Disappointed. Ordered online--10 classic wings. They were ready on time, but when I got to work, my order was wrong. They gave me ten BONELESS. I can't stand boneless wings. It was overpriced, too. Paid too much for something I didn't want. Plus restaurant wasn't clean. read more

Burnt ass burger I wouldn't feed to my dog. I'm not understanding how they couldn't see the burger was Burnt

Store floors were sticky and dirty. Food was good, but I was very suspicious because of the place was filthy.

This location always has the best customer service! Shoutout to Tanya and the crew working superbowl night!!

Called to do an order for pick up, young lady put me on hold just for them to pick the phone up and hang up. Terrible service

It's a shame that there is limited parking, but when staff take up 2 parking spaces and go in to work (with their work tshirts on) it's really pathetic. You would think staff would be more considerate and allow those spaces to turn for customers read more

I walked into the WingStop on 8 Mile & Woodward in Detroit, right next to Starbucks. The 1st female saw me but seemed to pretend not to. So I went to the restroom. While there, someone started pounding on the door! After I washed my hands I headed back to the counter as female #2 called my order name. I said, "Over here." She took the bag to the OPPOSITE COUNTER! She called the name again. I raised my hand and waved it back and forth LOUDER, "Over here!!" She threw the bag at me. I threw it back and headed toward the door. Another appeared and told me to get out b4 she kick my a**. She said it with force, at least 3 times. So, I went back, leaned on the counter facing her, and drank my water slowly... starring at her calmly while she paced and took off her earrings, as the crowd watched, and the 2nd worker laughed. The one that wanted to fight seemed like the Manager. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. read more

I am not a fan of chain restaurants. So I came into this experience highly jaded. Hands-down this is the best lemon pepper wings you have. I am a wing fanatic !! I love them I love them I love them and they love me. I do not know how will wingstop gets such a pop of flavor with the lemon but I'm in love. I would suggest calling your order in or placing it online as they are made fresh and it's at least an 18 minute wait time. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Detroit, Michigan

I placed an order using Door Dash for pick up since I was in the area. App gave me an estimated 25 -30 min window, with pick up from 2:50-2:55pm. I went in to pick up @ 2:53 and the first thing I noticed there was about 5 employees all standing in the kitchen area working, definitely too close for comfort during COVID and not everyone had a mask on. Gave my name at the counter and was told the food wasn't done and to give them 6 more min. So we stepped outside to wait, while a revolving door of customers came and left. Went back inside @ 3:10, and was told they were waiting on fries.... finally left at 3:18 with food in hand. Tried a fry in the car and wondered who got those fresh fries I waited for, as mine were room temp. If you were wondering, I ordered (2) 10 piece boneless wing combos (with 3 sauces), both with fries. read more

Staff is unprofessional, I hear F bombs from the staff while kids are present. Tried it two times just to give them the bennifet of doubt and the same behavior both times. They need to learn how to behave in front of customers. read more

Absolutely awful. Waited almost 1 hour for an order they said would take 20 minutes. They were very understaffed and the few workers there couldn't care less about their job. read more

earlier today, the guy behind the counter handling the bags of food was wearing his mask as a beard (photo included). he lowered it to speak to people and he wasn't social distancing. when i brought it up to him, i tried to be discreet so there wouldn't be an embarrassing scene, but he couldn't hear me so i repeated myself. he lowered his mask (seemingly an automated, mindless habit) to lean in and tell me that he's wearing his mask that way bc he has to talk to people and bc he needs to breathe. he added that he's not handling the food, as if any of this justifies wearing a mask as a beard. if u think about it for even half a second, u realize it's 360° of stupidity. we all have to breathe, sir. and we all have to survive this pandemic. GTFOH on another note, they almost forgot to give me my drink. several minutes after i had my food (which i retrieved from mr beardmask), i waited for my friend to get his order. i stood in the lobby the entire time. just as we were about to walk out, i remembered i had ordered a drink, so i went back to the counter and asked for it. the cashier said, "i was gonna give it to u!" no she wasn't. and this location doesn't have the jamaican jerk wings, so i won't be back. read more

The staff of cooks were not responsive right away. They had not started on my mobile order although I ordered it 20 minutes prior because was in the area. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I only ordered an 8 piece and fries. This locations is one of the worse locations. The cooking staff is young, they talk loudly and they do not respond to customers immediately. The manager was great. read more

