I live 3 minutes from this one. I will literally drive to the ones that are further away from me because EVERY time I come here, something is wrong or delayed. This time, it's a Saturday night and they have ONE cook on staff. I put an online order in at 4:34 pm to be picked up at 5:45 pm, same day. Of COURSE I get there and it's not ready and I have to wait another ten min. I really don't mind waiting, but it's the fact that every single time the order is not ready or they get it wrong. I go to the other ones because they are bigger and faster and have never received an order incorrectly from them. I was told it is because they are owned by to separate people. Love the food but this location is always understaffed and don't seem to know what is going on. Ordered takeout on the app, easy enough. I guess the whole order didn't go through or maybe was not read correctly but they shorted us some dressings and didn't have the rolls we ordered. Decent wings and fries killed by a high school ran staff. The CEO of Wingstop should really come in here and check this place out on any given day. The times I have gone has been a nightmare of customer service. The people don't even look up at you, they deal with a long line every time of customers deciding what they want while the other 5 members just wait and look around dumbfounded. There is no proper management in place at this location for the last 5 years, I'm sure they get by on the numbers alone just because people will put up with crappy service to get some fast service. read more

Went here again because I had a craving. I walked in and the place was pretty empty considering it was 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. It's normally packed and I wouldn't even bother. Anyway, the lady in front of me was placing an order for the second time because they never received the one she placed online (hmmm that's sounds familiar). When she's done I step up and place my order. 8 wings combo. $19 minutes. I wanted to have a beer while I waited (Sunday fun day why not?!!) but they were out of dos xx. So I figured I'd run to a nearby gas station down the road and grab a 6 pack for when I got home with my food. Ok, that was a success. 30 minutes later I go inside to see that the woman who ordered before me is still waiting. I felt a sense of relief/concern. The restaurant is now packed. Several people waiting on food. I look around and see dine-in guests that were no where in sight when I ordered finishing up their food and leaving. Long story short, at the 50 minute mark I'm pissed and head to the counter. My food still wasn't ready. I waited another 5 or so minutes before my name was called. Fast forward to me getting home. I open my container and these wings were fried to death. Literally as hard as if not close to a rock. The meat was petrified. I ate 4 of the 8 and gave up. We eat here all the time. But we have noticed it's real hard to place Togo orders. For example today my husband went there to "try" to place a Togo order. They said their system is down and can't take Togo orders. If you can write down a order, and walk to the back and show the cook your order. He should be able to make it just as good as all the other people that were eating there. Just put them in boxes instead of plates.. It scares me that employees & managers can't seem to run a place with out technology. I know with my one complaint it won't hurt your business. Because y'all are always busy. If overpriced wings and inflexible business practices are your thing, this will be the tiny dining room for you! The place was clean overall, but one table remained un-bused with old food on it & flies hanging around from the moment we came in til halfway through our meal. We wanted to do a combo meal but substitute the included sodas for beers- which are available by bottle only here... They were unable to do any sort of substitution, or to give us the package without the cost of the sodas & charging for the beer separately- totally uninterested in making anything work. They also failed to give us our sodas at all after my husband came to ask me what I wanted since we couldn't have our original selections for drinks. My wife and I ordered the 12 wings combo that comes with a side of fries and 2 soft drinks. We asked if we could get 2 beers instead. They literally said no. I offered to pay for the beers separately, but that I didn't want the soft drinks at all. They said they couldn't sell me 2 beers, and that I must get the soft drinks. I asked why they carry beer if I cannot actually purchase it. That stumped them. The total for 12 wings, 2 unwanted sodas, and a few fries was $24. It took FOREVER to get the food, and was not really worth the wait. We ended up being late to the ballgame we were headed to. We will never be back to this or any other Wing Stop. read more

The line at this location is always super long so I put in an online order thinking that might speed up the process. When I arrived at the exact time my order was supposed to be ready, everyone was really confused about how to handle the online order. The manager (at least that's who she appeared to be) said that on their end the order was waiting for confirmation. After I showed her my confirmation email she said it wouldn't be too long. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. So 50 minutes from the time I ordered online until the time I walked out with my food. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE. We wait for 35 minutes for our order and watched 4 or 5 people that came in after us and ordered take out get their orders before we did. Each time I asked for a status on our order I was told 2 minutes, just waiting on fries. Also stood there with another girl who order right after I did and they did the same thing to her. When I asked to talk to a manager a teenage girl came up and you could tell she didn't give a shout crap about the incredibly poor service. She said she would talk to the staff about it. Ordered 75 wings for pickup the following day at 4:30. Aft getting here about 10 minutes prior to there were about 10 other customers who had been waiting for over a half an hour, most of which had one bag. Many people were coming in and picking up one bag orders continuously while the same people waited for up to an hour. Two people came in after being told that their order would be 45 minutes and were told it would be another 45 minutes. They tried to speak to the workers to get answers and the employees walked away from them. The same employee was taking multiple breaks within 20 minutes. Employees were moving very slow and not being productive or taking priority of the orders that should have been done at a specific time. Very poor service and management. They do not know how to manage time or commit to the orders. They even answered the phone each time it rang when they could be getting priority orders done for people who waited too long. read more

