Very disappointed with the customer service at Wingstop. My order was missing 10 habanero wings and two sides of veggie sticks. When I called the store, the manager told me there was nothing they could do unless I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt. By that point, I was already home and had discovered the missing items while unpacking my order. It was the store's mistake, yet I was expected to spend additional time and gas to correct it. Having to make another trip because my order was not checked properly is extremely inconvenient, especially after already paying for food that I never received. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I returned to the store. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time and business were not valued. I hope management takes steps to improve both order accuracy and customer service. Do better Wingstop! I will be doing business with wings over Seagoville moving forward. read more

My husband went to pick up our food because the app said it was ready and when he got there he still waited an additional 10 minutes..he then proceeded to tell me the soda machine has no ice and the soda had no gas. When he got home our wings and fries were cold and soggy. I ordered some louisiana rub boneless wings and they were really greasy, they didn't look like louisiana rub because it is supposed to be a dry rub, and I ordered a large fry and it looked like i got regular ‍. Never ordering from this location again. read more

I love me some Wingstop but when you order from this location online for pick up after telling you online it will take 68 mins they will make you wait another 30 mins to an hour. That is ridiculous! This location literally needs more staff or new ones because that is unacceptable for any business. Period. read more

Save your time and money. This location is filthy and the workers and managers are extremely rude!!! From my recent visits, the chicken was always undercooked and the fries were always greasy and soggy!!! The fountain drink machine was always sticky, dirty and out of ice. You're better off cooking your wings and fries at home. I will not be coming back! read more

They seriously take forever. I placed my order the other day my food was cold. They took 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Worst location ever! This Wingstop location is the only one I've had problems with. They take more than 1 hour to give me my food, and it ends up being all cold. Staff are rude and they act like they don't care, and act like they don't wanna be there. They're not obligated to work there, they choose to work there, there's no need to be rude and lazy. It's not just a one time thing, it's been multiple times..I don't order from them anymore. Save your money and especially you time, people. read more

Worst server ever!!! I called ahead to order my 12 piece boneless wings and they tell me it'll take about 20minutes to be ready. So I wait at home for a bit then start head that way just to be waiting there another 40minutes for my food. Nobody even apologized about the LONG wait. Never again will I come to this location. read more

All I have to say is if you don't like your job leave . If you can't put on a fake smile and act like you like your job then you probably shouldn't been in customers service . I made an online order I made sure to put extra crispy . I even tried calling to make they put in 10 mins for it and was on the phone for 40 mins and no answer . I even let her know I've been on the phone for 40 on top of that when I get there three employees are in the front talking to their little friends . Then I ask for a big cup cause that's what I ordered online , she wants to roll her eyes cause people keep asking about their order that was already paid for . If you would be more concerned about getting peoples orders in and out instead of giggling and laughing with "customers" which were clearly friends you probably wouldn't be so backed up read more

Disgusting, lately in the past few MONTHS this place has been contaminated with flies. Also manager is rude

Half of my order was wrong I asked for boneless BBQ and lemon pepper wing combo I got lemon pepper wings and BBQ wings all flats I'm highly upset that someone else is eating my boneless chicken wings read more

They so stupid I ask for hot limon boneless and gave just limon with bone they're just so stupid they do what ever they want

Slowest Wingstop I've been to. They tell you 23 minutes at the most and you'll wait an extra 30 minutes when you get there and after you've already PAID! I wouldn't do this review but this was the 3rd TIME this has happened. Staff very nonchalant. I asked how long until its ready and they said 5 mins. 10 mins go by so I asked again and then was told me 7 more mintues. I don't know if the manager, owner etc. is short handed or refusing to hire extra staff to protect the bottom line. But it's turning alot of people off on going there furthermore. I won't anymore. The other locations have their stuff together compared to this. ALSO NOT ONE ADULT IN SIGHT. MAIN PROBLEM IS LETTING ALOT OF TEENS AND 20 SOMETHINGS DO THINGS WITH NO GUIDANCE OR SUPERVISION read more

Just trynna order sum wings but every time I try to order sum wings they never pick up,y'all need better Workers Fr....

Ive been to this location a few times now and I haven't had any problems so far. My food is always ready on time, nice and hot and it is exactly what I ordered haven't had any Mix-Ups or anything like that. I started coming to this location because the other one in this area takes forever and a day just to make an order and this one does it less than half the time. I dont feel like waiting an hour and a have for a 10pc. read more
