Delicious! I had no issue. The young lady who took my order also prepared my meal, I guess they were low on staff not sure, but the food was good. I love Wingstop because of the variety of flavors for bone in and boneless wings. Pro tip: try the fried corn as a side item. Definitely a good spot to check out when you don't feel like cooking but want something good to eat. Remember, there are dry rubs and sauces so be sure to make sure you know which type you are getting if you have a preference. Absolutely the worst Wingstop ever! Visited Charlotte for a college tour. Travelled almost 4 hours and placed an online order for over $40. Picked it up in the store but when we got back to the hotel realized all the fries were missing. Went back to the store to get them. Justice was behind the counter and was incredibly rude! She would not give us the fries (even though the bag 2 of 2 was sitting there for Pick up) because we had left the other bag from the order at home. The food was to be delivered by 8:25 and it didn't arrive until after 9 almost two hours after I ordered it. When I contacted the store to voice my concern I was placed on hold immediately for 10 minutes. I asked about the fry basket not being covered and was advised that's how we do it and then I explained the voodoo fries were not packaged in that manner and she said it has sauce that's different. When I mentioned the wait time of my food they said my name and knew that the food wouldn't be fresher because it wasn't picked up on time. I was advised they deliver through DoorDash and I explained well I didn't order DoorDash I ordered from the website and if I knew they used a third party service I wouldn't have ordered because I knew it would be late. They asked if I wanted it remade and I said no because I was feeding children who needed to go to bed and I couldn't wait another hour or two for food and I also explained I would just prefer a refund at this point and they said we can't do that and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one. I then explained I wanted to talk to another manager and she yelled for an Ebony and placed me on hold yet again! I ordered a 75 wings, 3 orders of fries and veggies, when I arrived to pick them up they were not ready, but they were working on my order. I didn't have to wait too long for the order to be ready. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean inside. The food was good and the order was correct, although they only gave me 4 things of ranch when I asked for 6 on the order. I've ordered from here several times in the past and also had a good experience those times. They were EXTREMELY small and SEVERELY over cooked. An establishment's good should at least bare some resemblance to what they advertise. The only good things about this restaurant are the staff is usually nice, the sauces on wings are good, and the fries are unique and tasty. But overall, the wings are SO TINY and they will make one count as a part of your portion even if the wing is mostly bone it sounds funny, but when prices are this high for wings that is really unfortunate! Place is always packed on weekends and if you call in a takeout order you can expect to wait an hour to hour and a half. I've been back a few more times since my last review to try some different flavors of the chicken sandwich, and a that I tried were really good. The customer service was really good each time I've been there as well. Fyi...if you are selected to do the survey for a free regular seasoned fry, you will notice the email they send you after you do the survey says free fry "with an order of wings or tenders". However I stuck the promo code in with my next chicken sandwich order and it accepted it. I think they just want you to buy some kind of chicken along with the free fry. read more

Pretty good experience with a chain I was skeptical about, mainly because I had never heard of them before. Wingstop has moved into this little nook of the Mallard Pointe shopping center where so many places have moved in and failed. I had noted the last time I was at the Food Lion that they seemed pretty busy so I figured I had to give them a go. I ordered through their online app and it said the wings would be ready in 25 minutes. I pulled up as soon as the wings were supposed to be ready and they were bagging my order up. I've got to say that I kinda of agree with most of the other yelpers here that it seems like the staff is lacking in the customer service area. In my brief time in the restaurant, I got a vibe that no one really seemed happy to be there, but fortunately I was taking my order to-go. I got home with my order of three different bone-in wing flavors and an order of Seasoned Fries. They separated all of the flavors in their own box with the fries on top. I actually liked that they left the fries open in the bag as it kept them from getting "steamed" and soggy in the bag. First off, the fries were notably good! I suspected that they were fresh cut and looking back on their online menu found that they were. I bet they are even better fresh out of the kitchen as they cooled down a bit on the drive home, but still some of the better fries I've had in a while. The wings were very good as well. I had ordered mild, Korean, and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian was a bit sweet and no kick at all (as advertised). Mild was your essential Buffalo Chicken wing with a tad of heat. It was the least "wet" as far as the sauce and was probably my favorite. The Korean came with some heat as well but not nearly as much as I was expecting with the "three pepper symbol" rating on their website. Still a nice flavor profile with ample sauce in the container to coat if you would like. The cook on all of the wings was great with a crispy skin and moist chicken. I've given up on ordering wings on my trips to Buffalo Wild Wings, yet this place delivered nicely. The only real issue here is that just by glimpse of the dine-in service, I'll probably only order takeout here. read more

Okay, I finally understand the hype regarding the food here. However, the inside dining area leaves A LOT to be desired and I recommend getting your food to-go. I decided to make a stop during my holiday break and walked in to place my to-go order. I ordered the six wing combo - half lemon pepper and half BBQ - with fries and drink. The cashier told me the wait would be 17 minutes (which I was surprised at and wished I'd called ahead) so I walked around the strip mall area a little bit. After about 10ish minutes, I walked back and my food was ready. I grabbed my cup and made my way to the drink station which was absolutely gross and a mess. I chose sweet tea but they have their tea in a Gold peak dispenser where you press which flavor of tea you want. What came out can best be described as light brown water. NOT GOOD. I threw it all down the sink when I got home. As for the food, the wings were delicious. Nice, bold flavors and the chicken was nice and crispy. The fries were the winner for me though. Love, love, loved the seasoning and found myself understanding why so many people were asking for seasoning packets at Wingstop. I decided to try Wingstop out one evening after work when I had a craving for wings. I wanted badly to call my order in on my way over so I wouldn't have to wait at the counter, but after reading other reviews against this practice, I decide to just cool my heels and wait in the restaurant. It was around 8pm, a few families were in there eating, one patron walked in ahead of me. Orders were placed quickly, and within 20 minutes I had my wings. I was pleased (lucky?) I didn't have any issue with food, wait or service. My daughter and I both enjoyed our wings at home.
