Wings were OK. They had a deal running so it wasn't bad value for money. The fries were a little soggy. We asked for cheese sauce and they gave us mustard instead. Probably would find somewhere else to go next time. read more

I ordered lunch for my office and I was very hesitant because Wingstop has been a hit or miss lately. but i called the order in and the customer service was so superb. he let me ask as many questions as I liked and helped with the order. picking up my food was a breeze. the restaurant was clean and the workers was handling the food with absolute care. lol. after getting back to the office we all tried our food and it was so gooooood. he remember all add ons. anything extra we wanted. food was well done and perfectly seasoned!!!! so fresh and good. Wow it's been awhile since I've been the First to Review anything ! This Wingstop recently opened near my house within a strip mall along Pulaski just north of Montrose. On my way home from work tonight, I thought I would check it out. I was ordering to go, but this seems to be a decent place for dining in, as the fair-sized Thursday evening crowd reflects. There are several TV's showing sports, and pop music is piped in to distract you from what's on the TV's. I did not feel like ordering any side items such as fries or veggie sticks. I just wanted wings. I ordered a 5 piece order, and somehow they stuck 6 wing pieces into the box. The chicken was just ok, but I did like the aromatic and smoky barbecue sauce that drenched the wings. There are plenty of other sauce selections too. If you don't want actual wings with bones, you could get boneless wings. read more

BRACE YOURSELVES I'm going to share with you an absolutely jaw-dropping and 100% true story of the experience I had, Saturday evening, at the Wingstop restaurant, 4445 North Pulaski. I ordered wings for pickup and soon after I arrived, I realized that neither the two cooks, the cashier, not even the MANAGER - pictured - were wearing protective masks or gloves!! I left with my order, took a picture of it at home, threw it in the garbage and immediately contacted Wingstop and after two days of schlock-talk, I received an email from a district manager. He claimed that he spoke with the franchisor and they assured him that the employees were following City of Chicago and state of Illinois Health codes. IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I SENT HIM THIS PICTURE!! I've filed a complaint with the city of Chicago., about 20 minutes ago and will be filing with the NRA (National Restaurant Association) and the Illinois Department of Health in the morning. But, I'm bringing this to everyone's attention in the hopes that it will shut this business down! For your wellbeing, as well think about it - how many customers did they serve Saturday night?? With this being the closest wing places to me and being open late I do go here once in a while. If you order online you will find there are other options you may not of heard of before. Sigh...... first off let me say I love wingstop as a company, usually great food. Unfortunately due to todays events while dining in, I will not be visiting this location again. Let me explain. Walking in was like every other time, Amy was pleasant and took our order and we proceeded to take our seats in a semi filled dining area. Shortly after being at our table it was clear that an employee had friends, and her new baby at work with her . Now normally I would not say a thing, but the next events made me have to share my experience. While waiting for our food, said employee spent more time at the table rather than working I know it was not a break, as we were there for over an hou . During this time it was observed that said white female employee while holding baby had baby throw up on her. After the baby threw up she proceeded to clean it up off her uniform and then handed baby off to friend/dad and went back into the kitchen to work on orders WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. This is the most amazing Wingstop in the city!!! I love the wings and the voodoo fries are unlike anything on the planet. They always have really good deals on boneless wings and there traditional bone in wings are already like a dollar a wing!!! The customer service is phenomenal at night. Darian and Angel make you feel like family which is nice considering I eat there four nights out of the week. After working hard all day is nice to know there is a place I can stop, eat, and feel very welcome at a reasonable price. Wingstop, I'm so in love with you for opening a location in my neighborhood. Words cannot express the deepest cravings I get for your mango-habanero boneless wings. Every Monday and Tuesday it's all I can think about. There is nothing like the feeling of snacking away on these chunks of meat which I sadistically pinch between chopsticks and shove into one of your vats of ranch sauce. This is exactly why I eat them alone, sitting on my couch so no one bears witness to my level of depravity handling this sticky-wet food. Which brings me to my next observation. This love-hate relationship I have with you over being so stingy with the sauce! My take-out loyalties dissipate as soon as I think of it. The first cup of sauce should always be free. I called and let them know and the manager was very polite and apologetic, since it was through a third party they couldn't get the rest of my order to me. I am a huge fan of hot wings so I always order from here online and take it to go. Once I ordered caijun with atomic. Tasty but caijun is inedible to me its just straight pain.
