    Refund email confirmation from DoorDash

I only wish I could leave a zero for the review. This was the absolute worst service I ever received from a fast food restaurant. ABSOLUTE WORST!!!. Had a busy day at work, no time to cook, so needed something quick and easy for dinner. Boy, that's exactly what I did not get. I placed an order using their online app. That was the simple part. My order said it would be delivered in 54-59 minutes. Seemed like a long time but I wasn't in a big hurry so I was ok with wait time. Order was pretty straightforward (30 wings, seasoned fries, and veggie sticks). I choose to have it delivered because after the day I had, I really needed to relax. When my delivery FINALLY arrived, half of the wings were missing, as well as the seasoned fries, and veggie sticks. I immediately contacted the store and they told me that it wasn't their problem and I needed to contact DoorDash. I'm somewhat upset at this point because I understand that while Wingstop my contract with DoorDash for delivery, I placed my ordered directly through Wingstop's app and had the expectation that they would attempt to assist in resolving my issue. I contacted DoorDash and was told that they could not refund my money directly to me ($50.53) but would have to refund directly back to Wingstop since Wingstop held all of my personal and order information. DoorDash sent me a confirmation email showing they had processed the refund back to Wingstop and now I would need to work with Wingstop to get my refund. I contacted Wingstop, spoke to the manager Corey, and was told that I would need to call back in the morning as he was unable to explain to me how my refund would be processed and he was very rude. I asked Corey for the owner's name and information and he said he had no idea who the franchise owner was. I would not advise anyone to frequent this establishment. DO NOT. Learn from my mistake. They get your order wrong, take your money, and are unwilling to rectify the situation. I'm not happy AT ALL!!

I've had a delivery from here and it's perfectly fine. Actually the lemon pepper wings are a little addictive.

This place was just awful. The wings and tenders weren't edible from the amount of salt they used. I threw away the entire meal, disgusting.

I didn't mind the 15-minute wait but for $16-17...I was expecting a hot and fresh meal. Oh, was I wrong. I went with the 5-wings and fries combo. When I opened my box, there were barely any fries. It consisted of small, burnt, and broken pieces of fries. It was as if they gave me the left over fries from each previous batch. I've been eating fries all my life and know what fresh fries should taste like. This was definitely old fries. Now onto the chicken wings, if this is how wings taste in Buffalo, I'm going to save myself a trip and not visit. It was over cooked and dry. These are supposed to be hot wings and there were barely any sauce on it, more like naked wings to me. If you spend 15-minutes to make my food, do it right or just give me a refund. If you're not going to deliver it like your advertisements, let us know so we can take our money elsewhere. Thanks!

I do always get an extra sauce however because I'm a sauce person and it's good. The fried crab sticks are a unique touch although my favorite menu items would be the littos! I have since converted to a plant based diet and am pleased to say that the the jerk vegan litto is up to par with the others. It can be spicy though so beware lol. They also now offer a vegan beyond meat litto I am dying to try I just have not gotten around to it. I would say give them a try.

I came at 5:45 on a Monday (because no other places are open on Mondays!), and was one of maybe four me. In the place. The rest were moms with one or two (or more!) kids, some waiting for dad to join them after work. I ate in a covered patio that in a few months will be too hot to endure. But tonight, mid-March, it's a sunny delight. I ordered a smashburger and a Kingstown Negroni. Drae stirred my drink and out the order in, and it arrived with fries just minutes later. Juicy double patty burger, caramelized onions, cheese, salt & pepper fries. Fresh and very tasty. WiFi was fast, music was smooth but subdued. (Think Sade and Barry White dueling. Wish I wasn't alone!) Kids were everywhere, but very well-behaved and in explore mode, which I find adorable! There are outside areas covered in open or tarps, clear flexi-glass walled off areas, and true "indoor" places you can watch TV in. Everything from Top Gear to REN & Stimpy. A great way to spend an early dinner/very late lunch.

It's kind of a bug and feature. They have the order from your table QR code set up where you can get drinks and food served to you either inside or out. The service is always quick and prompt. This place is great on a nice day. It's not somewhere I would typically seek out myself unless with friends (with kids) or hosting a small party (where there might be friends (with kids) attending.

We were greeted upon entry and stood there looking in awe of their large and diverse beer selection. The bartender was knowledgeable and helpful when I (as always) asked a lot of questions about the beer. My husband chose an IPA and I chose a flight. We went outside to grab a table since we were meeting friends and there was very little seating inside it was nice out AND I think there was a birthday party going on.) None of us had eaten yet so we all decided to order different things and share. The brats, pretzels, and sidewinders were pretty good. The photos looked great and they came out tasting decent. The wings were excellent but the flatbread was awful. It was like tomato paste on a cracker. Our server was very attentive and even helped us move our stuff inside when it started to rain. My husband decided to have a couple more IPAs while we sat and talked. My friend and I got up to look at the merchandise and the open stock for sale. I liked the vibe so much that I bought a koozie featuring The Casual Pint. I was also thrilled to find a Salty Turtle beer that I very much enjoy but usually only get at the beach. At this point I would have rated it a 4 but then we got our bill. Even though neither one of us paid any attention to the prices on the beer, it was a little surprising that my husband's IPAs were $10 each. And my flight was $17 (4, 4oz pours). Add the 4 pack and food, our total was over $110 before tip. We should have paid more attention but since my husband felt that it was all highly overpriced AND he had ordered the flatbread that was unappetizing, he doesn't want to return. I wouldn't mind coming back though!
