Sauces: of those we tried, I liked the lemon pepper best (punchy and tangy, just the right amount of flavor). The original hot had a good taste but we're such a bright red color (like hot Cheetos) that I found it kind of off-putting. The Hawaiian was sweet but a little bland. I 100% LOVE Wingstop, travel Tues-Thurs every week and eat it all over the country. This location was like stepping back in time to March 2020. Counter to ceiling plexiglass, no soda fountain (behind the glass), whole staff masked up (which at this point can't be by choice) and the music pumping so you can't hear a word anyone is saying behind the masks and glass. Came in here Tuesday 7/27 about 10:45 PM. A Little late but was happy to see a neon sign in the window that said 'Open til Midnight' There were about 3 tables of people in the restaurant. 2 or 3 more waiting for to go orders in the lobby. The young gentleman working the register that night was very professional and courteous. Really thought he was doing a good job and hope the management notices his work ethic. Also the two young ladies in the back were working super hard as well. There were lots of orders, people showing up to pick up, the phone was ringing, online orders coming in, and there's only two working on food orders. They seemed to be communicating well and also with the cashier. I was honestly surprised at how busy it was this late on a Tuesday night. They let me know it was a 35 minute wait for the food. I drove around for a minute and showed up about 10 minutes sooner and the order was ready!!! Really expected worse after reading other reviews on this location but I had a great experience, saw young people working hard, and really appreciated the customer service I got. Food was pretty good. Liiiiittle too much sauce on my wings but that's not that bad. Rather have that than dry wings. To everyone complaining about waiting so long for a call in order or online order, I walked in and my order took less time than expected. I have been to this Wing Stop more than once. There are two things that happen. 1. Waiting an hour. I don't know why but my order always takes an hour to prepare. As I wait for my food I see others order their food as I did and receive it before I do. The first thought was that they called in. But they are there making their order just like I do. All I do order is a 6 piece boneless all BBQ. Why does that take long? 2. Poor customer service. Every time I go to Wing Stop the service is terrible. It is terrible to see someone give my father attitude because he wanted fries. Not asking us what drinks we would like. Not asking if there is anything else we needed.
