Y'all I have been to this Wingstop many times but last night was by far the best visit I've ever had. I ordered my food around 10:15 and it was going to be ready in about 33 to 38 minutes. Well I got caught up and I wasn't able to get there until about 10 minutes before closing. Thankfully Tage and Dion (I hope I'm spelling their names right) were freaking AWESOME! I like Wingstop, came to this location on a Sunday night and it wasn't busy at all. Place my order and was never called. After about 30 minutes I walk up and ask, there it was sitting on the rack. 3 employees working and no one knew what they were doing. One on the phone, one sweeping and another guy walking around clueless. Once I got home I had a basket of soggy fries, they are usually extra crispy; I only got 11 wings when I ordered 15 and they didn't give me celery or carrots. This place has really gone downhill. We use to order from them a couple years ago and it was good. The last few times it's been nasty and they can't seem to get the order right. I called in for a 30 piece family meal 20 of which were suppose to be boneless and well done. The other 10 bone in but not well done. My husband goes and picks it up in 103 degree weather only to get home and see that they didn't cook the boneless well done however the bone in is so over cooked you can hardly get the meat off the bone let alone chew it. Also the wings are sitting in a puddle of grease. I called to complain and some girl says well I'm sorry, hang on to your receipt and maybe my manager will call you tomorrow or something. $35 later and that's the quality and service you get. His exact statement to me that was so belittling: "They are all wings , If you want wings you call them flats'' as If I was incompetent & crazy for calling them "wings" opposed to "flats". Many people call them wings & they should of understood. Not to many places in town that have good wings, and I will say this; Wingstop has much better wings than Buffalo Wild Wings across the street. Wingstop has great customer service and I like the different flavors that they offer, you don't have to get hot wings, my favorite are the parmesan garlic. The wings come out hot, the skin is nice and crispy and most of all they are moist! They have good price points on their food, and the fries are awesome! They do add a bit of sugar in their fry shaker, but you can get the fries without the spice mix. read more
