Very disappointed with the customer service at Wingstop. My order was missing 10 habanero wings and two sides of veggie sticks. When I called the store, the manager told me there was nothing they could do unless I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt. By that point, I was already home and had discovered the missing items while unpacking my order. It was the store's mistake, yet I was expected to spend additional time and gas to correct it. Having to make another trip because my order was not checked properly is extremely inconvenient, especially after already paying for food that I never received. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I returned to the store. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time and business were not valued. I hope management takes steps to improve both order accuracy and customer service. Do better Wingstop!
