My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a while but lately it has been unpleasant. The last time we came here my girlfriend and I were eating comfortably until one of the employees told us we had to go because they close at 12am. We still had 11 minutes! We had to pack our stuff and leave. My girlfriend ate in the car. I lost my appetite, I couldn't eat anymore. I've never been kicked out from a restaurant during a meal because they have to count the money. The time before that we ordered for pick-up and while we were there waiting for our wings we noticed that the employees there were telling customers they were closed before closing time. It seems like they are always in a hurry to close the store earlier than advertised. Also, their wait time on the phone is very long. This Wingstop is horrible, not including the food. All of the tables were dirty and it literally took me 4 times to ask until someone came out to "clean" the tables. Good customer service. I used a coupon I had gotten at another wing stop and even though it didn't specify that their location would take it they still took it. The guy who helped me was nice. Also, there was a girl name Nicole (The guy called her out by that name) has a really good humor and seems that she is happy to be there. I noticed that some girl ordered the wrong thing and she fixes it right away. I don't believe in "customer is always right", but they sure know how to handle tough situations.
