This was my first time ordering food at the stand alone location in Gravois Bluffs. I had Wing Stop wings at Fenton Pizza Hut many years ago and did not like it. I heard they had a crispy chicken sandwich and thought I would give it a try again. The combo was under $10 with tax. Included fries and a soda. My order was made fresh right after I placed my order. You can choose what sauce (see pic). I chose the Parmesan garlic. Good, but, left the sandwich pretty dry (pickles helped!). Ample amount of fries and sandwich had a good crispy fried patty. I could only eat half! The soda dispenser is the kind you can mix 100 different sodas. But, it was filthy dirty. Soda splashed all over it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Only one worker doing everything at 11 am. He was very nice and greeted me when I came in. I'd like to try some of their other sauces. read more

This is one the best places to get wings, hands down! They have so many great tasting flavors, their service is always top notch and the rolls they make are warm, soft and delicious. They also usually, have a game on every time and great lighting which makes for great ambiance. I personally, love their "Atomic Wings" however, you might wish to have some of those rolls, some ranch dipping sauce and a large drink because, "WOOOWEEE!!!" I've never had a bad experience at any location so find the closest one near you (if you should prefer) and "stop" in ASAP. read more

it was 97 degrees outside, no ac, no ice for the drinks, and food took 20 mins to come out. definitely sticking to arnold

Shout out to the hard working employees on New Year's Eve! I ordered online for a later pick up. I arrived 10 minutes early. They were getting slammed. Several people waiting and a steady stream of people coming in for pick ups. These employees were working their butts off. I didn't mind the wait. They acknowledged everyone who came in the store respectfully. When my food came up they apologized for the wait. I was worried there would be something missing or it wouldn't taste right. Everything was there and tasted perfect!! Great job team!! Thank you!! Happy New Year!! read more

Overall a good experience. I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants having been in the fine dining business myself, but I took my mom out for dinner and this was her restaurant of choice. The food was decent, but what really unexpectedly sold me on this experience was the great service we received. Our server Zibby was kind, attentive, and able to answer every question I asked about the menu. Typical chain food, however the service received far surpasses any other experience I've had at a restaurant like this. read more

My 16 year old son and I have been on a wings kick lately. So we decided to try Wingstop. Never will I visit this location again. The bone in wings were really small small to the point there was very little meat to eat...though the flavor was good. We shared a chicken sandwich that was excellent although the quality control was bad as it was missing pickles. The 2 star review comes from the 25 minute wait for the food...how do you get catsup for fries here?, the sole chef was constantly on her phone with personal calls as I could hear what she was saying...the men's toilet was broken and would not flush and the bathroom smelled of urine...the large overfilled garbage can where the 2 workers throw any wasted food and other trash was right behind the cash register...there were no napkins or paper towels for our hands after eating wings in the store...the TV was tuned to a NFL football replay when March madness games were on. Maybe other wing stop locations are better? Whoever owns this location needs to spend some quality time in their store. read more

not a single person wearing gloves, pulling up there pants, touching the trashcan, answering the phone, moving their hair out their face, not washing their hands, then touching the food. when the worker asked for my name for my pick up, i went ahead and told them just cancel the order. i'm not even tripping about the wait time to be addressed, it's the lack of cleanliness for me... read more

Food: 6/10. I got the garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was crispy and cooked nicely, but the garlic Parmesan sauce was insanely buttery and dripping off the sandwich. Maybe that's how other people like it, but it was way too buttery for me. Service: 2/10. I showed up at the latest time that the app said my food would be ready. I showed up and it seemed like they hadn't even started it. I stood there waiting for another 15 minutes and it looked like other people were having the same issue. I don't mind if it takes a little longer for the food to be made, just don't lie to me on the app about the time. The workers weren't wearing gloves and were touching their phones and their faces. Most of the food preparation is done with tongs so it's not the biggest deal, but gloves would be appreciated. read more

