Omg... Kori at Miamisburg Wingstop went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome.read more

How is this place only rated 2.9?! It deserves a 6-star option…read more This was my first time ever stepping into a Wingstop, and let me tell you...I am thoroughly impressed. Not just with the food (which was amazing), but with the service, the staff, and how everything was handled during what could have been a frustrating situation. When I walked in, they were clearly very busy. Customers were flowing in nonstop, phones were ringing, the fryer was going, and yet...not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or just another number in line. I had accidentally placed my order incorrectly, and I'm sure the confusion showed all over my face. Without me even needing to say much, one of the team members, this absolute gem of a gentleman noticed my confusion. He came over, asked me what I originally wanted, and immediately offered a solution without hesitation. He didn't make me feel bad for messing up the order. Instead, he remade my food exactly how I wanted it and even offered me a drink while I waited. That kind of grace and professionalism, especially when a place is running at full capacity, is so rare these days. The way they handled the situation showed not only leadership but genuine care for their customers. The wings? On point. The corn? Seasoned perfection. But the real standout was the service. It felt like the kind of hospitality you get at a mom-and-pop shop, not a national franchise. I don't typically leave reviews, but I had to speak up on this one because people need to know: THIS Wingstop goes above and beyond. To the team working when I came in, thank you. You've officially earned a loyal customer. I'll be back... probably sooner than I should.

I placed a DoorDash order here recently and I can't recommend…read more I ordered the BBQ Burger with a side of curly fries topped with chili. The BBQ Burger comes topped with American cheese and bacon and the burger is topped with barbecue sauce. I added mayonnaise, mustard, and pickles as additional toppings. When the order arrived, the bag was leaking barbecue sauce, so it wasn't packed very good. Additionally, I didn't ask for onions but they put them on my burger anyways. The burger itself is a nice size and there was some indication of barbecue sauce, but most of the sauce seemed to be at the bottom of the bag. Either that or chili was at the bottom of the bag. I'm not sure. The curly fries with the added chili were okay but the chili seemed a bit sparse to me. The food itself wasn't bad, but the packing of the food was haphazard and I do feel it could've been executed better. I'm not sure why both items were placed in small containers. Also frustrating the burger had onions added to it, when they weren't requested. Barbecue sauce could've been applied better too. It almost seemed like they squirted a bunch of sauce on top and called it a day. I do not recommend.

I was told to ask for them well done otherwise they could be kinda flabby. I did, but then the hostess asked what sauce I wanted. So I asked for garlic parm. Naturally, I thought they were baked. Nope! 15 mins later I was given a styrofoam box of 10 fried wings covered in garlic parm sauce. What ? Why? Who douses sauce on crispy fried wings enclosed in a styrofoam container and plastic bag?? Apparently Fricker's does. I tried a wing and it was super soggy as expected AND absolutely flavorless, besides garlic. Threw the entire box away after 1 bite of 1 wing. Never again

They have a great selection of food on the menu, so was just right for our group. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese dressing and loaded mashed potatoes, others in our group enjoyed wings, soup & salad, salmon sandwich and chicken quesadillas. Our food was served hot from the oven & was so good. Great service, and our waitress filled our soda, tea & water several times. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

I came here again with my girlfriend the day before Thanksgiving 2023. Having previously ordered…read morehere on DoorDash, I wanted to see what in-house dining was like. The restaurant is located in a strip mall area off of Stroop road. It's near the Vapor Haus vape shop and the Speedway gas station that sits at the corner of Stroop and Marshall Rd. If you pass that Speedway, you've gone too far. Inside, the restaurant has a typical sports bar vibe. It's well lit, clean but nothing spectacular. The menu does offer a variety of choices. Service is really good. We were seated fast and orders were taken shortly afterwards. I got the fish and chips. The deep fried fish was good but average in my opinion. The fries were tasty. It satisfied my hunger but it was just average to me. My girlfriend got the chili bowl with jalapeño cornbread. She liked it but again felt it was average fare. The portions are pretty big but bigger doesn't necessarily mean it's better. I will probably try again but I think the burgers are a better option than the fish and chips. There was a decent sized crowd here, so TJ Chumps is doing something right. I'd like to try some of their other menu choices. I recommend. The service is good and the wait crew enthusiastic.

I had it on my bank card showing me that I paid for it and told her that I'm gonna have to come pick it up and I will meet the Uber driver up there and I also called the and he was fine with me picking it up. I was on my way up there. She said I was absolutely not taking the food that I was not getting it. She didn't care if I paid for it. She was very I work in customer service. I'm a general manager and if that situation would've came, I would've let the person come up and got their food instead of them getting charged because I was still charged $38 for the food that I bought. So I don't know if she's just on a power trip, but she was just very rude and I think she handled it very poorly. I could not change the address because the order was already through so Uber could not do anything. They even told me it was OK to go pick it up. She was just like absolutely not. It is not happening so I will not be back to this establishment. If that's the kind of customer service you have to deal with. I come there a lot and drive up there, but I will not deal with this. I have not dealt with her before so I don't know if she's new but that's something that will push people away from a business because I don't see the problem of me picking up my food, especially when I had everything in my phone to show that it was my order and I paid for it . That's the problem with these restaurants. They get these poor managers in there and it ruins the establishments. and this is the Wilmington Pike location right next-door to Jersey Mike's?

We ordered the mixed basket of mozzarella sticks/cheese balls to start and they were delicious. The marinara sauce was tangy and not something that my family liked, but the ranch was delicious. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and added fries, and though there was quite a bit of seasoning on the burger, he said that it was pretty good. My son loved the buffalo chicken sandwich, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken bites. I ordered the macho nacho for my meal and it was good and there was more than enough for one person. Overall we were very satisfied with our meals and will be back to try additional options.

At any rate, McIntosh's has a designated smoking area right by the entrance of said local Pub and Grub. After I finished a cocktail, I went to their designated smoking area. Without hesitation, I walked from Dots Market back to McIntosh's then my bartender Jamie handed me my tab/receipt. I paid cash for this bill but please take ONE minute to meticulously review the bartender's handwriting on the attached receipt. I'll patiently wait before writing a formal complaint coupled with an accurate account of what actually happened plus offer a fair review of McIntosh's as a whole. Respectfully, Robert Coffey
