Ordered Wingstop on DoorDash the other night for dinner. It came pretty quickly and the order was almost correct. The only thing I didn't receive is my Blue Cheese. We ordered two 8pc combos with Extra cooked Cajun fries, sweet teas and ranch. We both ordered half hot buffalo and half Korean Q. This unlocked ten free boneless wings on the app, therefore we ordered half Lemon Pepper, half Garlic Parmesan. The boneless wings were super good and they even gave us a few extra!! The Korean Q sauce is awesome and the buffalo a tried and true classic. I really wish I'd had my blue cheese for my buffalo wings but at least we had plenty of ranch. My Cajun fries weren't cooked extra and barely had any Cajun seasoning...if any...but they were still pretty good. My sons were cooked extra like requested and had the extra seasoning he ordered. They were really good! We don't get wings often because they're expensive, but wing stop always hits and their ranch is top tier. Will def order again! read more

Wingstop was very inviting. They were clean. The staff was eager to serve us. She took our orders and the food came out quickly. I ordered 6 wings and parmesean fries. They gave me 13 wings. My coworker ordered 10 wings and fries. She got 13 wings. The wings and fries were delicious. I ate my extra wings tge next morning. They heated up well. read more

My sister and I went on 2 different occasions. The first time they shorted us almost 10 wings, our ranch that we paid extra for and our veggies sticks and said that "we couldn't count". We had to go in twice to get stuff fixed because they messed up the second time we went back in as well. The second time we went they shorted us on wings again and instead of veggie sticks we got regular fries. Would not recommend. read more

Service was terrible, workers were incredibly rude and said "have a nice life" when i picked up my order. me and my boyfriend came in 45 minutes before close and the workers refused to make fries. the restaurant was almost as disgusting as the workers attitude. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Very poor service. We walked inside to find a pool of people standing around waiting for their orders. We were not greeted at all or told to wait a moment to place an order. About 5 minutes later a women came from the back and screamed and I mean full on scream (Very unprofessional) that if we were wanting to place an order it would be about an hour and then proceeded to walk back to the back and did not even give the chance for us to order. I ordered ahead, which was a great idea considering the line of 6-10 people inside waiting. I got 2 large wing combos, one of which was hot and the other being atomic. Atomic is a terrible flavor. I just ordered from Wing Stop this afternoon. I'd never tried them before, never heard much about them, so I figured I'd give them a try. I ordered 15 wings, classic hot, with ranch, and a side of large Louisiana Voodoo Fries. This was a truly disgusting meal. Wings were soggy, flabby, and poorly sauced. The fries were INEDIBLE! Seriously! So over seasoned that the dish was impossible to eat. I tried, I really did. But after several bites, it had to go into the trash. Wanna know what the fries tasted like? Open a can of Tony Chachere's and poor it directly into your mouth. All the way down to the gritty mouth feel...even with the cheese sauce and ranch. Way, way, way over seasoned. Over seasoned. I will never try this place again. Columbia has far better wing places. If my meal was par for Wing Stop, I have no idea how they are still in business. read more

The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Good signage and easy to spot from the road. Clean, bright interior, and friendly staff. Those are all the good points. The wings are at best, OK. The barbeque flavor wings were OK--fairly moist and a reasonable amount of flavor. The hot wings were a disappointment. Dry, little to no sauce, and almost no heat. Really no better than buying them from the heat table at a grocery store. Not awful, but certainly not what I would expect from a specialized place. read more

Horrible service! My family and I ordered online. We show up and they said our orders weren't placed. The manager did not help and did not care AT ALL! We tried to order again in store and he proceeds to kick us out because I was "antagonizing" the situation. I will not we be coming back! That "manager" should be fired! read more

My friend and I placed an order online prior to arriving and picking up the our wangs. Upon arriving 20 Minutes later, we were greeted with clueless workers unknown of our online order. So, if you watch the commercials for Wingstop on television, then you know that they make their wings to order, so know this going in. When you order you will be told it will be 20 minutes to prepare your order, although it's much closer to 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes! While the wings were good (not great), there is absolutely no reason for me to return here simply for the preparation time of an average product. Their prep staff was in absolutely slow motion during that 30 minutes. You could tell they could have cared less to even be there. You can go to a sit down place to get wings and not wait 30 minutes. What's really crazy about it, is that the 30 minute prep times applies to whether you order 6 wings or 60. Tried them once, won't be back. read more

I am giving this restaurant a 3 for now. I'll give a higher rating if I go back and have a better experience. I ordered 10 wings and when the young man asked me if I wanted a combo I told him I couldn't eat any of the sides because of the carbs. He then rang me up for a 10 piece, a soda, and a side of blue cheese. It came to over 12 dollars, the combo price was 10 something. If you get a combo they do not charge for dip. He did not tell me the dip was extra unless you order combo. He should have just charged me for the combo and not given me a side. It was a little bit of a wait as they were making delivery orders before mine. A man preparing wings with gloves touched his hair then kept handling the wings. Then they forgot to put napkins in the bag!!! How can you forget to put napkins in a to go bag of wings!!! Luckily I had one stashed away in my glove compartment that we split in 2 and shared. My daughter didn't think the wings were that great but I thought they were pretty good. I'll probably go back at some point. read more

I ate at the Columbia Wingstop. The menu was hard to decipher, i had to ask the lady how many wings i could order at a time. Once we got them they were over run with sauce. I mean i like the sauce on my wings but this was like drinking it straight from the bottle. I also loved watching through the window as the people preparing my food sat down on their phones, put the wings in the wrong sauce shrugged their shoulders and boxed it up for some unknowing customer who was picking it up. Springfield was ten time better. I live in Rolla and actually drove that far just for Wingstop, next time i will save the gas and eat at BWW. read more

Extremely unprofessional staff. Workers looked absolutely terrible with their pants sagged to their knees along with constant cussing to each other. Still poorly managed. Don't go here if you want your food within any reasonable time frame. Employees in back take about 4 breaks in a 20 minutes period. Employees in the front are nice which is the only reason I gave 1 star. Otherwise I would have given Wingstop zero stars. I have been to other Wingstops in other cities. I decided to come here accidentally. I thought about going to Zaxby's chicken (I have yet to try the official Chicken of the SEC, which by the way ought to be Chick-fil-a - step it up you homophobes running Chick-fil-a) but missed the exit so I was going to nearby Five Guys (a fancy burger place which should not be allowed to call their large anything but "too large, do not order"). So you're probably wondering about Wing Stop still. The best part of this place is their fries, so much so that I witnessed a vegetarian come in just for fries - how cool is that!?! The staff reassured him that the fries were cooked in some vegetarian friendly oil and not animal fat. Also I had some boneless "wings" AKA chicken nuggets. They were OK and not as good as the regular wings I once had in Springfield 15 years ago at another location. Sorry, back to the one in Columbia. I think they mixed up their blu cheese and ranch which I pointed out but was told I was wrong. I guess the customer's always right does not apply here. My best suggestion for this place is to order fries here and take them to Buffalo Wild Wings as their fries suck but their chicken is better than Wing Stop. I am thinking of opening a franchise of each and combining them - Buffalo Wild Wings and Fries from Wing Stop (we promise the chicken is from BWW). read more
