Disgusting as FUCCCKKK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We tried two flavors, one was lemon whatever and the other was Asian whatever. (Can't really memorize their products. ) The lemon flavor was VERY salty. The Asian limited edition flavor was BASICALLY oyster sauce. Gross!! Who the FFF sells wings or nuggets that taste like that !!!!??? Even food markets sell better tasting nuggets... Here is my problem, I went with my husband. Half way into eating, he complains it is toooo salty. (His lemon nuggets) but I encouraged him to keep eating.. Not knowing he was serious. Anyways... After his last bites, he had to step outside. When I was done and walked out the store, my husband wanted to go home, we had to cancel our plans for the REST of the day/night. Once we got home, my husband threw up right when he got out the car door!!!!! The lady who was our waitress or cashier or whatever is pregnant. And obviously pregnant women tend to use the restroom ALOT. Before she went and handled our food and handed us our items, she went to use the restroom. I DOUBT she even washed her hands. Knowing how dirty the building looks. Anyways, I just wanted to complain that my husband THREW UP the stuff he ate from here. I've ordered tender combos to go from this location about ten times and my order is always correct and there's never been a line waiting to order. Staff are friendly and the food is pretty good! Their fries are addicting, and have a delicious sweet and salty seasoning. It takes about 10-15 min from ordering to having your food be ready to go or in front of you. Pro Tip: If you order a drink, you can drink it and go on yelp while you wait for your to go order, and then refill it on the way out once your food is ready. You'll thank me later! read more

I love buffalo wings, and had high hopes for this place. Sadly, they are not my favorite. They used sugar in our fries instead of salt and/garlic salt, and they were really gross. The wings tasted like metal. Not sure if it was the wrong sauce, the buffalo sauce, or the chicken, but they weren't very good either. It took forever to get our food during the short lunch hour, so I wouldn't recommend visiting on your work lunch. Needles to say I won't be visiting this place again any time soon. read more

I've come to this location a few times and each time it has been a disappointment. Staff is very unfriendly wings aren't fully drained of oil before being served and your left with enough oil to fry up your own batch of wings when you get home. This Wing Stop is ok compared to the others in this area. The couple of times I've been here I haven't really liked their service. I tend to really like the rolls from Wing Stop but this location has somehow always managed to mess up in that department. The first time I got them from here they were way too soft and almost uncooked. The second time I ordered them online and then they called back saying they didn't have any. They're also frugal on the amount of sauce they put on their wings. I might just have bad luck with them but this is my opinion based off of my experiences as this Wing Stop. Ordered a 40 pack family split, cheese fries, and veggie sticks. Told our order would be ready in 19 minutes. Went outside to wait so we wouldn't take up the limited seating area inside. After waiting 25 minutes and seeing three orders get picked up before ours, I asked about our order. It had been sitting there and our names were not called. The worker told me what was in the bag, assuming that everything was in there, and went home (about fifteen minutes away). We pulled everything out of the bag and realized that our cheese fries and veggie sticks were not in the bag. Called the store and told them the situation. They offered to make a fresh order of fries and they said they would. Went back (another fifteen minutes) to the store and was given the veggie strips with cold, soggy and squished fries. At this point I didn't want to wait another ten minutes to give me the fresh order of fries I was told I would be given, so I went home. Gave them four chances. Things got progressively worse. Yesterday was the last straw. Put in an order through the app, showed up half an hour later for pick up (when the app said it would be ready) and they were just entering it into their computer. Their cheese machine was broken for the third week in a row. Despite ordering a meal for two combo, the cashier thought we only had one drink. Ice machine was empty. After waiting for 20 minutes, our name was called, but no food came. About 15 minutes after that, they informed me they were out of cole slaw. When I finally opened my food, there was a black hair on one of my strips. I've been to other Wingstops and had a positive experience, there is a really good location in Merced, but this one is horrible. Not sure if the staff was poorly trained, if they're poorly managed, or if the franchisee just doesn't care. I ordered online to make my visit there as fast as possible seeing as I had to study up for a test. The online website said it was gonna take 20 minutes to have my order ready, I got there after 30 minutes thinking I would just go in pay and leave with my order but ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes as my order wasn't ready. I felt I had already wasted enough time there and we were hungry so I let it slide without saying anything. Once I got home though I saw my order was actually incorrect I had ordered both orders of wings boneless but they gave me one boneless and one bone. The fries tasted stale and hard. All of this happened in one visit. This isn't the first time that we have had issues with wingstop at this location. Very disappointed at the customer service today on Feb 25th 2016. I made an online order for boneless wings, fries and veggie sticks ( all carrots). When I get to the restaurant, the female cashier repeats my order and tells me I ordered bone-in, not boneless. I stated that I ordered boneless. I was confused because I got an email with an overview of