I asked for low sodium soy sauce, and it was provided. The first shock was that the fish looked like it had been cut with a straight razor! The slices were so thin, they almost looked translucent! They had octopus and butterflies, though the latter tasted good, it also tasted like it had been previously frozen! The California roll was pretty enough and they had tobiko on the outside like I had requested, but there was imitation crab inside! I pointed out that I'd specifically asked for real crab. They only had soft shell crab, and at Justus's suggestion, I had it as a roll. All in all, it was a wonderful and eye opening experience! It took a very long time before the chef came out and we think they had to call him in from his house. He looked like he just woke up from a nap. We have loved Zuki in the past but it's unlikely we will ever return. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We had to ask for our extra salad. The crab rangoon was barely warm but they tasted good. The salads were a nice size but the dressing was extremely heavy on the sesame oil. My ahi tuna came out last and it was obviously very raw. It was supposed to be seared with sesame but it was absolutely cold. I only ate the very few bits that had a slight sear. The flavor was good but I could not get past the raw issue. The snap peas that come with it had absolutely no flavor. It also came with brown rice which also had no flavor. The food was definitely the worst I've experienced. I will also mention the server never came to check on our table. He never refilled our drinks that were empty. We had to track him down to get our check. When I visited the restroom there was no AC and it was very humid and hot. There was no hand soap or paper towels. Overall, a terrible experience. They had her order but they just stared at me and yelled "YOU MUST PLACE ORDER ONLINE!" So I placed another order online, assuming they didn't receive it and I wasn't charged. Then they YELLED "NO INSIDE DINING" to my friend who opened her bag and ate a fry since we were waiting for my food now, which took 30 minutes! So we sat outside. Then after 30 minutes of waiting my order was ready and WRONG! Paid for cheese fries and didn't get anything but fries but after being yelled at twice I wasn't trying to have that conversation with the rudest staff I've ever encountered! The next day I had two charges for both orders. I've already contacted corporate. No customer should ever be treated this way! Worst part is we LOVE WINGSTOP! They have the best wings hands down & now we can't go back bc I'll never monetarily support a company that allows employees to treat customers in this manner!