This is a new restaurant in the Gravois Bluffs and since I live in the area, I figured I would check them out on a night when I didn't want to cook dinner. I was happy to know they also offer deliver (for a small fee)! I placed an order online which was super easy to do. The website is organized and makes the process go quickly. They also allow you to schedule a delivery time for later and that's just what I needed to do. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email and I could track the order online if I needed to. When the order was ready for delivery, I received a text to let me know that my order would be delivered through DoorDash. Fine with me. When the delivery driver was in the area; he did call me since our neighborhood can be tricky at night and I met him outside. He handed me the order and was super friendly. When I brought the order inside, I decided to pop everything in the air fryer to reheat things since I like my food piping hot (if you don't have an air fryer, you need to get one)! A few short minutes later, I was plating dinner with a few different items. We had 3 different flavors of boneless wings (atomic, Hawaiian and lemon pepper) and we had some French fries too. Comfort food at its best on a Friday night! For 2 people, it was perfect to order a combo 8 piece (2 flavors) with fries and a drink and then we had a coupon for 5 free boneless wings (with any wing order) so we ordered them too. While I do think more sauce would have made the chicken taste better; they flavors were fine to me. The atomic were for my hubby and he said that it was a good amount of heat and that he would get them again! I enjoyed the Hawaiian flavor and we both enjoyed the lemon pepper. They provided a side of Blue Cheese as a side and since we ordered a meal; we also received a soft drink. Overall, this was a good dinner and we will probably add Wing Stop to our rotation for chain restaurants who deliver whenever we need an easy and quick meal. read more

WingStop Review Finally tried WingStop for my first time... have been drooling over the menu on the app for over a month now, good thing my iPhone is waterproof. Money is of course very tight... to the point of having had takeout only 6-8 times since March, when I last dined out in one of those what do call'em... ...on yeah seat down restaurant (hence the rest part.) Anyways*, back to WS, my favorite part of the chicken is the thigh. I also like the breast and occasionally a wing (haven't liked drumsticks since I was a kid.) Oh yeah WS review, (I have ASD for real & it even comes out online rather often) the app is real cool and the food is freaking phenomenally tasty. Sure, it's greasy, but it is fried chicken and it's takeout... healthy wasn't the goal here. Oh and the service was great. I asked the cool dude who works at the Gravois Bluffs in Fenton if I could please try just one piece of the fried corn-on-the-cob, with money being so short these days (I work my 40 hrs as WFH, but bills are creeping up.) Anyways**, the cool dude said sure man!! That's why he is cool & as a Marley fan for decades (Bob actually died on my 6th b-day), his dreds were quite well done (& very properly covered for food preparation.) So, if you got just 11.07 left in the barebones account and you don't look down on dark meat chicken, give'em a try... ...don't be shy***. *I know it's spelled wrong, it's just a quirk I have. ** Uh, see * above. *** Yeah, I have a weird urge to rhyme as well... though 'tis swell on the verge of of of... fine, I'll stop here! Wingstop - Explanation of my odd-ish reviews. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fenton, Missouri

when people say listen to the reviews on this place, BELIEVE THEM. this is the worst wingstop I've ever been to. My food was so over seasoned, it was practically inedible. mushy fry's and forgot our ranch. they took over an hour to prepare our food. and no one in there seemed to know what they were doing, save your money and time and go somewhere else read more

The wings hit the spot! We will definitely be back. We did pickup and could have been more happy.

Cold fries, carbonated fruit punch, cold wings, no ice. May never get again. Makes me want to be an alcoholic again and beat my wife!

Love the food, but worker Susan is rude to her customers and coworkers. Heard her talking to them in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were torn apart and not useable. Also there is no trashcan for customers to throw things away. read more

Never on time. Place an order and show up 15 mins after it is supposed to be done. Still going to be another 10-15. No matter what

Will never come back. After waiting 30 min for our food the worker comes over to let us know that they are out of fries.. like what. Then he said he can give us a refund or sub it for corn. So we said we would like the refund but then for him to come back for him to say they can't give it unless they give us the whole refund. So we said okay and and he sat there in silence looking at us and just turned around to get the whole refund. The. we ask if they have started the order for them to just say no we didn't start it yet. So we were waiting for 30 min for nothing. read more

