drink. The location manager lied and told me she handed my full order with the drink to my driver. Driver confirmed he was not given a drink at all. You can select how many wings and flavors. What I found ridiculous is they make you wait outside until your order is ready, esp if you aren't wearing a mask. I didn't particularly care for the chicken strips or the boneIn/bone out wings. The chicken strippers were drowned in sauce and were slightly overcooked and somewhat dry. The fries were slightly undercooked and not very good. However, the rolls were delicious. This visit won't stop me from going back to wingstop. I just wish the food was better on this visit. read more
