Rude .... Beyond rude .... As rude as I've ever been treated at an establishment that depends on customers to survive. Stopped in on Thursday, 6/25/26 to be exact, to pickup an order I placed online. My friend with me also placed an order online. They had her order but they just stared at me and yelled "YOU MUST PLACE ORDER ONLINE!" To which I said I did and they just turned around and without looking said we don't have it and you can't order at the counter. So I placed another order online, assuming they didn't receive it and I wasn't charged. Then they YELLED "NO INSIDE DINING" to my friend who opened her bag and ate a fry since we were waiting for my food now, which took 30 minutes! So we sat outside. Then after 30 minutes of waiting my order was ready and WRONG! Paid for cheese fries and didn't get anything but fries but after being yelled at twice I wasn't trying to have that conversation with the rudest staff I've ever encountered! The next day I had two charges for both orders. I've already contacted corporate. No customer should ever be treated this way! Worst part is we LOVE WINGSTOP! They have the best wings hands down & now we can't go back bc I'll never monetarily support a company that allows employees to treat customers in this manner! I'll also make sure I share this experience with everyone I know and on social media bc this is so completely unacceptable :/ I'm uploading the photos of my orders. The prices are different because my other friend decided she wanted cheese fries so i added hers to my 2nd order, which we didn't even get but paid for! Went to this location last Monday and the food was horrible!! Fries were wayyy too salty!! Wings were way too spicy! Coke machine didn't even work and they knew it didn't but proceeded to see people get drinks without no sign put on it. I am a Doordasher who came in and needed to use bathroom before picking up the order. I went into the bathroom and was shocked to see the bathroom in the order it was in. No toilet paper, pee all over the toilet seat and floor in front of the toilet, garbage everywhere on the floor, and a horrible smell. I really needed to use the bathroom so I asked for some toilet paper. I would clean the toilet seat. They said they didn't have any, it wouldn't come until the next delivery. I went into men's bathroom, there were three rolls of toilet paper in there. The bathroom was clean, well maintained. This is by far unacceptable in a public place. How are the female workers suppose to use bathroom? and clearly a man used the woman's bathroom peeing all over the place. Disgusting. so unsanitary. if I could give the, a -10 star I would. Great place overall, the best chicken there is and also very good price for what you get but there is only little detail that gets me upset sometimes, one of the workers there dead stares at you while you're eating or doing anything else, also usually some of the other workers don't treat you well when ordering, ambiance is pretty good just needs to be a bit more clean. read more

Dirty dirty place. The floor is sticky due to the cardboard trashcans leaking fluid. 5 employees working.. 1 upfront trying to clean and wait on customers while the other 4 were in the back talking and leaning against the equipment. 2 of the 4 kept going in and out the front door and back to the kitchen without washing their hands. First time here. Got the 10 piece take out, regular wings. I had the Cajun rub (which is my new favorite ), and the Korean. Next time I go I'm getting all Cajun rub. They said they would give me my refund in five days but they never canceled it and the DoorDash delivery guy picked it up after I told him to cancel it and stole my food, so I'm without food or refund. I am very displeased with this restaurant they don't deserve any stars or recognition for their poor service. My first experience will be my last. I placed an online order with the restaurant on 7/9/24. I have never ate at Wingstop and wanted to try something different. The restaurant's closing hours are at midnight. My order was placed at 9:01 and stated it should be ready between 16-21 minutes. My husband went to pick up the order and when he arrived to his surprise both doors were locked. He stated no one was cooking in the kitchen and there was a girl who was mopping the floor ignoring him. No one came to door or acknowledged his presence. He called several times and the restaurant would not answer the phone. My money was taken off my card and I never received my food. On 7/10/24, I called the restaurant three times regarding my order from the night before. No one answered. I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager, the cashier asked me what it concerned and I explained the situation, the cashier explained that no one answers the phone, which I don't understand why that would be appropriate for a business. I could hear the manager in the kitchen yelling that they were open until 11:45 p.m. (which is ironic because they close at 12) if that was his argument against my compliant. I never received a call that my food wasn't picked up and that was at least two hours or more before they potentially closed in his defense that would be appropriate to do if he cared about the situation. He said he remembered my husband and only one of the doors was "locked" and my husband neglected to pull on the other door (which is untrue). He tried them both. Regardless of the situation I never received my food and politely asked for a refund. He never approached me at the counter and started screaming from the kitchen that I needed to provide him a receipt. I did and asked for a refund again because regardless of the time of when they said they closed I did not receive my food. The manager "Nick" was very argumentative about the time they closed and kept yelling across the kitchen to the front of the lobby where I was. He was very unprofessional and lacked effective communication skills. This encounter was extremely rude and did not highlight the restaurant in a good manner. I asked him to calm down as I wasn't yelling at him and his tone was unacceptable and to please return my refund and he yelled I would have to receive it in 5-6 business days it will take awhile. I am so disgusted with his behavior. There is no reason a customer should ever feel belittled because of your lack of leadership skills and customer service skills! I will be reporting this restaurant to corporate and will never be back! read more

My 5 piece boneless chicken was completely raw in the middle. Luckily only ate one in the restaurant because I was too focused on my cheese fries. Went to eat cold wings 3 hours later and saw this (see pics). I'm glad I noticed before I ate more than 1 1/2. Called the store and the manager said it had happened 3 times already tonight. Offered me a free meal, but I'm never going back. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever going back if this happens multiple times a night. So a bit of a rough time at Wing Stop today. The cashier was a bit angry. Not rude, but angry in general. The order was also wrong(fries rather than vegies). The staff behind the counter however were very pleasant and courteous so good job there!! The wings are tiny and there was nothing exceptional about the sauce. The Korean Hot sauce is unremarkable and is more of a sweet and tangy than hot Korean. So overall a meh experience. Whip up some Franks hot sauce and butter at home for a better wing. read more

So I decided to try this place out today, oh my the disappointment was soon realized. First off I walk in and the floor is wet without a care or slippery when wet sign. Then I wanted to have Lemons with my tea, there was 1 wedge that was almost dried up and STUCK to the bottom of the container. Then I received my food "sigh" I purchased the medium boneless with half Atomic & Half Louisiana Rub. The Atomic tasted like spicey vinegar , very bland. The Louisiana tasted like what I could only guess as the North End of a South bound goat. The only good point I can make for this place is the restrooms were very clean and comfortable. The saddest part of this review is the fact that the Store Manager was there discussing business with what appeared to be the "Area Manager....IDK" . But the worst and I mean worst thing I observed. The team member that was working the cash register was eating a piece of chicken while handling money....... but I digress, a lot of these issues could be forgiven if they were slammed however they had 2 customers in the store including myself.
