The guy holding down the drink section made my experience a five star review love him down. He deserves a race right now.

Forgot to toss the chicken in sauce. Dipping sauces missing. Order took over 1 hour to make, did not rush the store to finish so I don't know what the excuse was. read more

Gave my food to the wrong dasher and did not accommodate us by remaking the 2 orders we waited over an hour for. Thanks so much wing stop

I love wingstop! The food was on point and the Hot honey is back!!! This location was awesome. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They had a ton of Togo orders and they still got my food out at a good time. They restaurant is clean and they have a nice front window to sit and eat as due to a full dining room. read more

Wingstop - Face after atomic!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I had lunch with a coworker here today. We ordered a 20 piece boneless wing meal with the Buffalo Ranch Fries - lots of flavor! When we ordered, we didn't know the garlic parmesan wings were a dry rub, they were good, but we were hoping for a sauce on them. The mild wings were good, great flavor with a little spice, but not excessively spicy. The Hickory Smoked BBQ wings were also very good. They had a little more spice to them, though that could have been the smoke flavor. The wings with sauce on them were thoroughly coated and had great flavor! Definitely hit the spot, as we were both incredibly hungry by the time we made it out for lunch. They serve homemade Ranch with their wings, which is wonderful! read more

Wingstop is one of our favorite places. Placed order online and picked it up. My daughter went back in to get me a sprite. The price was ridiculous for a sprite and they need to change their sprite. Because it's not sprite. Maybe the extra charge is for their employees to drink while at the front counter. After seeing the wing she did not eat her food. Their customer service was rude. And they need to clean that location. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Since they've added the board with your names, people can take your carry out orders and delivery orders. They will not refund you, they do not care about their customers. Horrible service and you will not get your money back. read more

I have to wonder every time I order it takes 20 minutes or more after the expected available time for my order to be ready and the only thing they tell me is how busy they are. Customer service is terrible and they have no concern about getting orders out on time. read more

Horrible!!! The lady at the front had a shitty attitude and my order took forever. The fries were literally cold and stale! The wings were disgusting... I do not recommend this location. The staff made me uncomfortable and the food was terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! read more

Is that what u call BBQ?! Ketchup, ugh. Service was average & had to ask twice just for ice.

I feel bad because clearly the staff needs help, but it's just unacceptable. Every time no matter how much I order ahead, it has literally never been ready on time. Just needs to find a way to streamline orders, because I love Wingstop so much read more

The service is the worst you will get in any business The whole place is filthy with dirty tables and counters The waiting area is always packed with DoorDash drivers since the staff is so slow and unresponsive it takes a minimum 30 min to get your food when stepping in there even if you ordered ahead This is a failing store because of mismanagement simple as that, until an entire new staff and maybe even new owner do not eat here. The food is average for a Wingstop I've had both worse and better. This is also the only location that does not offer .70 boneless wings on Monday/Tuesday in the Cincinnati area I checked. read more

This visit was great! So good I ate again the next day! I tried a new menu item it was whatever! App isn't accurate with actual restaurant wait time but they always playing my music jams when I walk in! read more

Can we talk about thighs at Wingstop?!? When I first heard about thighs at Wingstop, I thought someone was pulling my leg. After tasting them last night, I know they are the real deal!! My wings were delicious, as usual, my thigh bites were cooked to perfection and magically delicious. The price was right, and I'll be back in a month or so... trying to get my body right. read more

Made a mobile order, it had said "ready in 16-20 minutes". Cool, I head over there, getting there in 23 minutes. I had to wait 10 minutes for me to have these cold and soggy fries and I had to ask for an update, it had been ready probably 5 minutes when I got in there yet no one decided to tell me? Horrible read more

I wish I could give it one star. I went here after working a 10 hour shift at the hospital. I had ordered my food over an hour ago and never received my order. When I went into the location one of the cooks told me my order was not ready that it was a 35 to 45 minute wait when I ordered my food at 7:15 I arrived by eight then when I got home my friend called and she said that the order was ready and it had been sitting there she didn't even take the time to look for my order very unprofessional, very inconvenient not to mention, last week my fries were burnt to a crisp they need to do better here piss poor read more

Order my food yesterday the delivery was quick so S/O to that driver. But the quality of the food was wack, fries were soggy the chicken wasn't juicy I use to love eating wingstop back in the day but I guess as chains grow they don't have that extra kick anymore probably won't order from there again. read more

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I ordered a large ranch I paid for separately with my online order when I arrived to pick it up. When I finally 15 minutes after my pick up time got my bag I asked if my large ranch was in there and she answered yes. Get home from my 15 minute commute and my ranch is missing along with 5 of my 15 tenders I had ordered. Corn ice cold. 0/10 avoid this location!! read more

We have ordered delivery from here 4 times and gotten our order 1 time. They always send someone else's order to our house for delivery.

Horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery through the app and never received it. Called the short vine restaurant multiple times with no answer. Are there even people working?! The app does not update my order in any way and I am unable to track it or get in contact with anyone. Absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there is no way to cancel my order on the app or request a refund. Doesn't even deserve one star. read more

1. We placed a pick up order and the workers ignored us for over 15 minutes. 2. We purchased a 15 piece Chicken Tender box and only received 10 tenders 3. We also purchased a $5 large ranch that was not included in the order 4. We got two flavors Louisiana hot and Cajun. The Louisiana hot tasted like straight butter and nothing else. The Cajun tasted like chicken flavored ramen noodles with hot sauce on top and they were soggy. 5. Lastly, chicken tasted like dollar store frozen chicken tenders Won't get again :) read more

Super mean man at the front! He told me I could order only online so I tried to do that and then when I asked him for help on how to order online, he started yelling me and telling me I can't tell him when they're open, even though they were open. He is definitely on drugs. Come on wing stop. Manage your workers! Unprofessional and I will not be returning. read more

The food was good but the service wasn't that great. The lady that worked at the register that night was very rude when I was just trying to pick my food up. She may have been having a bad day but she was taking it out on customers and not just me. read more

Worse customer service ever ! Staff was on their phone when I was waiting exactly 32 minutes to have some wings and when I asked them about my order, they basically ignored me and give me attitude!! Very unprofessional and unpleasant service. read more

I forgot to edit this review but I realize that it was one of the featured ones so that is unfortunate, this place is going downhill more than any business I have done a review on. They have messed up my order and multiple Occasions due to new staff and management it seems to be unqualified in my opinion. The blue cheese dressing is not the blue trees dressing I fell in love with which breaks my heart because this place was truly a gem and it's prime read more

Trash juice! What is the issue with well done wings being ordered?! NO ONE seems to understand or know the difference between regular cooked & well done! They get an attitude & nasty when you tell them you want a refund, they are never as requested! Overall clean restaurant but in short the staff make it a nasty place! In short do NOT WASTE your time or money! Nobody wants fat a** rubbery wings! read more

OMG! One employee kept grabbing his crotch!!! I'm glad he didn't cook my food! The music is too loud. Plus they had loud music in the back. The employee didn't know how to ring up my order. TOO expensive. Won't return. Do NOT recommend. read more

The food is good but it's also hit or miss. I guess it depends on whose cooking?? Anyway, the service is always slow and the staff make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask for your order. Sad because no customers = no job. The space in Corryville is dirty, especially the windows and floor. Which makes we not want to spend my money there. read more

This store is not customer friendly This store is not delivery pick up friendly They are rude ... they do not greet customers They curse loudly .. constantly use the "N" word Cop an attitude when you ask a question They are not approachable ... Horrible wait on weekends and employees take care of friends orders first. Be prepared to wait an hr to hr and a half for orders. Waist of time! read more

The workers are incompetent. I sat and waited for 30 minutes for my "food to be ready" from an online order. My food had already been on the shelf for 30 minutes prior and the lady half ass looked for my order and made me wait. As i tried to ask again, she told me it wasn't made yet without even looking at the orders behind her. I had to point out to her that my food was ready the whole time and it was behind her and she gave a snarky comment. never would recommend unless you want to deal with stubborn people that can't function in life. read more

Just know if u come here, even for a pick up, you gon be waiting for a few minutes before you get helped. they don't have a designated person devoted to takeout so it's just chaotic. read more

Tastes great, they clearly need more employees. Carry out order took 40 minutes to be ready.

My family and I have ordered from here on multiple occasions, and every time it had been excellent. Until now. My partner and I ordered our food on UberEATS, a platform we have never ever had issues with, especially with Wingstop. Not only did our food take over an hour to even get picked up by our driver, when it did arrive, everything was ice cold and had ZERO sauce. We we were missing most of our order. When my partner called the store, he was told "WINGSTOPHOLDON" by a young woman, who then slammed down the phone and proceeded to shoot the shit with her coworkers. She never picked back up. This was a Tuesday night- not busy. We will literally never eat here again. I have half a mind to call the health department; our food was barely even cooked. read more

Ordered online. Online said it would be ready in 3-8minutes. 40 minutes later it was finally ready. Very slow service.

The people that work here are consistently rude. I've never experienced anything like it. I just waited 30 minutes after my "estimated ready time" for my food and from the minute I walked into the restaurant I was ignored and talked down to. I don't get how every single employee- including the managers- is so rude and the place is still in business. I have literally been yelled at by an employee for asking for them to open the box so I can check that my order was correct. I just don't understand. read more

the service was absolutely terrible i waited for my food for over 45 minutes and the workers were disrespectful.

This Place is a Joke, all the Managers are outside in front of the store smoking cigarettes and Blocking door way.. I placed a order and the Cashier by the name of Shannon told me todo a Survey for the store for 5 free wings I did the survey and received my food I ordered and she said I can save my free wings for the next visit long as it's before 7 day.. I get here today to place a Order and to add the Wing some big Black guy who is a Manager there was extremely rude to me.. To make a long story short the workers there and managers are giving away free food to people they trade marijuana with and I was supposed to get my food but because I was mistreated and embarrassed in front of other customers I left... I don't use drugs of any kind The man embarrassed me in front of my kids also... I will never go back to this store ever again in life read more