Worth every $1 you spend and a great place for a date if you both love wings the employees are very nice and polite

We ordered online at 11am so that we wouldn't have a problem getting food for New Year's Eve. It was over $120 order. We asked to pick up at 5:30pm. Food wasn't ready- they hadn't even started making it. Then they were out of ranch and wouldn't refund us for the ranch ($20). They could either cancel the whole order and refund or we lost $20 for ranch. They wouldn't even give a gift card for the difference. We would have cancelled if we didn't have 6 kids to feed. We will NEVER come here again! read more

We almost didn't come to wingstop because of the low reviews but I have no idea why. We brought a bunch of kids for our son's birthday and ordered the party pack. The food was delicious. We loved the flavors of the sauces! And the atmosphere was great. Laid back and kid friendly. We will definitely be coming back and more often! Don't let the reviews deter you. I am so glad we didn't. read more

Location doesn't know what Parmesan cheese is for garlic parmesan wings. I asked every time to please make sure I had some on my wings and was ignored. Now 2 locations in Jefferson county show they don't care. read more

I ordered online and they forgot a large portion of my order. Initially would've given them 1 star but because of the great customer service and the refund they gave me I'm bumping it up to 3. Food that they did give me tasted pretty good as well. read more

walked in to order some food to go and all employees were at a table with the music turned up. then ordered 50 boneless wings 2 large fries and 2 sides of ranch total was almost $70. so I handed him a 50 and a 20 they told me they couldn't take 50's anymore which is a legal for of tender. If you not going to take a 50 then you shouldn't except cash at all. this was bad business and the owner should be ashamed. read more

My daughter and I entered, we where immediately greeted with a smile and a welcome in. I knew what I came in for, but my daughter needed more time. The person who took our order was very very polite and patient. I overheard them taking other people's orders and they had the same politeness and patience. Also I witnessed extremely good team work between the two person team. Their name is Jessica. Very impressed for my first time here. read more

almost every time i come to this wingstop i'm super disappointed. between my order being messed up constantly and being severed cold fries on multiple occasions, this location specifically sucks. read more

November 21st, 2020: We Just paid $45.80 for food & delivery. Below average wings, fries were soggy and greasy upon delivery. Louisiana rub was very salty, not what you would expect for "Louisiana" flavor. We ordered ranch and honey mustard dipping sauce but it was not delivered. Habanero sauce was good. Skip the disappointment in this place and order trashed wings from Fenton Bar & Grill for pickup. You won't be disappointed there. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fenton, Missouri

In the past few month, This location has become the worst restaurant I have Ever ordered from. they get the order wrong every time

My cousins and I have been eating at this place a little more often recently. Despite the slow service and incompetent workers, we have continued to give this place our business. Last time changed that. We usually get the same thing being their special on 20 boneless wings and a large fry. We always got a water and usually fill it with water. Though there have been times one of us will occasionally put soda in it. Has never been a problem in the past so we didn't think much of it this time around. After we order our food and 20 minutes go by, a worker, high off his ass to the point his eyes are barely open, he smells of weed, giggling the whole time, slowly walks over asking for "Jacob". Which we respond nobodies name here is Jacob. He blankly looks at us and puts a receipt on the table showing a refund for their food. Then slurring over his speech attempts to explain that putting soda in a water cup is theft and "life doesn't give second chances". Promptly kicking them out. We apologize and offer to pay for a soda but keep the water cup instead of an actual fountain cup and they repeat their saying about life and second chances. We questioned why they refunded our order 20 minutes ago and we are just now being informed by it, because I would have cancelled my order and ate somewhere else where we can all eat together. They don't give us a direct answer only repeating their favorite saying about life. My cousins leave the store to not disturb anybody else in the building since they were all staring at us. I patiently wait for my food then they toss a bag on the counter, I asked if it was mine and they didn't acknowledge anything and went into the back. I stand there with debate of opening the bag since I don't want to touch somebody else's food if it's not mine. After a few more minutes a guy peaks his head out and just nods at me. I grab the food and leave, still not entirely sure if it was mine because the sauces on the wings weren't correct except for the large fry. After months of consistent business to this company where we have witnessed many things such as, workers eating the extra food they make (theft???), dirty tables, trashcan overflowing, empty toiletries in the bathroom, workers not washing their hands and touching the food. all around this place has done too much to act so unprofessional over soda in a water cup. The only thing I have learned is life doesn't give second chances. This is why high teenagers can't run a business. Bdubs better. read more