my order. So, I pulled out my phone and as I lifted my phone to show her, she interrupts me and says "Okay". She did not even apologize for getting my order wrong, nor did she seem like she cared for making a mistake. She then proceeds to yell to her staff in the kitchen, "He wants boneless, not bone-in". Her other two staff who were also females, stated in a loud voice," WHAT!?!?", and proceeded to give a disgusted look. Once my order was done, one of the two female staff brings my order up to the counter, places it down, repeats my order, I confirm, then she leaves. Still, I did not get an apology from any of the staff who got my order wrong. Once I get home, what do you know..? My veggie sticks are a mix of celery and carrots when I specifically ordered all carrots. Half of the fries are burnt and hard, but the boneless wings tasted fine. Overall, the service was horrible. Heard this was a great place.. We walked into a full house. It was a little muggy. But we were greated fast . We were easily able to see the menu and its options. Plenty of spots to choose from. We waited just a few minutes before our order was up... wings were tasty the sauces even better. Long line, customers busing their own tables, staff jimmy open cash drawer with a ball point pen, cooler with a makeshift " out of order sign" posted. My wife and I probably eat here at least once a month. The wings and the flavors they offer are good..... the service on the other hand. When they first opened it they had a better staff on, now a days it seems they always have the B team on. They have messed our order up the past three times. Not all it's cracked up to be. My husband and I went there tonight to grab a quick dinner. Got our stuff in a decent amount of time but didn't have a fantastic welcome. The guy in front of us actually had to argue with the guy at the cash register to get his order right. The girl at the front was pretty nice but seemed to get a little flustered when she was asked questions. When we got our order we were a bit disappointed. It was like getting an order of crappy chicken nuggets that you had to fish for in a puddle of cheap tasting bbq sauce. They were so soggy and mushy that we didn't even finish them. Could have made better ones myself and saved us the money. I would just like to start by saying how much I like this restaurant and by stating how I think every part of it is amazing. From the second you walk in to the second you leave you will not be disappointed. I have gone there three times, not only do the wings, fries, and ranch speak for themselves but the staff that works there is hard working, polite, and welcoming (which is an added bonus). Similarly, I would like to say that the manager Anthony is very kind and acts very professionally, I would know this because I got to witness his great managerial skills first hand. I went in during the 3rd quarter of the first NFC play off game, mind you this was at about 2 pm on a football Sunday so people were wanting their wings. The only thing I was disappointed about was the behavior of the customers in there. Working in a restaurant I have come to understand that you need to be patient and understanding when an establishment as busy. Anthony who was also one of the two cooks working that day, came into contact with a couple who was irate about who knows what, I was so embarrassed about some of the things they were saying I almost chewed them out in the restaurant. Anthony however who was trying to bust out 30 peoples orders, the person in front on me ordered 100 wings and I ordered 30 if that tells you anything, so I knew he was busy. He went up to the couple and talked to them very calmly and even apologized, the couple was still unhappy no matter what he said, I guess they had somewhere to be and was in DIRE need of wings or manners or something..... definitely manners now that I think of it. I understood why my wings took 30 minutes, BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY! First of all I wanna say how disappointed I am for seeing the community of Clovis acted they way they did on NFC championship game day..No class what so ever, it's completely obvious that the restaurant was completely busy and the employees were short staffed. So I came here with my daughter we were on a time crunch. I however arrived a 11:15. (They open at 11). I was allowing for the meal to take an hour. I had never before been to a Wingstop. But I knew it was a counter order, we call your name come and get it place. Plus my daughter loves wings. So I thought she would love it. Walking up to the door I see a sign that says we cannot take cash. Credit or debit only. I was cool with it. I was using a debit. So we were the first ones in. Two employees were clearly in kitchen area prepping and diligently working. One comes out to greet us, and I explain we have never been here before so we may take some time. She went back to work in kitchen. According to my receipt I ordered at 11:21. After I pay and it goes through she tells my it will be a 15 min wait. Not supper happy about but I say okay. She could of told me before I ordered. Remember I told her I have never been here before. So while we are waiting five other sets of customers come in and order food. All are sitting around waiting. During this time it sounded like one of the workers was distracted by workers calling in sick. So, 40 minutes later the lady who took our order came out with my order, and the other 5 people behind me orders. She brought out six bage of food at once. All at the same time. This tells my they had not even heated up their friers. They knew it would be longer and jerked us all around. So guess what Wingstop never again. So if anyone who gives a shit about this business sees this. Remember the day of no cash. The girl helping me was prob 20 Hispanic, awful make up application. (You will know who I am talking about) I would of been cool if they just said " hey lady we had a crazy morning, we are so behind." I would of peaced out and tried it another time.
