best wings i've hands down had never disappointed even when ordering late at night the food was always amazing

While working in Columbia this week, I decided to explore downtown and came across a wing spot that caught my attention. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating, and the two staff members on duty were friendly and quick with service. I ordered the 12-piece bone-in wing combo--half Nashville Hot dry rub, half Honey Hot--paired with Cajun fries and a drink. Since I don't drink soda, I opted for pineapple juice. As the only customer in the restaurant at the time, my order was ready in just 5-6 minutes, which was impressively fast. The food came out piping hot and freshly made. The Cajun fries were well-seasoned and delicious, and the wings were extra crispy with great flavor. While I would've preferred a bit more sauce or seasoning on the wings, the overall quality still stood out. This spot is definitely one I'll be returning to, and next time, I'll be sure to request extra sauce. A solid experience worth revisiting. read more

Alright, let's talk. I haven't tasted the wings yet but I'm merely rating the service to this point. We greeted the young man working and could barely hear his response. Now let's talk further, he sounded like he was either tired or high. It's later in the evening so the former is highly possible. I am hoping the wings are wonderful. Because one of the flavors we wanted from the menu no longer exists. Word to the wise, if you want Parm Peppercorn, you won't get it. You'll have to settle for garlic parmesan. Placed an order online that said it would be ready between 9:55 and 10:05. Arrived at 9:50, was told that they were still working on it but that they would call my name when it was ready. After about 30 minutes, I went up to check on my food, only to be told that they had accidentally given my order to a DoorDash driver (even though they knew what I looked like and my order was not placed through DoorDash). Was then told it would be 6 minutes to remake my order, ended up being 20. Even after all that, they forgot half my order and were essentially trying to rush me out of there while I was checking my order. Took them another 5 minutes to get the rest of my food, and they just seemed really pissed that I pointed out that I was missing food. Only reason the review isn't 1 star is because their food is actually pretty good, but it is not worth waiting almost an hour for. This place needs to get some more staff read more

Whoa these are good wings! Bone in were thick, cooked well and sauced perfectly. But the boneless were my family's favorite, these were the fattest, juiciest chunks of chicken we've ever seen. Tried Wingin out and didn't really like it. Was expensive and places like BWW or Wingstop have better quality and better tasting wings. I ordered online and then they had to call me to know the exp date on my card (no place to it it in online). I ask to make sure the wings would be done by the time listed online. The nice girl says sure, no problem. Of course I have to wait 5 or 10 min when I get there, but no big harm. Unfortunately, when I get home after literally a 60 second walk and open and try the wings they're lukewarm at best. Flavor just wasn't there either. I tried golden bbq and teriyaki I think. I got boneless and maybe That was my mistake but they were like McDonald's chicken selects drenched in sauce. Also, just to kick me when I was down, I got one small ranch cup with my $14 order. In closing, I'm not sure if I ordered wrong or their kitchen was just having an off night, but I wouldn't come back here. I wish it was better because I live right around the block. read more

Wings are just OK. Sauces were below average - had a sauce (chipotle) and dry rub (can't remember but fairly flavorless). Got a ten piece winged with fries. Fries are beer battered which I hate so no surprise that I didn't like them. I was the only one in the place on a Sunday at 3pm so might be why empty. The employee shirts do say "the wing delivery guys," so maybe this place mostly does that business. Regarding the wings, thought they were too big. I like normal size pieces and these were the hormone-injected variety that are overly large, esp. the legs. Sauce to meat ratio suffers and too much biting into pieces due to size. A few days ago I saw the delivery driver smoking a cigarette while driving around downtown. I don't care if there wasn't any food in the car. It's freaking foul. Unless this was his last day ever (and I doubt it was) they are going to load up someone's food in that car and who knows what it's going to smell like. read more

Sad sad service! A person should not have to wait 25 plus minutes for 8 boneless wings and then receive it not as ordered.

First off let me say that we had our food to go so the food wasn't piping hot by the time we got to eat it. For a wing place it's ok we ordered 20 wings with a large fry. The sauces we got were the jerk, honey mustard, curry, and a barbecue. The wings were so so I liked the barbecue and the curry the most but the honey mustard was really off putting.. it was like it was covered in mayonnaise it was kinda weird and way to sweet with no mustard flavor. The jerk was very flat. It didn't taste like a real jerk wing should. I was expecting in your face flavor but was disappointed. The fries were actually my favorite surprisingly, they were nicely salted and seasoned and still had a fluffy interior(I'm more of a steak fry kinda guy) but I know when ordering anything fried to go its not going to be as crisp and great as in the restaurant but it was still enjoyable. Overall this place just didn't leave an impression on me it was forgettable. Most likely I'd just walk down the street to Cj's if I were in the area and wanted some wings. read more

This is basically a small Buffalo Wild Wings. Same prepackaged sauces. Same wings. The service was good unlike a Bdubs. For authentic wings the only place in central Missouri is still CJ's. If they are open go there. read more

My husband and I really wanted to try this place because we love wings. We couldn't decide on any flavors so we ordered 20 and got 4 different sauces. It was a long wait, which was fine because they were understaffed and we were not in a hurry. The sauces we got were underwhelming. Only one had any kind of flavor, (the Korean fire). The wings were so over cooked and tough. We couldn't even chew a couple of them. Not very good. Everything everyone said was right. My personal experience was tonight. My wings were cold. In fact they weren't even real boneless wings. They were basically chicken strips covered in sauce. The mozzarella sticks were not that good. My boyfriends wings were "alright" as he said. We definitely won't be back. Went for lunch and the place was empty. WinginOut has an interesting set up and there's not much to look at while you wait (probably for 10-15 minutes) for your food. They made it right and gave me 10 free wings and I've ordered again 2 times and both have been great, Hot and fresh food, no problems whatsoever. Good place especially for late night food! I ate here with my brother while visiting him in Missouri. It was the ONLY place open on the main drag on the Saturday before Memorial Day, so our options were limited. The other reviews on here don't seem to be very favorable, but I thought the wings were decently tasty and meaty.
