Chick fil a generally has great customer service and the orders are correct, however this single one in particular will never give you your sauces for sandwiches or breakfast burritos. This is the best Chick-fil-a we have been too! It is always clean and welcoming. Jesse is one of the best employees at this location. He always checks on us and makes sure we have a good visit each time. My son loves him too! lol I order ahead on the app and get my food at a decent time. I have never got an order wrong at this location. Ms. Nicole is always so attentive and makes sure everyone gets their order right. She always provides what we need in case I forgot to get some utensils etc. Very happy with the customer service at this location. It gets busy as well! read more

Service was not prompt or efficient. Had to wait over 15 mins after waiting in the normal drive thru line. I didn't order anything unusual so a little confused about the long wait. At the end of the day the order wasn't correct but don't have time to have them correct it. Maybe they are short staffed. read more

Jesse is the kindest employee I've ever met. He checked on my family several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He offered to take our trash for us and he told my girls he would bring their ice cream cones to our table instead of having them wait at the counter. He truly goes above and beyond. Not sure what is going on with this location. Awhile back we never had mistakes on our drive through orders. Lately you can't trust the drive through orders. Months ago I received chicken sandwiches without the chicken! Wth. Never has this happened at ANY fast food place. Thankfully they remade the orders. A couple of months ago no bacon on my club sandwich. Smh.. they remade it. When I ask for no tomatoes I get tomatoes. That's an easy fix. Yesterday again my husband's sandwich had tomatoes and I thought that was it. Come to find out he didn't get the bacon or lettuce. Had I known this yesterday I would have called to remake it. Chick-fil-a is without question my favorite fast food. Their spicy chicken sandwich just can't be touched by competitors. I got a southwest salad this time & I wasn't disappointed. The avocado lime ranch dressing is to die for! Why don't they sell this?!?! The highlight of my stop today was Maribel. Amazing guest service, and a reason that I'd visit that location again (and there are like seven in the general area). What a delight! I love spending money at places where they have happy employees. I love Chik-Fil-A and this one used to be the best in town. About 6-8 months ago we noticed that the chicken nuggets didn't taste as juicy and tender as they used to. I'm not sure if they switched to more inexpensive brand during the pandemic like some other restaurants or if it's something else. They just aren't the tender juicy chicken nuggets they used to be for some reason. Service is still amazing. Friendly and fast. Best service in town. read more

Never had a problem with their food at Chick-fil-A, the chicken has always been nice and hot, the waffle fries are nice and hot as well, never have I got cold food there unless I'm buying a cold milkshake for a drink, the staff extra friendly greeting you as soon as you walk in the door. This Chick-fil-A is not efficient when they're busy. In other areas more than one car gets food at a time to move the line faster. The send employees to run food so multiple cars can leave at once. Management should start implementing this. Customer service is good otherwise read more

I don't know how chic fa lay does it but they always have the best employees. I have been told, not sure that it's true that a prospective employee is interviewed at least 4 times before they are hired. We love Chic-Fil-A! This location surprised us though; my husband got food to go for our family of 8, brought it home, & realized they failed to give us part of our order. He had to drive all the way back (not exactly convenient to make a crowd of kids ages 7 & under wait), then when he got there, they didn't believe him & only very grudgingly gave him the $7 soup we had paid for. We're new to the area- maybe it's a Corpus Christi thing or just this owner, but in CA, when they've made mistakes in the past, we always got an apology in return & they made it right. He called the manager to let her (I think it was a woman?) know so she could address their customer skills, but she defended her employees, didn't apologize, explaining they have a 3-step system in place to verify everything is in the order. No recognition of the possibility they could've made a mistake. We will avoid this location in the future. Feeding a family of 8, soon to be 9, is expensive enough without giving away our money for food not received when you have to worry about being accused of trying to steal if you happen to catch them make a mistake.
