I seriously can't get enough of wingstop. We usually order on the app so we can avoid the line and waiting. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. We always get Cajun and mango habanero wings, fries and a side of corn as well. They always make the wings to order and give us the extra seasoning on the fries like we like. 10/10 would recommend. I don't recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy. The boneless wings aren't that good and neither are the classic ones. Even on Mondays and Tuesday's when they're 60¢. The manager at this establishment, Barbara, is one of the most rude and unprofessional managers I have ever met. From the second we walked in she was giving the worst attitude for no reason. The sign on the door clearly says 7 people are allowed inside the restaurant and she proceeded to try to kick out my family members when we were trying to order. How do you expect us to tell you what we want when you're yelling at us to go outside?? When we asked for the number to corporate she refused to give it to us and said we should look it up online. After all this we were missing sauce for our order. As someone who also works in the food industry I am very well aware of rules and regulations due to Covid-19 and she did not handle things in a professional manner. Where to start? My husband and I go inside with one other person in the restaurant picking up their food. We were told only ONE of us can be inside, my husband let's the employee know they were together and that we're looking at the menu. Fast forward my husband walks outside, I pay, and I ask for our cups...the cashier tells me that I get our cups when our order is ready. It is 100+ degrees outside! So me and my husband are standing outside and thirsty!!! after five minutes we decide to sit in our car with the AC on. We are parked right in front of the door, so we're thinking that they will bring our food outside or call our name, SOMETHING! but nothing happens, so we're checking to see if our food is ready every few minutes. After 20 minutes my husband gets our food and our cups. We look inside NO NAPKINS, NO KETCHUP, NO STRAWS!!! But because we walked out and realized when we got home and called to see if the mistake could be corrected they simply said no "nothing they could do about it". My god this place is absolutely horrible. Non stop yelling and rudeness now I understand why it has such bad reviews. As soon as we walked in Maria and Catalina were no stopped yelling that it was only one person per party. My mom and my sister were going to order separate but my mom always needs help with the orders since she's not familiar with the menu but either way it was these girls were so extra. One was calling me over to order and another telling me to go back. When it was my turn to order my mom approaches me to ask something and she starts yelling at my mom and I. Like hello I already heard the million times you said one person per party unless their going to order separate which they were. So I told her yes I heard you all the other times you said it and their ordering separate. Went late at night and this young lady named (LIZETH) as it said in the receipt. took my order and there's was no one waiting at all it was about to close. She said it would be 5-10 minutes so I said okay I'll head to Walmart and I'll be back. So I went back 12 minutes later and my order still wasn't ready. So I asked her how much longer will it take if there's no one waiting and it's not busy? She said 5 more minutes. So I said can I just get a refund please. And she asked the kitchen cook how much longer till his food ? And he replied, I haven't put his food in the oven. So she couldn't do a refund. She was so rude about it. Didn't even say sorry. Two female team members were extremely rude to me this morning. At 9:59, I tried the door and found that it was unlocked. I assumed they opened up one minute early so I walked in. The first female rudely stated "we're closed". So I said "don't you open at 10?" She said "you have one minute." So then I told her they should lock the door. She didn't look at me or reply. I went and stood at the door till they were ready for me. Then she looked at me and rudely said "you need to wait outside." Again I said, "you should lock the door then." She didn't look at me. I go stand outside for less than a minute. Another employee walks by me (no hello, no acknowledgement), and entered the store. About 20 seconds later she waved me in. I walked up to the counter and she said "you can't wait inside because of liability issues." And I said "you should lock your door then and that other girl was rude to me." She responded with "you need to stand behind that table." At this point I'm angry. There's no sign that says to stand behind the table (for social distancing). I would have done that if it was clear that's where I'm supposed to stand. Then I said "all I want is a giftcard". She then proceeded to tell me they only accept cash, which I did not have. This place is "The Yuck!" They over charge for their gross wings and disgusting fries. It takes forever to get your food even if your the only person ordering! The restaurant is muggy and the tables are placed very irregular. The two times I've been to this place I have hated it. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would! My 1st visit I ordered takeout, I picked up my food, took it home and as I got out of the car..and "EVERYTHING FELL THROUGH THE BAG ONTO THE GROUND!"
