Juana F. gave great customer service and we will definitely be back!!! The food was fantastic and will be sure to be back.

Very disappointed with my experience tonight. I placed my order at 9:18 PM and didn't receive my food until around 11:00 PM. That's almost 2 hours for an order that should not have taken anywhere near that long. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there was very little communication or explanation for the delay. Waiting almost 2 hours for food is unacceptable, especially when you place an order at 9:18 PM. Hopefully management can address the service and wait times because this was a very frustrating experience. read more

This is the most ridiculous Wingstop I've ever been to. When I ordered I was told it would be an hour wait for 3 chicken stripes and when I said I wanted my money back and to just void the order they miraculously told me they could work something out. Then as I was waiting for my food the guy in the back working with the food put his hand down his underwear!!!!! read more

Take out. Long wait. Needed more cooking for the wings. Homeless disruptive by the door and no staff was able to instruct the person to leave. Consoderably clean. At least they got the all flats right. read more

July 29, 2024 Ordered thru door dash. Got wings --- they were good [can't remember the name], but they were sweet The fries, however, were overcooked and mushy. I like overcooked if they're crunchy I'd order crispy wings next time, but they're probably won't be a next time because I'm just not that big on wings to begin with read more

This place is outright a disaster. My order completed by the cashier at 545 to order food to much confusion on their end. Turns out that the manager was too busy texting on their phones as well as the cashiers. Didn't get receive my order for my group for well over thirty minutes. Not to mention they didn't get my order correct either. I would suggest corporate looks into this location. I believe this place could do a lot better if it wasn't severely short handed and improperly trained. read more

Horrible service. Apathetic employees. Time and time again. I will give honest review each time I'm there and I have lived on the island for 6 years. I have tried eat here occasionally after a very disturbing gross incident that I called corporate about years ago. I go back to see if it has changed and well, it never has. Food is decent and sometimes can be very good, however the service remains very very poor and the conditions and cleanliness of the store is always horrible, unhealthy even. I will never go again. The young female on this last visit was clearly not happy, seemed agitated I walked in and clearly not in the mood to do her job with a good attitude. That's the usual for this place. Hasn't changed. AndbI will be making complaints to govt agenciesincluding the health dept. Stay away, but unfortunately this place stays open cuz it's the only WS on the island. But soon people will realize not the only wing place on the island. read more

Worst service in my life . Don't go here they have roaches and rats. I found dead rats in the front of the business and in front of the door. Also, I found roaches inside of my food, including my fries and my boneless wings. I would not suggest you come to this Wingstop because the manager does not care. read more

10-8-21 Quality/Quantity - Made fresh to order. Consistent with other WingStops. Atmosphere - Clean and same decor as other locations. Plenty of parking, although we walked from our hotel (which I do NOT recommend, Uber next time) Service - Cashier that helped us was GREAT! She was friendly and greeted us. She multi-tasked - put another customer on hold via phone while taking our order and answered all of our stupid questions. She suggested-sold and was fast. Gave us plates, utensils, extra cups for ice all without being asked!! Price - $20 + Tip for 15 wings Owner Suggestion - Take care of that cashier that worked on 10/8/21 at approximately 4:30pm. She is GREAT and knows customer service. read more

Didn't actually dine in but the food was horrible. I love Wingstop but I had a very disappointing experience from this location, which by the way rwas my first time eating from there. My wings were small, dry, and rubbery . I requested my fries be extra seasoned and I got no season. Lol. Corn was alright but they usually season it a bit more at any other location. read more

Even though my tenders were a little saltier than I like, I will be back. I was impressed immediately when I paid my credit card and was not asked if I wanted to tip. I would come back based on that alone. The staff was super friendly and said bye and thank you to every person who left the restaurant. I'm actually surprised seeing some of the other reviews. Either I them on a great day, or some of the past reviews have prompted them to improve their service. Either way, I got Chick-fil-A level service and great food. read more

I ordered DoorDash from this location today, and their food was on point! Wings were fresh and crispy, tenders were saucy and well done, Voodoo fries were crispy and steaming hot yet loaded with sauce, so great job to the cooks. Packaging wasn't sloppy or messy, so shout out to the people who packed the orders! The customer service over the phone was amazing as well, she was very patient and polite. Great teamwork overall, I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon lol. Amazing work you guys ! read more

UGH!!!! I don't understand how it took almost 40 minutes for 10 wigs and Cajun fries. I ordered over the phone and the lady said 18 mins. I stood at the counter not only waiting on my order, but listening their conversation and wondering where is the manager. I was almost late for work. Plus I don't fool with ketchup or tomato's, So that means I need a sauce for my fries and my wings. Who charges 75 cents for a 4 oz cup of ranch? No problem amigo! My wangs wasn't all that... Located near the Galveston Courthouse, the Wing Stop serves numerous varieties of chicken wings and other items. As we walked in we were greeted by an employee who appeared to be disgusted with her job. She was not friendly and it seemed that she did not want to be there. Since I was on vacation, I decided to look past her disgust and order. Since I love spicy food I ordered some original hot flavored wings and two chicken sliders coated with atomic sauce. I knew it would be hot since the disgruntled employee asked if I had ever had atomic before as if to warn me. Let me warn anyone who thinks they want atomic sauced anything. This sauce is ridiculously hot. It is among the hottest things I have ever eaten and is more painful than enjoyable. It was brutal. Thankfully I only had the two sliders. I did finish them, but the discomfort was rough. Our table had some fries which were amazing. It was if the sprinkled salty crack on top, because I couldn't get enough of them. They were good. The food was cooked well and was good, but the service wasn't great. It is still worth a visit especially if you want some brutally hot food. read more