Wingstop - This is not a wing. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Detroit, Michigan

do not expect anything out of the normal because it is called Wingstop. They charge you a lot more and you wait a lot longer for the same thing that you would get at Checkers I hate to say it. I do not understand how you charge someone $15 for 12 wing pieces? everything is extremely salty which I don't understand since you say you fry everything fresh to order. I'm going to give you one more chance to see if you can actually let me buy some of those sale prices on the day that I am there and that sell prices in effect would you wouldn't do last time which didn't make any sense to me. If you have it on the wall and it says that at that time it should be in effect you should not vary your policy. there are so many places selling wings now that to think that this is common makes me wonder why people feel so special about this place. I just do not see the point in paying two times the price for the same thing that I can get at the other end of the driveway. I really hope you understand that your policies regarding prices really don't make sense to your customers. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I walked in with my family around 9:30 ready to order only for a young gentlemen to begin with screaming at us with a huge attitude if we were here for a pick up. Once i told him we were here to order he began with laughing in our face and telling us he won't be serving us. His reasoning "we are trying to get ready to close" they close at 12 am. Very unfortunate interaction, won't be coming to this location again. Please work on your employees and customer service. read more

I shouldve looked on yelp before i went to this location. You cant order instore( in store you have to order online), I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and only got 9,and when I called to tell them the lady on the phone didnt care. All she kept saying was ok. Ill never go back to this location as long as Im alive. Which sucks, because I love wingstop and this location is right around the corner from my house. I wish I could leave zero stars, but it wont let me. read more

I came in and the lady at the counter was rude off rip. She asked me if I was picking up I said I wanted to order carry out. She told me they weren't taking carry out orders until 5:30 (it's 4:36 as I'm writing this) so I placed an order online no big deal. Ten minutes later the same person is taking a carry out order for somebody else. If you don't want to serve me or do your job please say so read more

Im not sure why I stopped here. Maybe I was hoping that their service changed. No, it has not. I placed an online combo order. When I got there I was told they did not have fries. So I said I'll just get a drink. The drink machine did not have any juice. I do not drink pop. I told the lady at the register to cancel the combo because they only had chicken. Instead of them giving me back the difference they asked for my card again. She said the order did not go through. Both of my transaction are pending. I have both receipts and if my money is not in my account soon. I will return to the store. read more

I try to make it a point not to go grocery shopping when I'm hungry, so tonight when my stomach started rumbling on the way to Meijer for groceries, I looked around the plaza and settled on Wingstop. I walk up and there are literally 3 occupied tables, leading me to believe that they weren't all that busy and my quick bite would be just that. Boy, was I wrong. I order a small combo and sit down to drink my drink. Twenty minutes later I'm looking around and seeing that a man and his daughter who were there before me I'd thought were done eating were actually waiting for their food. I walk over to them and ask how long they'd been waiting. "25 minutes" the man told me. And I was like, "I ain't got time for this" so I walk up and politely ask for a refund. "We don't do refunds" I'm told. I mill around the register for 5 mins or so and a woman who walked in right after me starts to grumble and tells me she ordered online in advance! And she was still waiting 25 mins like the rest of us. If the place was full of people or there was a line I'd understand but the place was literally empty except for us 3 parties waiting. Now, I've never worked in a kitchen, but I know that they aren't doing any real cooking at Wingstop. So why does it take 30 mins to deliver a meal that cooks in 2 mins in a fryer? And who would wait 30 minutes for food you can get at any bar in a third of the time? It might say Wingstop on the building outside, but this location really should be called WingWAIT cause that's what you're gonna do here. Wait. And wait. And wait. I wish I had two more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. Never again. read more

Food was cold and order was wrong. Had to drive too far to get it corrected. Will not be going there again.

This is an absolutely fantastic store. The staff is nice and always makes sure to check orders. During the pandemic they observed the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe. During my most recent interaction, I accidentally ordered for carry out instead of delivery. They were very quick with issuing me a refund electronically so that I could order online for delivery. I'm never disappointed with this store (#1417)!! I see the rating for this location is low, however, I don't feel that it is justified based off my MANY experiences with this location. Kudos to the staff and management! Thank you guys so much! read more

I've been going here since it opened and this place has gone downhill , I placed my order online so I wouldn't have to wait and got there and had to wait over 30 mins for my order to be ready no organization there , everybody is in the kitchen standing around , the floor by the pop machine was very greasy and needed mopping , the bathroom was nasty, and a lobby full of people waiting for their orders .When I finally got my food it was good but what's the point of ordering ahead and having to wait ‍ read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I work for a food delivery service and my account was flagged for extreme lateness because each order wasn't even started by the time I arrived. I waited around 45 mins for nothing. I was told by the cashier that they were working on the order, only about half an hour later to find out that they never received the order at all. Homeless people hang around outside and harass customers and employees are rude. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Do not come here. read more
