Unfortunately this location no longer gets my business. I had an issue with a previous order in which the general manager reached out to fix by providing me an email. They never emailed back to work with me on my issue. The food here is sadly never fresh after 1pm and for the amount you pay, you don't get quality or quantity with to go orders. We've been wanting to try to this place and finally came in on a Sunday for dinner. It was not crowded, and it's a fast casual order at the counter place. Overall the service was good, and they were all friendly. - Combo plate with brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage (3/5): the brisket was good but not great. Flavor was good but the meat was a bit dry. The sausage was pretty basic, nothing special. The Mac n cheese was also basic. The baked potato casserole was yummy, good combination of flavors - Westerner (2.5/5): we got brisket and pulled pork. The pork was dry, but with lots of barbecue sauce it was good. Large was a a container that contained 1 1/4 cup of food for $8.75, what a joke. My grand daughter loves green beans and these were so Peppery that not even the adults wanted them, no bacon as described in menu. This place was ok. Stopped in and got some ribs and some chicken and some sides. Place was clean. Service was very friendly. The food. Well, my fiance told me they were good. I decided to get their ribs. I was not impressed. They had a good texture, they were fall off the bone pretty much. But, I didn't care for the taste. Not sure if they were old, or, if I just didn't like the dry rub they put on. Wasn't a huge fan of their BBQ sauce either (original). My fiance got the chicken meal with two sides. She liked the chicken with the sweet BBQ sauce, but, said the sides weren't very good at all. So, I'll give them 3 stars. It was edible. Service was fast and friendly. I love the color pit salad with turkey! My husband usually either gets the daily special or pulled pork nachos. He feels like he gets the best deal ordering the nachos "deconstructed". That way the chips don't get soggy and you can better regulate the ingredients to your liking. The salad comes with a half order of onion tanglers which is a guilty pleasure of mine! I sometimes eat them at the restaurant dipped in ranch and sometimes take them home for a treat later! Another nice treat is the self serve soft serve ice cream! We just moved here about a month ago, the Dickey's where we used to live in Illinois had the most amazing food. We ate there a lot. Wings are huge and meaty, sauces are wonderful. We were so happy to find one here in Columbia. And then we ordered from them. We got a delivery order. We had a lot of wings in the order, 2 of the orders were supposed to be Buffalo. They arrived unsauced, cold and dry. All the wings in the whole order were so small. We were stunned at the price for that size of wing. Tiny and not worth it. (And let's not forget the ranch we ordered to dip...only 2 little cups for all those wings???) We also ordered a gallon of iced tea. Pricey tea!! And it was only 3/4 full! The good...brisket was delicious. Pecan pie was good as always and the corn muffins were good too. But the brisket was just a small order for sandwiches later. The wings were the meal we had planned for the evening and it was a total bust. We ended up contacting DoorDash, getting a full refund and then we ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings. If you like brisket and burnt ends, Dickie's is good. But our great experience stopped there. read more

Downgrading due to severely inconsistent quality of the "brisket" sandwiches. On several recent occasions, the meat has born no resemblance to brisket. Once, it was big chunks of what I would call dry roast beef, with no smoke flavor whatsoever. Another time it was rife with big hunks of fat. Sometimes shredded, sometimes in big chunks. Finally made it out to Dickey's BBQ with some friends tonight, don't know why we hadn't been here for BBQ sooner... This place is great! The food was really good and we got it fast (great if you have kids with short meltdown timers). I loved their BBQ sauces too. Their Hot sauce has good kick and the Sweet sauce was really good with maybe a hint of maple...? Kids eat free on Sundays (very cool) and they have DIY soft serve ice cream cones, and it's quality soft serve (not that icy stuff that melts in seconds). Really enjoyed the atmosphere, very kid/family friendly. Will definitely be back soon!! read more

We ate at Dickey's yesterday. My wife and I shared the rib plate while others had chicken and brisket/polish sausage. The ribs were a little salty but sides were good. Coleslaw was great. Brisket was very good. Chicken was okay but polish sausage was disappointing. Cost around $56 for four people without alcoholic beverages. Portions were good. On Monday night they have an all you can eat buffet for just under $15. Place was nice. Staff were nice and you get free ice cream. They catered our work lunches and they have been very good.