The stars are there for the food. We ate here twice in the past couple days and the food is solid ... service was slow last night but being a Saturday we got it... today I sent my son to pay for an extra sauce and veggies side and when food was done we left .... got to the hotel to the hotel room and the veggies were not there. My bad for sending my teenager who btw got an earful, but got back Tk the store after rechecking the bag and the car. Son says the girl prepped the veggies and set them aside while the rest came so he assumed they were in when the bag was given to him. The girl says she gave them to him separately o "not her fault ". Again i checked the car and the bag and they were not there. The only way to validate is if they have security cams inside... I'm Really curious now. Long story short , had they given them to my sob they 'd be in the car or the bag and they were not. So they were definitely at the store. I read this store has mixed reviews ... again grading service not food.... I got my veggies after I came back and complained... but why did I have Tk drive again Tk the store!!?? Not cool read more

Giving this location on Galveston island a 1 star is giving them to much i places and order yesterday this _ _ _ _ _ that good my order Kimberly is the rudest mfer I have ever encountered in the restaurant business ever I asked to speak to the manger and she stated the manager on duty does not speak any English and I said I need for general manager to call me and I want to ask him how would he like to pay 38 dollars for two lunches and get burnt cold fries and I was there waiting longer than the 18 minutes she stated it would be she told me on the phone that I should have called back sooner and she could replace my fries I said I just left where and got to my office she hung up on me I hope that bitch loses her job for that lack of respect and the fact she is fucking rude read more

This Hass to be the worst wing experience I've had. Ordered an hour ago, still waiting in the parking lot as I see people place orders, collect them, and leave. I've went in 3 times already and the staff seem really rude besides the younger guy handing out orders. It's okay for delays but don't be rude to custome UPDATE: I think after I complained inside they tried to cook my food really fast because we got food poisoning after the meal read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online (order # 7821919392) for pickup. I went to the store early and they said they could not start making the order early because they weren't ready to start orders yet. Then the worker at the register should be fired. His customer service skills were non existent. I asked if I can get a refund to order for something sooner and he said no. He said he didn't know how to give refunds. I asked if someone else did and he said no. So needless to say I did not receive a refund. I asked what he could help with and he said "Nothing". So I asked what happens to my order if I don't pick it up and he said nothing. So I said who do I contact for a refund and he said he didn't know and couldn't go find out. So I walked out of there with no food and no refund and for some reason that kid is still getting paid to do something that he doesn't know how to do or he just doesn't want to do because he's lazy avoid this place read more

We had to wait 2.5 hours for the right order. This is not the first time. Very disappointing.

Be sure you know what you want to order, specials are not posted inside or offered at the counter while ordering. We saw the sign outside and thought we were getting the meal deal but we didn't, we got what was on the board ...regular price. When I realized it and went to ask the cashier she said the order was placed and it couldn't be changed. So the deal was 5 more boneless wings for $5 less the price of what was shown inside. Is this a bait and switch? I'll let you decide. read more

First time in this location in Galveston. My boyfriend and I came to this Wingstop to order a set of wings and then a side of the Buffalo Ranch fries. We assumed that she had heard us correctly and placed the order. We waited there for 15 min. since we did not pre-order, cool. But we went back home and see that there was cheese on the fries when my boyfriend can't eat that. We're both very disappointed. read more

I've never gotten good service at a wingstop, that's why I only go every few years, but this location brought it to a new low. An employee yelled at me and the manager tried to tell me that I don't understand how it works, then an employee brought out the correct order, she said I should've brought the wrong food back, like I was stealing from them. She said, I know what I gave you, weird, she didn't give any food to me, my daughter picked it up from a different employee. Tried to get a pic but she was quick. I'm happy to drop that food back off in the morning, maybe I'll let it sit outside in the sea air. All of the employees wore their mask below their mouth. Even the manager. By wingstop. read more

I'm writing this review from the parking lot a hour after our online order was supposed to be ready. At the beginning they said 10 more minutes waited 12 to go back in and ask for the order, was told to wait 20 more minutes (waited 25 before going back into ask for the order) told to wait longer..... you get the idea.... lady behind the counter is rude, each time I walked in the rest of the staff were yelling at each other and no one was cooking.... my suggestion is to pass on this place. While the food was sealed, which I appreciate since COVID, they forgot the ranch for each meal and the seasoning on the fries! So sad.

Ordered 20 wings and two baskets of fries and some ranch. Ordered online and picked it up in store and the food was hot and delicious. You could tell they freshly made everything to order. Only thing I can find wrong was the fries I ordered extra cooked but they weren't crispy (no biggie) and they were a little over seasoned for my taste (very sugary) but that can easily be fixed by just choosing the less seasoning option, good nonetheless. With all that being said I'd definitely be back for more that's for sure. read more
