For people that have lived locally to this location the past few years know that they closed, reopened and we all probably had high hopes only to experience the same poor service. This was the absolute worst Wing stop experience I've had. No one at the counter when you walk in to greet you or even ask "what can I get you". Music blasting with inappropriate music. Lobby full. It was 4 team members here at the time btw. The light skinned gentleman with dreads in barrels was extremely unprofessional. He didn't seem like he wanted to even be there. Didn't see one smile on the face of any of the staff. They used profanity amongst each other that could be heard by customers in the lobby. The thing that tops all of this was the fact that I ordered on the app, waited 30 mins and then when I came in with my app confirmation that said my order was ready, I was told that my food wasn't ready in the most disrespectful way " it ain't ready yet " is what I was told. When I asked why is the app saying that it's ready, the guy with the dread completely ignored me and just walkers to the back. I heard the same thing with a lot of other peoples orders as well that were waiting. Customer service was complete garbage and they need a complete new staff. Tonight I tried calling for 20 mins and no answer. So, I raced over because it was going to be 11:30 and didn't want that to be an excuse to say they are not taking any orders. First time there... Loved how it had a bar feel to it... It kinda reminded me of a toned down Buffalo Wild Wings.... I was very impressed by the customer service. We went the day before yesterday and 2 young girls were on staff. Their customer service skills ON POINT. VERY FRIENDLY and made great flavor suggestions. I had the Louisiana Rub... (I think) it was rub something and I had a garlic parm one. DELISH!!! The pop machine is one of those fancy ones with over 100 flavor combinations. Sweet! My normal self just got a Dr. Pepper. Lol. I've never seen a place where no one seemed to care about their job, I waited 50+ minutes for one of the smallest options they have, the restaurant was gross,the food was not very good, and there were only like 5 people in the restaurant in total. Cannot recommend this place at all. Yes, the service was fine... but I have a real problem with their math: 6 wings should mean 6 wings. To me, wings consist of two parts. Wing Stop breaks wings in half and counts each half as 1 wing. So when you order "6 wings", you really get what most people would consider 3. Are they good? They're fine. They're okay. They are absolutely nothing special. There's no basic fried wing. Just lots of rubs and spices which they hope will make up for the lack of quantity. It doesn't. I've given Wing Stop a chance... For better or worse most decent Americans love us some chicken wings - if not than I don't know why B-dubs is so "successful" - so I do get carry out from Wingstop on the regular. And it comes with the good and the bad. Good - the wings themselves are crack addicting. Sauces are delish. They have a Coca-Cola freestyle. Bad - they are stingy with those side portions -- except for the fries but probably because they are soggy. They've been known to f@&$ up an order -- so check your bags on the way out. I swear they raise the prices every month cause my bill always seems higher and I get the same combo each time. And do call ahead unless you want to be waiting around for 30 minutes watching NBA basketball. Overall I roll with these guys. And they are truly nice kids that work there too. read more

The customer service was great, the facility was very clean, and the food was super hot and fresh. I tried several wings and an order of fries; however, the fries were disguisting. The fries had a sugary taste to them and they were too dark....eww. The chicken was the BEST and cooked well...I think that my favorite may be the Louisiana Rub Wings. i had sworn off this place. but, i love wings. they closed for a while and re-opened with apparently different owners. so, i tried again. the customer service was alright in the beginning, but not that great. the wings are good, so i started going again. then, the weird stuff started happening again. order online for a coworker and myself for lunch, get to the store, and they demand her credit card and ID for her order. this is not anywhere on their website, and you would only know if you had been in the store before. apparently this store decided to make that rule on their own. they eventually gave me her order after trying to tell me i needed to drive back to my work. not so bad, i figured i'd try again. then ordered again. they gave me breaded boneless wings and i ordered regular wings. i called to explain and ask for a refund, the manager refused. she only would give an in store credit. she assured me it would be under my name and number. i order today, tell them about the credit, the manager says we will take care of it in store. get there, and she says there is no credit. she could have told me this over this phone. i paid, left, and will never be back again. still messing everything up. also, their employees are super rude. love, juston read more

I went to this place and was not pleased. There were only three people working and only one was wearing a uniform. The cashier was wearing dirty jogging pants and a dirty gray t shirt and lets not forget the rindstone covered skull cap. Her 4 year old daughter was in back washing the fries until she got bored and starting running around the store. Mom yelling at her while taking orders. Today I had a serious craving for some simple chicken strips and honey mustard. After two stops at the nearby Petco and Meijer, I thought I would be on the verge of satisfying my craving at the Wingstop in the same shopping complex. Boy was I wrong! My girlfriend and I walked into the store and stop at the counter to place a take out order. The only acknowledgement we received was a hello from the cashier as she counted down her drawer. We waited for her to finish her count while the rest of the staff looked over at us but offered no help. The staff sang along to the song on the sound system and even turned up the music, but still offered no help. The store manager came up front to collect the drawer but still we were ignored. After 5 minutes we left the store as two customers walked in. Once I was stewing in the car for a second I went back in to confront the manger. This time she acknowledged us but when I informed her of lack of service she seemed indifferent, but the staff that was singing was quickly taking the order of the two gentlemen that walked in after us. After this situation I will never return. I am always looking for a good take out spot but this will never be one! Their internet and phones were down, but it didn't stop us from trying WingStop for the first time. As soon as we arrived they apologized about their phones and online ordering being unavailable and thoroughly explained the menu. We got there during their 50 cent boneless wing special which is featured regularly on Monday's & Tuesday's. We only had to wait about 12 minutes for the food to be ready and we tried three different flavors: Hawaiian, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and Original Hot - All of which were excellent. I have to say it was horrible, they advertise fresh made wings, which mine were not they were old and burned. The chicken wings had hardly any meat in them and they tasted horrible because they were old and burned. The place was also pretty dirty and so were the employees. Orders sitting out on the counter for half an hour to 45 minutes. First time I ordered from there I ordered online and when I got there the food wasn't even started gave them a second chance, Next time I ordered lemon pepper wings and waited an hour. I finally did and I was very happy with the service, atmosphere and taste of my food. I tried smokey bbq and Hawaiian sauce. The pop machine is pretty sweet with just about any flavor you could want. My only gripe (I always have one) is it's kind of expensive and the wings are on the smaller side. Not crazy expensive but count on at least $10 a person. Will I go back? Yes I will. read more

I love Wingstop wings. Always have, always will. However, this location needs a change in management, and some general customer service training. While my last encounter here was fairly painless (but not really enjoyable), I had the misfortune of witnessing a situation between customers and staff that seemed to require management involvement, and there were none present.