The cashier asked me if I wanted traditional or boneless, I ordered boneless and when it was wrong she argued with me that it's my fault because I didn't specify. It has 1 star because none was not an option... 3/28/14 came in at 1700 ordered 3 combos and when ordering noticed that it was warmer than usual, had to clear the trash and clean off a table so we could sit down. As it got hotter and hotter in the restaurant the more upset we got finally getting our food at 1810 ate quickly so we could get outside again were it was actually cooler out side than it was in for the record it's CC Texas and 85 outside temps... My boneless wings were crunchy like left in the fryer to long and basically frozen Tyson in the oven would have been an improvement... So will not be visiting a wing stop for a while... I never had a bad meal at a Wing Stop but the experience that I had on 2-14-13 changed that. Incredibly slow service as the staff was preoccupied with text messaging on their personal phones and obviously could care less about waiting on customers. There was one salt shaker (actually it was a parmesan shaker) that was smudged with old and crusty wing sauce being passed among all of the dinners. When I asked why there wasn't more than one salt shaker (an obvious health code violation) the employee working the cash register shrugged and blew my question off. In addition, when I tipped the parmesan shaker onto my fries it dumped about a 1/2 lb of salt onto them. When I asked for a new order because of this incident the staff indicated that I would need to pay for a new order. I'm very disappointed with the management of this establishment and will never visit them again. I'm also considering reporting this restaurant to the local Health Department and sending a letter to the Wing Stop Corporate office. read more

If I could give this particular location ZERO stars, I would! Sunday, I placed an order online at 6:02 pm with an estimated pick-up time of 6:22. The website advised that the pick-up time was only an estimate. I arrived at the store around 6:25, confirmed my order with the cashier, and waited...and waited...and waited. 35 minutes later, my order was ready (yep, 7:00, not 6:22, not even close)!!! When I asked the manager what could take so long (it was only 10 wings) and why did people who had come in off the street already receive their order, all she did was apologize profusely. I asked her what she was going to do to make the situation better....to make me want to go back....perhaps, a free meal on my next visit? No! I used to come here quite a bit, never a problem. But my last 6-8 months worth of visits have been absolutely terrible. First, i ask for my wings LIGHTLY sauced....they are always drenched. Second, they are usually luke warm at best when i bite into them (this is when i dine in, not take out). Lastly, my wings look dry, as though they were re-fried or maybe just sat out and maybe got microwaved? This will be the last time i visit this location, ive always defended it against the weber location but this was the last straw. It seems as though a bunch of teenagers run the show so theres no point in trying to send the food back. They need a manager in here asap! read more

This is the only Wing Stop in town I will go to. It's close to where I live and I've always had good service when I eat here. Whether I order online or go inside to the counter, there is always a wait. I don't mind since I know my food is being cooked fresh and not sitting under a heated lamp. I will say that once this place gets busy, the staff is usually stuck behind the counter, so trash from previous diner's meals will just sit on the tables since there are no trash cans to dump your own trash. But other than that, great food! read more

I have to say by far my absolute worst trip to Wingstop ever (and I've been to several)! For one when we arrived, the tables were dirty like they hadn't been wiped down properly and the bathrooms were disgusting with wet floors, the place really needed to be mopped. We Ended up waiting 45+ minutes, when we asked where our food was the manager (who I hadn't seen the 45 minute + entire wait) said because the cashier didn't enter our order they had never begun making it. We complained and within 5 minutes we had gotten our food for free. Basically if you want Wingstop go to the other Wingstop in town because this place SUCKED. The manager clearly doesn't watch the employees or train them how to do their job correctly or this mistake would've never happened and we wouldn't have waited so long before they noticed their mistake. My receipt said I ordered my food at 7:47pm, and I did not receive my meal until 8:28pm. All I ordered was an 8 wing combo with fries to-go, and it took 40 minutes. They got out 20+ call in orders, but everyone that came in and ordered where standing around, angry that they haven't received their food. When I went up to the counter to ask about my order, they would walk by and not acknowledge that I was needing to speak with them. The only reason they get the stars they do from me is that the food was still good and hot. Will not do business with this establishment again, and will find wings somewhere else. read more