i'm sorry but this place is fucking foul. slippery greasy floors. like they seriously mopped this bitch with a bucket of grease. trash piled up on every single table. no trash cans to get rid of waste. employees loudly complaining about how "lazy people are" for not cleaning up after themselves even tho there is a sign that legit fucking says, "leave your mess behind, we've got cleanup". like seriously so gross, i can only imagine how disgusting and unsanitary the kitchen is if the dining area is this bad. i can't even fucking walk without slipping on this nasty fucking floor. employee is rushing around to clean all this shit up before i can take any pictures to submit. UPDATE: my sister seriously almost just busted her ass on the greasy fucking floor going to get a napkin (aka bathroom paper towel roll) if i could give this place 0 stars i would. feels like i walked into the fucking twilight zone. save ur fucking money. read more

Was missing the sides. Was told by the manger I would receive a $10 coupon for the missing items and was never sent the coupon. Paid for sides I never got. Was not given any money back. Highly dissatisfied, will not be ordering from this location again. Other than that, I love Wingstop and the flavor choices. read more

I tried the new ghost kitchen Thighstop last night. I read the press release. I really wanted to try them and I went out of my way to take a big trip to the city to get Thighstop. The ordering process through DoorDash was easy and not very complicated I was able to order what I wanted without any hassle. The fries were good and the corn while a little bit smaller than I thought it would be was equally well tasty. That was the end of my pleasant experience these eyes themselves were dry they were very chewy they were not moist like I was expecting a thigh to be. I tried the original hot it was not hot it was barely any spice at all it was like they didn't even put sauce on it. I also had Louisiana rub and if you like pepperon salt that was about it there's no other really flavor to it. I don't think I'll ever go back there again I was very disappointed. It would have been so much better if I just gone to a crappy KFC or a Popeyes for thighs. At least a Popeyes I would have got some seasoning. I'm giving it two stars for the sides but that's not enough to get make me go there again. read more

Amazing service! Im from Texas and Wingstop was my jam as a child growing up. This location is as close to home as it gets. Keep up the good work! And Michelle the manager goes above and beyond! blown away! read more

I've been here 3 times in the past 2 months. Each occasion I got the boneless 20 pack with 3 sauces. Tender meat, large pieces, and I love the breading. They charge for additional dressing. I personally would rather get Marzetti's blue cheese dressing from the store. Excellent combo. Yummy. Maybe next time, I'll get the bone in. read more

I went to Wingstop last night and placed an order around 6:30. This was the first time I ordered on the fly, usually I order online, because I know how slow they are. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I did a little shopping and was back at 6:45. I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. They have a rack behind the counter that they place the food on when it's ready. Finally, I saw a bag on the rack at 7:00. I went up to see if it was mine but the name they had written on it was too small so I stepped forward to see better. I noticed it was mine so I just grabbed it and started to leave when one of the kids working there started berating me for "stealing" food and "who said I could just walk behind the counter and take it"? I said, it's mine, it has my name on it but he just wouldn't let it go. He just kept at it. I said why didn't you announce that my food was ready? He had no response to that but practically chased me out the door, bullying and berating me the whole time. Do they expect their customers to jump up every time a bag appears on the rack and ask if it's theirs? That's not only inefficient but certainly not customer friendly. I still can't believe this escalated into such a bizarre confrontation! Then, to top it off, I get home and 1/2 my order was incorrect. Additionally, I ordered only wings, no fries, and ended up paying almost the same amount that it would have cost me to add fries and a drink, but I wasn't told that. It sucks because I really liked Wingstop but it's back to BDubs for me! Same basic location, same price, faster, and (hopefully), no rude little brats working there. read more
