Ordered online through their website which does not state they use a third party system such as Doordarsh. I never received my food because the driver never delivered it. Manager named Erik said it was Doordarsh's fault so I contacted Doordarsh. Because they are a third party, they said Wingstop would have to refund me, that's just how their agreement works. Contacted the manager again on the same day who said he would refund me. It's been over a week and still no refund, what's worse is that the manager is now avoiding calls and have instructed his coworkers to tell me different things about the refund such as they can't issue refunds because the owner has to do it through his system. Really disappointed in the lack of honesty and the lack of willingness to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, wingstop does not have any other means to file a complaint other than to reach the store themselves. read more

We always had a wing night growing up and wingstop was our go to place. I have never tried the boneless before till our most recent visit. I gotta say I'm going to stick to the classic bone in. It wasn't bad just to crunchy for my taste. It was clean and everyone was very helpful. read more

I visited this store on a busy Saturday night at around 7:30pm. This has got to be the best customer service I have experienced from a wing stop. I'm from Dallas, and was pleasantly surprise with the quick and friendly service. Everyone was absolutely amazing, but the person that stood out the most was a Heather. She made sure the food was coming out at an efficient time and also checking on us several times throughout our meal to make sure we were doing okay. We visited as a family of 5 and the rest of the establishment was full so this was impressive to me that she paid so much attention to detail. The staff at this location do not seem interested in promoting return customers. I've been to this one on multiple occasions, and each experience was very similar. Placed online order and arrived at the time stated my order would be ready. Stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes while the employees finished their conversation in the back of the kitchen (they DID see me). Cashier eventually (slowly) walked to the front and asked "Yeah?" I told her I had placed an online order and gave her my name. She kinda rolled her eyes and found the printout and said "Sign it." She gave me a cup and said it would be just a few minutes. They had not started the order yet, and they were not busy at all. I had to wait in the restaurant for about 20 minutes before they had my meal ready. This was about 45 minutes after submitting my order online. I am not surprised by the low ratings- but I will say I still liked what I ordered. This place is somewhat small, and when we got there, every single table had someone's previous trash still on it, which eventually got cleaned up, but we still had to move the trash just to sit at a table. I think the problem is there is no main big trash for people to dump their trays when they're done and so it piles up on the table. We ordered a meals for two, 10 chicken strips order, which took a fairly long time to make- at least 10 minutes we were waiting which was annoying since we came here for faster service. We ordered a side of beans with the strips which were disappointing- no flavor. The chicken strips, however, were actual pretty good. We chose a BBQ sauce for 5 and Louisiana rub for the other five- I really really like the Louisiana rub, salty and flavorful. The BBQ was also pretty good, but I just enjoyed the saltiness of the other one. I probably won't come back again to this wing stop in particular though just because of the long wait and messy tables. read more

Went to Wingstop last night. Got my order, she repeated it. When I got home I was missing 25 wings, veggies and ranch. I know I should've checked while I was there but they seemed busy and it was 20 mins until they closed, so I just go my stuff and left. When I got to my hotel I realized what I was missing. I tried calling them (it was 5 minutes before they closed) and they didn't even pick up. Next day I went and told them about it and the manager was being rude telling me how she made them herself. I told them I only got one bag and she just told the employees to make the other wings and walked off without at least apologizing or anything. Last time I ever go to a Wingstop. You walk in and you feel like they don't like you right away. When I ordered, I had a question about the flavors of wings and got a blank, awkward stare. I decided to go with two flavors I thought would be safe. I got the Parmesan Garlic and Hot. The parmesan were basically powdered cheese and were SUPER messy and the hot flavor were just nasty. A few minutes turned into 40 minutes after the original pick up time stated on our order confirmation. They then called out my name at the door and gave me the bag. I opened it up and it wasn't even my order. I go back inside and show the employee my receipt and she takes the food away with no apology no other offering to make it right. She tells me I need to wait and they will remake my order because there were 2 of us. I said same name? She said no Ana, that's not my name but OK. I gotta wait outside to hurry up and wait. My husband and kids in the car with me were disappointed with having to wait 1 hour when we ordered in advance. It was a let down for my first time here. TLDR: Monday and Tuesday are cheap/cheat days. I really love the fries here. I do not understand the bad reviews. I ordered to go online. They had the food the before I even got there. I didn't eat it there, so on the drive back to my place, the fires got soggy and warm. But the flavor was still there. So those who don't know the deals on Monday and Tuesdays, it's $0.60 boneless wings. Now, if we compare the food to Buffalo Wild Wings, the flavor at BDubs knock everything out of the rating ladder. But the flavor at Wing Stop isn't too bad. I have tried all flavors and the safest flavor I prefer to get is BBQ. Now the fries are a different story. Their own flavored fries are pure . I can't explain it but these are just delicious. When I came and paid for my to go order, there was only one person eating. Maybe I went on a good day (Tuesday evening). The service can be effy at times, yes sometimes late evening they won't pick up the phones. The food does take awhile to come out 15-20mins, but it's fresh. I love the boneless wings (Monday and Tuesday they are 60c). Yes, if they have been busy some tables will still be messing -- they could easily solve this by providing a guest trash can. However if you know about the 'perks' of this place, the chicken is still decent. My go to sauces are mango habanero and BBQ. My fave at the moment is the spicy Korean soo good. Their fries used to be good, but have gone downhill and I have stopped ordering them. Yes, ranch is expensive at 80c or so a pot. Plus though, they do have a coke freestyle machine and I can get my mello yello. It's a shame the service is hit or miss. read more

