How is this place only rated 2.9?! It deserves a 6-star option. This was my first time ever stepping into a Wingstop, and let me tell you...I am thoroughly impressed. Not just with the food (which was amazing), but with the service, the staff, and how everything was handled during what could have been a frustrating situation. When I walked in, they were clearly very busy. Customers were flowing in nonstop, phones were ringing, the fryer was going, and yet...not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or just another number in line. I had accidentally placed my order incorrectly, and I'm sure the confusion showed all over my face. Without me even needing to say much, one of the team members, this absolute gem of a gentleman noticed my confusion. He came over, asked me what I originally wanted, and immediately offered a solution without hesitation. He didn't make me feel bad for messing up the order. Instead, he remade my food exactly how I wanted it and even offered me a drink while I waited. That kind of grace and professionalism, especially when a place is running at full capacity, is so rare these days. The way they handled the situation showed not only leadership but genuine care for their customers. The wings? On point. The corn? Seasoned perfection. But the real standout was the service. It felt like the kind of hospitality you get at a mom-and-pop shop, not a national franchise. Bad experience. Ordered online for delivery via Wingstop ( recommended) over other third party delivery. Ordered, credit card charged, then received a message my order was cancelled. Called the store , they had my order and acknowledged the website has been doing that. It's now been over 2 hours and 15 minutes for a delivery that was to take 42 minutes. Called again, after 2 hours. said order was ready. That was 1/2 hour ago. Explained it was for delivery (mind you a 25% tip was prepaid) response was "oh someone is on their way to pick it up. Do not recommend any type of delivery. Very disappointed to say the least. Should've used DoorDash or Uber eats. We'd have probably had our food over an hour ago. read more

I ordered doordash delivery of a 10 piece wing and ranch from here on a Wednesday night around 10:30pm and didn't receive my order til midnight. When I got my order, my wings were cold like they had them sitting before they gave them to my doordasher - who had been waiting for my order for well over 30 minutes. Back on the 9th of November I placed a delivery order through the mobile app. Once I got my order it was completely wrong. It was Supposed to be two separate orders of wings, we got one order of what I believe was bbq boneless wings that we did not order a side a fries and a drink we did not order. I took pictures of my name on the bag and pictures of what was delivered and pictures of my order through the app for validation that I was given the wrong order. I called the restaurant and the manager wasn't there to help more so ask several questions as I expect but ultimately told me I would have to wait for a refund as he would have to talk to his manager and send it to corporate, after I explained that it was not door dashes fault that the wrong order was placed in the bag with my name and did not do much to help me. I still have yet to revive a refund, I tried calling three times today just to be waiting for five minutes or longer with no answer each time. I guess I will try calling again tomorrow but I'm very upset and will not show this business my money. My finance is almost 8 months pregnant had to wait another forty minutes for food and I can't even get a refund of my money, due to their mistake. it's almost like being robbed of my money. I placed an order for 16 wings at 626. The pick-up time was 647. The half-hour wait was uncomfortable as a result. The wings came out of the kitchen in a soaking wet paper bag at 726. The wings were the driest chicken I have ever been served. They were like the turkey in Christmas Vacation. I ate one of the parmesan garlic. I realized it was dry, then tried a flapper. It was also very dry. So I tried the mild Buffalo. Terrible. I think they lacerated my esophagus, swallowing that garbage. I'm skeptical that this restaurant is sanitary because of the terrible wings you serve. So, after I apologized to my guests for serving garbage wings, the veggies and ranch went into the garbage with the wings. God only knows how this place stays in business. I won't be back. read more

I received the worst service. I arrived and placed my order at 4:39 pm my food wasn't ready until 5:30 and were under cooked and poorly prepared. The staff remade the order and after waiting another 20 minutes by food still wasn't prepared. I asked and received a refund. But after an experience such as this. Just left Wingstop after waiting over 30 min for my daughter's order of 3 tenders, fries, and fried Cajun corn. My wife and I were able to go to El Toro next door sit down, order, eat, pay, and walk back and Wingstop still had not completed the order. This is a small restaurant and when I stopped in, they were doing a lot more takeout business than dining in. There is plenty of seating and they have a soda fountain with a small cooler behind the counter with some additional drinks. I did not see any beers and that's why my order changed to takeout. The gent who took my order was pleasant enough. When he mentioned that my order would take 18 minutes to be prepared, it seemed like he left an opportunity for me to be sure I wanted to wait that long as if some folks hear that and change their minds on eating here. I did take that opportunity to pop around the corner to Walmart for some beer to drink with the wings in the hotel room. When I returned, the order was ready. Wings were tasty though not as meaty as some I have had, the blue cheese dressing was quite chunky and there was plenty of celery in the order though the pieces were large. When we went to check if our food was ready the name was a scribble so we weren't sure if it was ours so when we finally asked the cashier told us we should've asked earlier since they were closing soon which wasn't our fault since we had been waiting for more than an hour. I recommend just stopping at a gas station if you want a drink with any kind of flavor because the drink machine here just spits out 8 different shades of brown sparkling water. I've watched as the staff here told a girl her order would take "15 more minutes" at least 3 times. I've been here many times. The lady named Thelma got upset bc she tried to get to take store credit. I said no, the girl who took my information said I would see a refund in 5 business days. This is the third time I make a simple order of 10 wings and although I am charged for the ranch dressing, it is not there when I get home. I guess shame on me for trusting the incompetent procedure of completing a simple order. I Leah's get the "I am sorry, I will let my manager know, and we will take care of you on the next order", but it never happens. BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT. I ordered online when they said they had delivery. They did not disclose that they were using door dash because they don't have delivery. A door dasher approached and dropped the food and no drinks. Contacted her and she said contact door dash - which you can't do because your order doesn't go through you as an individual but through wingstop. I called this store 5 times before someone picked up and Manager said that they are not responsible for the food once it gets picked up that I should contact door dash. I explained I never contracted with door dash - so basically if you order delivery from this place and it gets screwed up no one is responsible and you are out of luck. I asked for a credit for my drinks he said no he would have my drinks waiting and I could pick them up. Defeats the whole point of ordering online. They were quick to take my credit card for the order as well as the tip but couldn't credit my card for the missing drinks? So I ordered wings here for a graduation party. This was on Memorial Day weekend. I ordered 25 wings and 30 tenders in Garlic Parm. I also got 25 wings Louisiana Rub and fries. I picked up order and each foil container was marked correctly. I didn't open until the party that night. Turns out they were all Louisiana run - no garlic parm. The garlic parm was the main thing my son wanted. I called the store the next day to complain and they denied they ever write on the container, I have the container, tenders, wings and receipt I told them. They said I had to talk to owner Ryan.
