We dined in as a family of five and everything was great! We had a stroller and it is limited seating and pretty tight. However, everyone was very nice and most orders are to go so there was no issue with our stroller. Service was great and the employees were all friendly. The food was delicious. The wings were just right especially the dry rub lemon pepper wings. Our kids loved the sandwich and tenders. The wings are too salty. They have no flavor to enhance the chicken. The boneless wings are cooked too hard to really eat. The oil it's cooked in is old and burnt. That was not the case sometime ago. Brownies are dry and not moist. The one good thing is they're open late till midnight. They're prices are too high to spend $54 for wings that are fried soo hard and salty you throw them away which is money you don't have to throw in the trash. read more

The ordering area is small. Like big enough to fit six, maybe seven, people. This place is almost all kitchen. The beer selection is terrible. Unless you like Bud Lite, which isn't even beer. If you're looking for the greatest/cheapest colon cleanse you've ever gotten this is the place because man oh man. Every time I sit down with my amazing set of 20 boneless wings and some buffalo ranch fries, I find myself sitting down about an hour later with the cheapest Colon cleanse of my life. I enjoy the flavor of the wings they are amazing. Always hit up the Korean BBQ. An hour later BAM, I am losing about 25 lbs in my bathroom. Normally I do this to cut weight and make sure that I still am within weight class, because the seizures and the stomach spasms allow that. I just left Wing Stop and I was highly disappointed. I ordered online got there at the time they said my order would be ready (6:02pm) and still had to wait 8 minutes. I ordered all flats, extra crispy. I got home and my wings had 2 drums as part of my 10 piece wings. All of my wings were soft and tasteless.The texture was disgustingly soft. We DO NOT recommend the new Wing Stop at Cross Country Plaza!! Their Manager needs some SERIOUS customer service training! We ordered food on their website to be delivered, order was delivered (through the WS website which evidently uses Door Dash), after coming inside one meal was missing, called WS and talked to Manager who said she personally remembers making the meal herself and since it was delivered by Door Dash the driver must have taken the food out of the bag, I needed to report it to DD, she couldn't do anything about it but they would remake the meal now so my husband went down there, I called DD who said the the procedure is that WS should call DD and not the customer, while on hold DD called WS, DD said I needed to call WS and the Manager was awaiting my call. In the meantime My husband has been standing there for 20 minutes waiting on 10 small boneless wings and watching every order that comes up is wrong and the Manager says to the CUSTOMERS that she needs them to give her their bags back so she can check to make sure they are not LYING, I call WS back and talk to the Manager who is RUDE as all get out!