On several occasions, we have tried to call our order in with no success. We walked in today and ordered our order to go. The employee at the counter was very friendly as was the one in the kitchen. Another employee showed up later, who we assume was the manager. She never once helped with the customers or the cooking of the orders. The front counter employee had several customers waiting in line to order and was also taking orders over the phone. The "manager" spent her time moving stuff around and then got the money box/bags and left. A good manager would have helped with taking care of their customers first. I really enjoy wing stop, some of the best wings on the island. I have to say the BEST time to go is between 11 to 2. The staff in the morning are great. They do take about thirty minutes to make my order and if they are REALLY busy 45 mins. The staff takes my order in a timely matter, they are usually pretty busy that they don't have time to chit chat but they are nice. I have only had my order wrong once or twice but they corrected it, and tried to be quick. If your looking for a fast place to eat, wing stop isn't for you but if you have time and want some good wings then they got you. read more

Ran in here for a quick take home dinner. I have never eaten at a Wing Stop before....honestly I don't eat hot wings that often but wanted something spicy and quick. As I walked in I found the crowd a lil ghetto but that didnt bother me. I went to the counter looked over the menu and ordered the 10 wings to go. I ound the young lady that waited on me was nice and polite. She even commented that she liked my choices of flavors...BTW I appreciated that you can get two different flavors in the 10 wing package. I chose the Atomic ( I was sure their "hot" probably wasn't really hot) I also got the Louisiana Rub. The Atomic was hot...not ridicules but very spicy and good. The Louisiana Rub...was interesting. I love this wingstop. Yes sometimes the wait may be a bit long but the food is delicious. Potato salad is amazing and the bone in wing are great. Some time the customer service could use some get up and go but overall this is a great place the staff knows me by name and could get my order correct just by me walking in. They make me feel welcome and i may not always have a place to sit when i come in but as soon as they notice they come right over and fix the problem. I noticed a lot of peoples reviews and thought to myself that everyone has their own opinion on the place but me being from here i love it. We get in the car and drive 15 minutes back to the house only to find out that they didn't give us the fries and completely the wrong kind of wings. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called to place an order at 11:30 ish, drove over 20 mins to get to the location from our Air BNB, the lady told me that I couldn't place a 50 piece over the phone because it was too large of an order. She informed me that I needed to either, A) Place the order online or B) Come in and place the order. I attempted to place the order at 11:36 online, it didn't work. I arrive at the location 12 minutes before closing to be greeted with an attitude(arms folded, dry voice) and to an employee telling me that they close in 12 mins... knowing exactly who I was because she asked if I had just called to place the 50 piece. As I walked into this WingStop I was not greeted, but when I got to the counter to place my order I was told by one of two guys in the kitchen that the woman clean the tables would take my order. I waited for ten minutes before placing my order. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but when your business thrives on customer service, having a customer wait to place an order is a business killer. The Food: WingStop makes great food. The boneless chicken wings and strips are both solid choices. I always get mine plain with bleu cheese, though I have gotten the garlic parmesan sauce several times and it's okay but mostly just buttery which is not a flavor I want with my garlic parmesan sauce. The fries are top notch. The seasoning is a kind of salt and sugar combination which I love and the fries taste excellent with the bleu cheese dressing. The Verdict: While I will visit WingStop again it will most certainly not be this location. read more
